Curry Palace in Prague

Its a nice Indian and Bangladeshi eatery located close to National Technical museum. We were here for a lunch. Though the entrance was not wheel chair accessible for the stroller the staff ensured we got to help to get it down.Coming to food. The Samosas were really good and tasty and were presented well. The Chana Masala, butter naan and rice were good.Overall a good place to eat.

We just loved the food. Though the place is quite far from the main city but believe me it is definitely worth going there. Even the owner and the waiters are also very nice and well behaved.100% recommended

Amazing food for fair prices. Real unique taste, that is hard to get in Czech republic. Waiters do not speak czech, but can comunicate in english. I would highly recommend visiting this place.

Ok currys, rice and nan. Service is a bit off and its too pricey.Its not really bad but its definitely not 4.7

My boyfriend and I ordered from here few weeks ago and we had lamb korma and prawn phall with Naan and chapati as the side dishes.We were shock and didn’t like the taste of lamb korma because it was too sweet as a main course, the lamb korma was just like a dessert. Thick and super sweet and very unbearable to eat with the meat as it really didn’t macth at all. I know on the menu it’s written that it will have sweet taste because there’s raisins in it, but we didn’t expect that it could be that super sweet as a main course.Other food was great.The prawn phall came in 7 big prawns and I liked the taste of the spicy in there.The chapati and naan were great too.

Butter chicken was so good! Great service too - fast and attentive, with free papadam to start and free rice pudding to end

This restaurant is wonderful. Incredibly nice staff, the best Indian food in town, large portions, it is very clean, pleasant music plays. We will definitely return as often as possible. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and perfect service.

With covid its been tough on customers and restaurants. The path to getting back to open is by being/getting vaccinated and wearing our masks.My wife and I have cut down on going to restaurants so now when we do go to a restaurant we want it to be special.Curry Palace is special. The food is amazing. The artistry and range of tastes, flavors and textures is brilliant. The use of spices is exceptional.The service is a perfect balance of attention. Information and space. You can enjoy your food and company here.Raj has waited on us multiple times. An amazing experience. Food was authentic and yummy, quantity was very good and when you choose the lunch menu on weekdays, you get unlimited butter naan which was incredibly soft and delicious. One of the best Indian restaurants in Europe.

We really enjoyed the entire experience of eating here! Fantastic service, nice music, good atmosphere. The servers anticipate your needs before you have to even say anything. Our server was Harish— pleasant, welcoming, and good recommendations!The food itself had great spice and flavor. Would recommend to anyone looking for authentic Indian food! 6 tiny little pieces of beef the size of sugar cubes that were chewy and very tuff to eat. Rice does not come with your meal you have to order that seperate and cost the same as an extra dish? Nann was ruined by cutting it into little triangles. Worst indian i have ever eaten and not Authentic in any way!! Meat should be tender and fall apart not chew for 5 minutes

Very good authentic Indian food, delicious naans and professional service. It has become our favourite Indian in Prague and we will definitely be back.

Really good curries and breads!Also was lucky to get a complimentary kheer for dessert. Being a vegetarian, it was a delight to see that they had vegetarian alternatives for everything.

One of the best Indian/Bangladeshi restaurants I ever visited. Great taste, clean and nicely decorated place + reasonable prices. Be careful when ordering spicy items, medium spicy is more than enough for an average European.

Wow efect, one of the first places where I managed to get very good spicy food. Like I remember from south India. Come and visit, you will like it. If you know Indian food. 😉

Very expensive for that kind of food and its size. The chiken curry with rice costs 350 cz, and the chicken is dry. Regular tea that made from tea bag costs 60 cz!! The stuff was cute, but a bit annoying, they were coming every few minutes.

Finally found an Indian place with authentic food.The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and frequently ask if everything is to your pleasing. Highly recommend the Chicken Biriyani and the Butter Chicken. They have a patio in the back and the interior is clean and cosy.

This is not Indian food. There is no aroma, no taste, nothing. I can make better indian food if I am drunk.

This is the first Indian restaurant which I liked after trying out many others. Now going there very often. I recommended many of my friends and colleagues about this place and they also liked it a lot. The hospitality of the staffs and the owner is really amazing and the food is also very very good. I hope they will carry on this type of services in future too.

Best Indian food EVER!! We ate here 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed in Prague. The food is fresh and amazing! The service is FANTASTIC!! Well priced and friendly atmosphere! The staff remembered us after the first night and were able to recommend us items off the menu! The Paneer Makhani is incredible! Highly recommend! Would definitely come here again on another trip to Prague!

I was recommended this by a friend from Bangladesh. The food here is of superb quality. Having visited India twice, I can say with confidence that this place has great quality food. Real friendly staff as well.

An amazing restaurant hidden away in the newer part of Prague. The lamb palak is the best Ive ever had and the staff are absolutely delightful. The menu is moderately priced and I cant have been more satisfied.

Was there to taste South Asian food for lunch. The atmosphere was good. I ordered some traditional Biriyani and taste was really nice. Will try there again when I will be in Prague. Worth to mention dessert was really nice.

Fantastic food hidden away on an unpromising street. Large menu with lots of great options, including many veggie dishes. The curry I had was one of the best and most flavourful Ive had in a long time. Friendly and enthusiastic waiting staff too (gave us cake on the house!). Very highly recommended.

If Indian cuisine is your thing, you will have doubtlessly run into several places around town already. Perhaps not this one though. If so, then you have yet to discover a hidden gem, Curry Palace has some of the friendliest staff, and most authentic and delicious Indian food you can find in Prague. If you happen by in the spring or summer, definitely try sitting outside in their calm little garden out back. Do not miss out on this place.
