The place was very clean, giving it a 9, friendly volunteers, but expected more from the food. I give the burger and fries a 7. Will visit again because of the ambion outside.

Love this place. Great food and quick service. A little pricey but worth the money. Kind of a combination of A&W Restaurants, Chick-Fil-A, Dairy Queen and Steak & Shake. The service is very much Chick-Fil-A inspired. Also much like Chick-Fil-A they always have plenty of employees working so that helps alot with customer service. The restaurant itself is always clean and attractive. Ive been through thier drive-thru more than once and again it is very Chick-Fil-A-ish which is a good thing as that means it is fast, friendly, efficient and there are little-to-no screw-ups. But the main draw here is the food. The Burgers are smash burgers and theyre always excellent, the Crinkle Fries are always hot and crispy infact they remind me of White Castle Fries, the Cheese Curds are delicious and awesome, give them a try at least once, the Onion Rings are solid, the house branded root beet is great infact thier Culvers Brand Dirt Root Beer may be the best diet root beer Ive ever had, thier Signature Frozen Custards including the bowels, sundays and various other ways the custard is served are creamy and tasty. But my personal favorite is the Atlantic Cod Fish Sandwich. Its the best fast food fish sandwich out there, period. Primarily because it is indeed made of Cod and not the much cheaper Pollock that most other fast food restaurants use. Its just delicious. They also have a Fried Cod Fish Dinner that is made of the exact same Cid Fillets as the Sandwich that I also recommend. The only thing that I would honestly avoid here is the Chicken Sandwiche. I hate to say it but its just not very good. But aside from that everything else on the menu is worth a try and I highly recommend the Culvers.

We have never had a bad experience at this particular location. The food is always fresh and hot when it comes to the burgers and always delicious and cold when it comes to desserts.

This place has great burgers and the staff is very attentive as well. This was my first visit, but it wont be my last.

This new to me restaurant is pretty good. Can’t go wrong with any menu item. I hope that the parent company would offer a truly kid size burger. The last time we went we took our kid. What came to us as a kids meal was a regular sized burger. Kid don’t need our will eat a regular size offering. Just saying.

Was excited to try Culvers and was not wowed by the burger. Very basic and toppings were scarce. However, the cheese curds were awesome. For those who have not had them before they are just globs of cheese that can be deep fried which these were. The seasoned coating was great and cooked perfectly. They have Pepsi products.One other item to mention for the Kennesaw location was the drive thru lane which is extremely narrow and literally has a 90° right turn at the end. The order menu and speaker are literally 6 feet after the right angle leaving you to back up and go forward to get close enough to it. I have a quad cab 8 bed pickup, making this very difficult to navigate. Especially, if the car behind you doesnt leave you any room. Normal sized cars had to jockey to get to the order menu as well.

I was in the drive through to get a milkshake. I ordered a heath milkshake when I got it it mostly tasted like vanilla icea cream so I took it back inside to swap it out better. Waited in line where they only have 1 cashier when the place is busy idk why really. I changed my milkshake and about time it go to me it was melted the new one like they just had it sitting there. Had to put it in the freezer when I got home. Not only that I paid more for the original one the girl at the register rung me up for a smaller size then to get it melted was super frustrating. This whole process of waiting inside and drive through took almost 40 minutes I said just forget it .

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE their frozen custard. Their sprinkles are blue and white and they are the best sprinkles Ive ever had- and Ive eaten more sprinkles than the average ice cream lover, believe that! 5 stars on frozen custard.Now the burgers, cheese curds, and their specialty items- go and try them- youll see- DELISH ALL AROUND!

I always enjoy eating here at Culvers. The food is always hot and fresh. I also love that culvers always cooks your food to order.

The drive through experience is terrible. It looks like the drive through is normal length but they have you pull into a spot to wait for your food. That wait is then 15+ minutes. Definitely not to be considered fast food whatsoever. Horrible experience.

Be Mindful of what your order with the price. Look at your receipt. I as Overcharged by almost double and Culvers will not refund me. Make sure what you ordered is actually what you get.

