Unprofessional.. always running out of stock.. used to be a nice place.. but now.. its very disappointing.. dirty floors and food prep area, rude cashiers. Idk what happened to this place but I will talk my $ somewhere else.

Closed at 6:00 p.m. You might as well shut this store down and let a real store open up in its place. Ridiculous. And at the very least at least if youre going to close shut all the lights off so people dont keep trying to come in myself and four other people were trying to walk in at 6:15 p.m.. pathetic

I dropped some medical cards from my wallet last night. In an act if pure kindness, Jake just came to my house and returned them to me. So grateful!

This store used to be one of the best around, but man has it slowly gone downhill. It used to be so great, but today I went in for coffee and there was no hot sandwiches, no cold sandwiches, coffee cups were out, sugar was out, creamer was out.Did this place switch management?

Good Coffee. No longer 24/7 though which is a bummer.

This place is awful never have good staff always slow I go in to get a lighter becuase I forgot mine they go we don’t have lighters like what? Don’t get urself upset go to shell

I know this seems like a weird complaint, but this is the only place I’ve ever seen Arizona ice tea for over a dollar

The old lady with no teeth is very rude.

Cumberland is great my only concern is that they dont cook their pizzas long enough and Ive walked by ppl coming out as I was coming in and a few ppl would point out to not buy their pizzas and sometimes I also deal with a few ppl that work there and their attitude is not always positive. Once they fix that im almost 100% positive that they might get better business. But honestly there is a woman that works there at night beware of her she tends to be very rude not only have I come across her and have dealt with her attitude but Ive watched others while standing in line deal with her negative attitude and I feel it needs to be put in check.

Usually I love this particular location and it’s staff however today was just disappointing.I am a regular customer at your 187 W. Boylston St. location in Massachusetts. There are days like today when I come to this location multiple times in one day. At four o’clock today 10/24/2020 my significant other and I made a stop at this facility to grab gas , a snack and use the restroom. When I went to wash my hands I had noticed one of the soap dispensers was completely empty and the second one was just about empty, as it took me three times using the motion sensor to get enough soap to properly wash my hands. Which as I’m sure you’re aware during a global pandemic is rather important. To make everyone’s lives easier I let the cashier who is working know there was very little to no soap. To which she rolled her eyes huffed and informed another employee who said “that’s not my job” she rolled her eyes again and stated she would do it. Before heading home we returned again at 10:00pm to get beverages and use the restroom, however to my surprise and disappointment there was no soap. This is disappointing for a company that we usually find to be of great quality. Cumberland farms is our most used gas station. This experience makes it hard to trust that your company is making sure it’s safe for its customers to return. To see such lack of care or effort from your employee was greatly disappointing and make me wonder what kind of sanitation goes on under her watch and how safe it would be for my friends and family to return as well as others. I would have like to have gotten her name to make a note of it however she didn’t have a name tag.

24 hour location. Its typical Cumbys goodness. Gas prices are usually way high, though. Leominster, Lancaster or Worcester have much lower prices...

Cheap coffee and clean store, but today when I was waiting in line some girl with braces was acting really rude to a customer in front of me that was ordering food. And when I went up to the register, she let out a huge frustrated sigh and snatched my ID out of my hand. I understand that working in this type of business can be draining, but you do not take it out on the customers.

Great prices for coffee and milk. Gas prices are reasonable and fast service.

Review is only about the gas prices aspect. It is overpriced, especially for Cumberland farms quality.

After Christmas, coffee area was filthy...counters stained....hope that it was just tiredness after the holiday...

Store & bathrooms are always clean. Staff is friendly.

That charismatic young Chav with brown eyes. WOW who ever is hiring the young men at this establishment must have the iq level of a Harvard graduate cause gosh damnit is he smart, funny, intelligent, and cunning. Just watching him flip those tornadoes reminds me of my days before menopause. If reading this pls say something next time I come in im the older brunette who always wears a fur jacket.
