Cyan Brasserie in Abu Dhabi

The Cyan buffet breakfast deal for 75AED is an absolute treat! I visited last weekend and in addition to buffet items, there is made to order shakshuka, at no extra charge. It was delicious - hot and with a choice of how the eggs are cooked. The coffee was also tasty and hot. We also enjoyed fresh juices, fruit and pastries from the buffet. There were many other items on the buffet too - hot and cold options - and everything was kept fresh and at the right temperature. The staff were attentive and helpful and the food service area was kept clean and tidy. The restaurant is on floor 18 of the Hyatt - a record breaking building with a man-made lean - so we enjoyed looking at the building, the view from the restaurant and terrace and the decor/artwork at the hotel too. I definitely recommend this buffet for food and experience.

Such a lovely place! Beautiful outdoor seating! We came for the oyster night, quality is great, serving is beautiful and staff is very friendly! And their prices are reasonable as it should be :)Even the background music had a touch of 60s which is just awesome for an evening chill with friends or loved ones!

The food is nice but it need more options plus the service to slow and i order a birthday cake but they didn’t tell me that no candle allowed in there and i told them before many times but still i need to remind them about it

Went there for Ramadan iftar buffet. Worst hotel buffet so far, seriously.1st, when we asked for drinks, the offered us only water,laban and a very watery Vimto!! The didnt tell us that there are other drinks until we wanted to complain, then they said yes we have fresh juices!! Seriously!!Then, buffet main meals had nothing vegetarian..They had omly 4 types of meats! Seriously!! Other cheaper hotels had waaay more variety options.And dessets made it even WORST, no cakes, no pudding, no cheesecake! Nothing western..Only a bunch of oily sugary Syrian/Turkish sweets!! You should accommodate different taste and nationalities..We were really disappointed.. we basically paid each AED 200, to have salads!!

We tried Iftar buffet at Cyan restaurant and it was amazing, the flavours, ambiance and service all were very good.Ramadan sweets section was 10/10,highly recommended

The food was really yummy. Turkish oriented cusine. Iftar buffet was superb. Variety of Salads were available. Neat Fine Dining. Overall experience was great. Wish to visit again either during Iftar or after holy month of Ramadan.Highly recommended restaurant. Bit expensive, but worthy. Met several people from different nations. Seems all were happy. Book before you hit. Njoy!!!

the place and view is spectacular, a good choice for a romantic quiete place, but the food choices was not the best.

The food is fantastic, the wine delicious -recommended by the sweetest lady!- and the staff from the bottom of the building to the last drop absolutely adorable. Great lunch experience, very happily surprised.

An extremely overall quite extravagant spot, the help was great, the climate is stunning, and the food was awesome. Requested not many things as we were a gathering of four, the bits are somewhat little so we requested and attempted not many various dishes and all were extraordinary. Energetically suggest it. Remember to book a table ahead of time.

Went to Cyan yesterday, primarily for the oysters. Great ambience and excellent service. You really feel cared for. The oysters were so good, we ended up getting a second round. We also tried the tomato/feta tart, which was fresh and delicious, and the half lamb rack.

Aptly named restaurant on the 19th floor of Andaz with panoramic views of Abu Dhabi. They have a great set lunch menu which changes frequently with lots of vegetarian options too.

This restaurant is beautiful, views are wonderful andservice is top notch. However, I was sorely disappointed with the food. I went in with higher than average expectations given the reviews. The tuna quality was not very good, the cut was too thick, and it was not seared correctly. The dish itself just didn’t make sense (tuna, tomatoes, basil, deviled eggs and anchovies in a bed of olive oil…). I also had a wagyu striploin that was not cooked correctly in that the fat was not rendered and still white. The potatoes were underdone. Seasoning was questionable for both dishes. It seemed there was little quality control given. The dessert and coffee (luke warmwere rather mediocre as well. I may have been there on an off day and am saddened that this won’t be a place that I will be going back to.

