Probably the worst biriyani I ever had in Ireland. The biriyani was just socked in oil or some kind of fat. Never had anything like this ever.

Ordered Chicken 65 and Tandoori platter from here. Their portions are satisfying, great taste really. I think best Indian take away in town

Curry and spice is good! I’ve had better Indian food so I’m not able to rate this 5 stars. However, the portions are large for the price and the food is good. It is also only for takeout or delivery which is a little unfortunate. Worth a try if you’re near the area.

Being an Indian vegetarian, its difficult to find good eating options outside here, but this place is good. We love their paneer makhni and gobhi manchurian.

I wanted to order a vegan vegetable madras which was not on the menu so I called them to ask if it’s possible to make it, they were so helpful and polite. Great customer service!The food was very delicious and tasted fresh, the portion is big enough for 2 people.Definitely recommend, just give them a heads up if you are vegan/want any changes.

This place is great 👍 It was my first time in Galway and I was craving for some authentic Indian food. Found this place on Google and I went there on Monday with a real hungry tummy and it was closed! (Google open times needs an update)Imagine the disappointment. As I was ready to return, someone came out of the door and I told the story and he was kind enough to cook me an Egg Fried rice. It was delicious. Warmed my heart. I work in the University and have made many Indian friends over the years. They tell me that Curry and Spice serve the best Indian food in Galway and Im happy to report that they are right. Last night we shared 3 delicious mains - saag, king prawn biryani, and butter chicken. Utterly delicious!!

Wow! Best Indian in Galway just ordered a chicken Biryani , Chicken fried rice & Chilly chicken it was fantastic.The effort put into the dips for the poppodums was a breath of fresh air...portion size was good too! And customer service was excellent

Food was really tasty... I tried it yesterday.Chettinad chicken was fabulous. Typical kerala style.Suggestion - I felt the quantity of food was less comparing to other restaurants.

Had the worst customer experience. We ordered food and the expected time of delivery is 45mins but the food reached home in 1.5 hour and that too after multiple times checking the order delivery status with the restaurant. Not going to order again from this place.

100% the best Indian food takeaway place in Galway! Good prices, large portions, delicious and fresh food! I have tried many dishes from this place multiple times and it never disappointed. Moreover, whenever I asked for something less or more in a dish, they always fulfilled it without a problem! Very importantly, the staff and the owner are always very pleasant, kind and friendly, which makes customer experience a whole new level! Definitely recommend if youre up for experiencing good quality Indian cuisine!

Chicken Wings and Prawn Saag were amazing.

It was great to see South Indian specialty dishes that I cant find anywhere else in Galway. We ordered the Lamb Pepper fry and Malabar chicken curry and they were amazing. I will be back for the Biriyani next. Thanks

Amazing Indian taste! Must try 👌👌👌I ordered Chicken Chettinaad and it tasted exactly like a South Indian curry. The taste was authentic!Best Indian restaurant I have tried till date in Ireland. Plus the delivery was quick and hassle free.Suggestion- You guys must open the shop bit early rather at 4:30 PM so we could order our lunch meal as well 😃

I ordered Lamb Biriyani, but I get pieces of beef in my "Lamb biriyani". Probably they thought i wouldnt be able to differentiate between lamb, beef and pork meat. I did not call up the restaurant and tell them becz I knew they will come up with their own cover up stories and also I was too hungry.But anyway I will be careful next time not to order anything (esp. lamb/beef/porkfrom here.

Delicious food... Real taste and touch of Indian spices... We would love to have it again. Highly recommended for those who wanna experience genuine Indian taste.

Curry and Spice delivered an excellent lunch to my Kumon team who were working a long day at the Greyhound Stadium for our recent Awards event. The food arrived clearly labelled, hot, delicious and exactly as ordered. All our needs were catered for efficiently, on time, and very reasonably priced. The key to a great restaurant and good cuisine is the chef. "Curry and Spice" is fortunate to have a chef, whose knowledge and skill is demonstrated with every dish he serves.Not surprising, since the guy hails from India; hes well versed in every regional variation of the Indian curry dish. If you love curry and a have a penchant for exotic spices, this place is for you! Id wager, youd be hard pressed to find a better value or more authentic curry outside of Indias Rishikesh.Great value, friendly staff and exceptional curry makes "Curry & Spice" the obvious choice at a competitive price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
