Culver's in Alpena

We love their Fresco Chicken Salad and pretzel bites. ALWAYS fresh and ALWAYS delicious.

me and my husband went here for our daughters birthday, and the waitress was super rude. he fatshamed my daughter and called me a a bad mother. He then threw a fork at my face and he was rude. I then received my food and it was cold. The fries were cold aswell and they gave me food poisoning. Please fix your restaurant

Our first time going there(in Alpena)and everything and everyone was great well be back!!

We got ice cream it was so soft and live up the road it was so watery couldnt eat it for 3 hrs and still not hard and put it in our freezer... this never happened before should of went to DQ or scoops

Service was good and everything was relatively clean. Custard was good.Update 2 and service is still good, and they still seem to get my order right when I go to the drive thu.Update 3: remodeled interior looks great and still great service.

Most times the food is good but everytime Ive gotten a concrete mixer is a dairy soup..... A milkshake has a thicker consistency. Even tested that out once with my sister and her milkshake was more solid than a CONCRETE mixer.

Very good & fresh north Atlantic cod sandwich. Good spicy chicken sandwich, fries and strawberry milkshake. There was a long wait though.

I love Culver’s. it’s a classic where i’m from! All of my family love it!! There was a Culvers gnome that my mom loved (she loves gnomesso she asked if they would sell it to us, but they said no🥲.

We just went through the drive thru and we were helped by Jazmyn (I think that’s how you spell itand all I can say is my 8 year was impressed and asked me to leave a review about her! She took our order with enthusiasm and smiling as soon as we pulled up to the window! Her customer service was hands down the best I’ve ever encountered in Alpena! We appreciated her and her kind spirit! Culver’s you’ve got yourself a good one! (:

Just ok, I must say the fries were the best part of the meal and the only thing that was hot.

Our first time eating at a Culvers and it did not disappoint.

After spending $40+ on food, we were shorted a Reuben and ranch. And after sitting in line waiting for over 10 minutes, you would expect your full meal to come out.

First time there for me! LOVED IT!! Greeted as we walked in. Huge menu to choose from with colorful pictures. Cashier was so friendly and helpful. Thank you, Nicky...loved your smiles. Clean store and restrooms. Thats a plus for me! The food was TERRIFIC! Burgers, chicken, salads, shakes, custard!! Will be bac.....definitely!

Culver’s in Alpena is Definitely Lucky to have such a SPUNKY worker who obviously loves his job as he radiates such a Beautiful smile as he literally runs to cars delivering their food!! He definitely made my Day!!! Happy Mothers Day to his Mom!! She did a fabulous job raising him!! I don’t know him but the world needs more people like him !

Love this place! I have dietary needs and they are always willing to accommodate! Never had an issue. Thanks for never making me feel like you were "put out" when there is a food done a certain way.

Ok nice people but very little for gluten free one or 2 things and they sometimes have good or different for gluten free allergies

Great service, delicious double cheese burger (I got the basket), and my buddy and I met a WWII hero who served in the 7th Army. This was my first visit (I’m a visitor from NorCal with military affiliation. Yes, they have a military discount. Gotta Go! Enjoy!

This location was good. But not as good as other culvers. Food wasnt as fresh and wait times longer. After covid sadly many places are like this

I usually come here for lunch or dinner and I LOVE the chicken sandwich meals. The chicken is always crispy and juicy. The service is always great. They really make drive through orders easy. Today my mother-in-law treated me to a concrete mixer and a sundae for herself. I was really enjoying it until I got near the bottom where I found a hair that wasnt my own in the cup. Highly disgusting and upsetting. Otherwise the restaurant is pretty good.

I have always received good food. The staff is always kind and considerate. I highly recommend it.

I ordered a PLAIN butterburger cheese and they put only ketchup on it, a lot, and then to add on, put my onion rings in the bag all the way upside down.

Best food and service in fast food restaurants. Closest location is 35 miles away. We eat there every chance we get. Wish we had one close to (Oscoda, MI).

Everything is usually spot on with our Culvers, but when we got our orders home the burgers were mixed up and the grilled chicken for my salad was REALLY DRY, and tough to cut through. My dog enjoyed it.

I had never been to a Culvers before and it was so freaking delicious. Prices are not bad at all. Staff was very friendly and didnt make you feel rushed. Definitely will be going back!!

The frozen custard makes me never want to eat regular ice cream again. The entire staff always seems to be a few steps ahead of your typical fast food crew members. It feels more like a sit down restaurant than a fast food spot. Their signature butter burgers are always delicious. Wisconsin cheese curds alone are worth the trip out in the cold.

Burgers & frozen custard are wonderful. Miss the sweet potato fries, please bring them back forkeeps. Stay clear of the fish, its messy and disappointing (tried twice and it got worse, wont try again). However, its the best drive-thru burger in town.

Culvers is an excellent place to eat. Good food, good prices, friendly staff and very clean inside. And they finally have indoor dining open again, its nice to not have to sit in your car and eat!

First time eating lunch there. Had a veggie burger and it was very good but wished it was vegan. Husband has celiac and thanks for having a gluten free bun for him!

Received a different burger,that I ordered. Eating in car.Called and they were very rude when I told them what happened. Wanted me to come back thru the drive thru. Which was really lined up to get another one,and I said no bring it to me. She did and then wanted to see it and when I did she said "give me that one and I will get a new one" which I did and she flipped it right in the garbage can outside. She was very rude.

The Gaylord location is outstanding. Service is fast and friendly. The food is always fresh and hot, but the frozen custard is always ice cold. As for the Alpena location they leave a LOT to be desired. Service there was extremely slow and the staff was rude. Well probably think twice about visiting that location again.

Stopped by here the other day with my cousin. The young lady who took my order was extremely knowledgeable and very tentative to my Gluten Free needs, even offering a salad in substitution for the fries. (I don’t remember her name but she was short and had glasses). Very impressed with her.The food came fairly quick and tasted outstanding! I love that when you order a Gluten Free option that they bring it out on a separate tray than the rest of the food.But then when it came time for my cousin to order desert the young man at the counter was very unprofessional. While she was placing her order he was having a EXTREMELY inappropriate side conversation with a fellow employee. (The man was young looking with brown curly hair, I believe his name was Charlie or Chase). I’m shocked that such talk is allowed in the workplace with customers around. I was almost offended at the things he was saying to his fellow employee. Very unprofessional.

The food was great, staff had my order ready really quick and were extremely friendly. It was an overall great experience and I highly recommend this establishment.

This is an amazing place. The owners are truly one of a kind, amazing people. The quality of the food is excellent and its always made fresh to order. Your burger does not touch the grill until its ordered, the frozen custard is the best tasting, creamiest thing you could taste, and its used to make all kinds of deliciousness, from concrete mixers to milk shakes. If you take the time to visit you will not be disappointed.

it was good but I was disappointed that they changed their fries...New ones are no where near as good