The food is really very good, especially the meat and the apricot desert, I really recommend these. But above all things, the staff is just genuinely great and sympathetic, always here to help but never invasive, it’s a difficult balance that they have truly mastered!

Excellent food. Excellent service. Surprisingly good vegetarian and vegan options considering its a French based menu. Ravi our waiter was so well informed, hats off to him for making it such a memorable dining experience.

We went during Ramadan to get the Iftar Menu. Not only the food was great, but the service was impeccable. Some issues occured during the Iftar, however, it was solved professionally. Recommended!

We came from Easter Brunch and we received the best food and friendly staff. Definitely a jewel in Abu Dhabi. Would recommend to anyone who loves beautiful well presented food

Great experience both with the service and food. Good quiet place with a view. We had the zuchini fritters (niceand Comte and Truffle gougeres (super nice). We (me and my wifeshared the main course ( Wagyu Tenderloinand the chef was very nice to divide to plate this portion into 2 plates with proper accompanying things. We do appreciate the extra effort put into this

Really enjoyed having afternoon tea in Cyan. Highly recommended and the staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming. We had desserts that were spectacular and reminiscent of Parisian cuisine.Perfect views and décor. Everyone should experience this place.

This is a beautiful place located on 18th floor of Capital Gate building which has 18 degrees tilt. We visited last week. The cocktails were too good. Food was tasty, especially baked Salmon. They offered us a delicious cake on account of our wedding anniversary. The ambience was superb. We enjoyed sitting outside in cool pleasant weather of January.Note it’s in the middle of Abu Dhabi away from Yas entertainment or the south. Situated in the business area it’s essentially a business hotel with only the National Exhibition centre for company but good visit for the architecture and food.

My lunch spot pretty often.i love the risotto and shrimp harrah. The only place you can spot the busy road in AD from the top. Iconic building

Had a great night at Revs de Cuba celebrating my friends hen do! Thanks to Luke and Brandon for making the night so enjoyable!!! Great food and tasty cocktails- what more could you want! Will definitely be back! Luke and Brandon were great-cocktail masters! Would highly recommend ! great info about all the cocktails we made and lots of fun!

My daughter and I visited the restaurant and were astounded by the courtesy and hospitality by the young man, George waiting on our table. George is an asset to both the restaurant and Hyatt, he woukd be the main reason we woukd return. He sorted out an order with such finesse, nothing was too much trouble for him. I really hope that he is considered for management in the future, his skills and interpersonal skills are the main reason that people would return. The food was also very good, thank you to the chef.

Just was insulting that I was ignored for 45 minutes till finally left, the most rude bartender I have ever seen. Kept saying I will be with you in a minute and never did, I think maybe my look didn’t suit this place or they didn’t like me, anyways unless u r western don’t step there.

Amazing view, romantic too

Server was very nice, apologized for order issues. Had the mussels in cream and white wine sauce. 2 had not opened and the flesh of all but 2 I would describe as very small. Another was stuck and disintegrating. Sauce tasted good if a little runny. Not served with anything else. No water for the table. Good drinks, view, music and atmosphere.

Wow. I was looking forward to this place. Came on a Monday so it wouldnt be busy. Asked to sit outside. Wait its a different menu. So I get sat indoors and asked if I wanted a view. Of Course I do. Then I get told I have to move again because the table they sat me at was pre booked. Wow. Clearly no one knows what they are doing here. No host when I walked in. Just ridiculous.! Also I wasnt finished with the bread they gave and they took it out from under me. Brought me the wrong wine. And were rushing me the entire time. Highly disappointed

Stunning views of the city. Was staying at the hotel so popped in for breakfast which was excellent, choice of English, American as well as Indian and Arabic. The Zaatar Croissants were ace.Tomato (0/10)- Didnt look grilled at all.Hash brown (8/10)Veal Bacon (7/10)Zaatar Croissant (9/10)Sausages (8/10)Beans (7/10)Mushrooms (5/10)Egg (8/10)Fruit juices had a little too much sugar in them so that needs improvement.
