Got dragged here on a team-building outing.1. Too much chlorine in the pool.2. Cheesy, outdated interiors (creepy gnomes for decor, not exactly cool for Instagram purposes, not that I dig Insta)3. Dirty, unmaintained bathrooms4. Malfunctioning showerheads5. No lifeguards guarding swimmers in the deep pool6. Deep pool does not gradually deepen from a 5 feet depth to 7 feet, just straight 7 feet all over.7. Meh landscaping8. Leaves all over the pool with no attempt from management to clean. No attempt at least to secure tree with net underneath to catch stray leaves.9. Expensive videoke with outadated songs (circa 2013! being the latest)10. Too much chlorine in the pool it hurts the eyes.11. Too much chlorine in the pool it hurts the skin.12. Too much chlorine in the pool you can actually smell and taste in the air.The only pro: Cheap as hell. (Our party of 16 had no other choice)

Yes 1 for I can say the management seems not concern about the crowd. Last night my team had a team bldg and we reserve for a private use of the villa or room that they call it, for 12k when we got into room there is no water on the comfort in which our purpose is to secure our things. However the worth of the rent is not worth it. Imagine that rooms noteven clean and not smell nice. The smell of the room is outdated and smell so nasty. I JUST HOPE THAT THE MANAGEMENT WILL BE AWARE OF IT. As a person work in hospitality industry and as a customer were there to enjoy and relax but how can we enjoy if our accommodation is not that pleasant. I will address this review to the management and staff to work double time for what we are paying for. Department of Tourism pls do take care of this matter. Let us be reminded that we still have covid 19 and at least we should take care of the customer that is coming in out out of it. I KNOW NA GALING TAYO SA PANDEMIC PERO WAG NAMN TAYONG MAGING GAHAMAN SA Customer tignan sa Natin ang mga facilities nyo Kung OK ba at worth it sa binayaran. First time to stay there but it would be my last. So disappointed.....

Too much chlorine yung sa pool tas yung aircon hindi nakakalamig ng buong room. Pero pwede na affordable naman :)

This resort does not even deserve a 1 star. Napakalabo ng rules and regulation and they dont even answer ur inquiries thru their page. Dont bother giving this resort a shot if u guys dont wanna be disappointed in the end. :))

Im excited for the group swimming in Francisco homes Charcoal resort..

Okay for the price. We availed the big room, comfortable beds but the lights/bulb in the sink and cr is not working. There were times theres no water. I suggest there should be a kitchen and grilling area near the room. But again for the price, its a good deal.

The pool is somewhat green, my friends and I wonder if the staff is cleaning the pool or not. Also the tiles are slimy and slippery. Bad place to take a swim and beat the heat

4 star kase dinadayo tong inuman nato lalo noon kailangan mong magpa reserve kase laging puno diko sure ngayon kung lagi pa tong napupuno kase madame nang taong napaaway dito at isa napo ako don dahil may mga tumatambay sa labas na mga gangster at nag yayabang.

Its ok for a family outing but nothing special not good view and very tiny parking space.

Been here with my family, the place is nice but not to wide to enjoy. However it still nice and the kids enjoyed with their kiddie pool.What I also like from this place, its near to my home which its hassle free to do swimming.The staff here are accommodating and most of the food here are delicious and affordable.

Your neighborhood swimming place. Especially when you live near it, its kinda nice to have it since your swimming needs are just a tricycle or a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Amenities are OK, and continues to improve since theres also a spa that is built up just within the area. If youre a gamer theres also a nice computer shop upstairs with decent computers and a fast gaming network designed to handle large bandwidth and low ping requirements. Other stores are accessible within the vicinity and transportation is just outside it..

Ok nmn khit papano.no choice e. Halos lhat my byad at bawal. Pag my dalang alak my bayad kda bote 50php. .mkikicharge sa binayaran mong cottage my bayad din 10php. Maasikaso cla pag dka pa bayad. Pero pag bayad kna wala n clang pake.bagal ng serbiSYo..my sarili clang minimart na ginto ang presyo.sobrang tapang ng chlorine. Ang higit sa lahat BASTOS ANG MAY-ARI

Worst experience ever. I will never recommend this resort to anybody. After getting your money, the staff and management becomes rude. They showed their true color.

Price is as cheap as the service they provide. The owner herself has an attitude. We paid for night swimming from 6pm to 12mn (suppose to beand we occupy a cottage but we checked-out at exactly 7pm that is how DISAPPOINTED we (group of 7 peopleare.-The water contains too much chlorine that it pains the eyes every time you tried to swim.-The cottages doesnt have sockets (therefore, you cant use anything that will require electricityCHARGING OF PHONES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED (as per the owner herself "hindi kayo pwedeng mg charge dito kailangan nyo mg bayad ng 10.00" (she was so RUDE to unplug the charger before she said those words, we even as her before we handed our payment for the entrance fee and cottage fee if we can charge our phones (she even said where we can charge it but never mention anything about an extra charge of 10.00 which we can obviously pay-this will not be an issue if she approached us in a nice way-Comfort rooms are smelly (some faucets are not working)in a short span of time this is what we experienced..I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESORT (triple thumbs down)

Entrance fee is quite at the higher side then you go inside only to find the steep stairway (the only wayto the pools. Youll find narrow corridors, unsafe pools, pool ladders that lack steps, high concentration of chlorine and dirty and almost unusable shower area.