Great onion rings, burgers & fish. The slaw had a really weird taste, Unfortunately. I Love slaw & could not eat theirs

I first had Culvers in KY, and was excited to see one in my area! Food was delicious, hot, and service is excellent! Cant wait to go back.

Stopped by here on the way home. Great food and service. Line was out the door,literally!!! However, the food did come out in a timely manner. Very polite staff.

Our order was perfect, the food was delicious and the ice cream was awesome. I only knock a star off because as most establishments right now this one suffers from lack of staff and you may encounter long waits.but again the order was hot when it was brought to us and when we went and got ice cream it was fabulous.so as long as youre not in a hurry, this is definitely a great place for a different fast food option.

One of the worst meals we have ever had. The cashier was great however that doesn’t make up for the quality of the food. How is it possible to mess up a hamburger? It was a thin as a piece of paper. We asked for mayonnaise and tomato and got lettuce, tomato and onion. To say the least we won’t be back.

My youngest daughter introduced me to Culvers a couple months ago and Im glad!!! cashier was friendly/knowledgeable about menu items... staff member constantly cleaning dining area... ladies rest room very clean YIPPEE 😁

I cannot speak highly enough of this Culvers. The food was delicious, but most importantly, I was able to get a milkshake five minutes before they closed. I had just finished a long rehearsal and needed food before every restaurant closeby closed down. I pulled into the drive through line and didnt think I had a chance of even getting my food because it was so late. I made it to the window to order with maybe a minute to spare and put my chances of getting a milkshake at slim to none. I almost didnt even ask to save myself the embarrassment of learning that their machine had already been shut down for the night. But lo and behold, I was able to get my milkshake and it made me the happiest person that evening. Thank you so much to everyone who worked late and absolutely made my evening!

Great customer service, and good hot and fresh food.

This Culvers location is great IMO, very nice store manager who recognized us when wed come in and greet us. Friendly staff, clean tables, and they bring the food to your table. The food is also great, its a comfort meal of mine.

Yuck. Out of chicken fingers. Cheese sauce for fries was extremely watery and cold Wifes burger had nothing on it. I mean nothing. I went to ask for some pickles or lettuce or mustard. They said I had to order it with the burger. I dont think I have ever gotten a burger that was only meat and bread. I asked then who eats burgers like that. They got upset. Whatever. Absolutely ridiculous. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Concrete was great! Onion Rings were very good. My problem is how they price individual products and how they qualify as a "basket" and savings benefit to purchase a basket. You have to request the basket, it doesnt automatically calculate it. Trying to calculate how much your meal should be is like the " ball and shell " game on the streets of New York. As a result - my future purchases will be limited to just a "Concrete".

Food does not take long, good service, and amazing food. I recommend coming here if your hungry or your family’s hungry. There burgers are decent sizes, same with the chicken. Not to expensive.

Went through drivethrough window around 3:50 ans ordered small vanilka concrete mixer with oreo and a small strawberry milkshake. Received the mixer at the window but not milkshake or receipt. Waa told to pull into waiting area. Twenty minutes later i still had not received the milkshake, nor any explanation from the food runners. Determining that i could not wait any longer, i took the "13" placard in with me to effect a partial refund. I was passed off between 2 cashiers (and do not fault them, as it may have bewn a shift change for hourly associatea), before what I assume was a shift lead/manager asked me what was in the order, and was surprised i had the placard. She asked around and apparently told someone to make a milkshake, but by this point i walked out. I left without satisfaction, as again, I could no longer wait. No apology was offeredt for the oversight. I will dispute the debit charge with my bank (regardless of the outcomeand will not return to this location due to the imcompetent display of management practice. I cannot recommend this particular location to anyone else.

This is a well run Culvers outlet. The service is good and there are lots of folks working there. Its clean and efficient. The food is exactly what youd expect from Culvers.

Sooooo gooood!! Went through drive thru and the woman that brought my food out was so pleasant and thanked us for bringing our family there! The kids enjoyed their ice cream and the burgers are next level! My wife says it’s the only fast food burger she will ever eat! Sorry no pictures I’ll get some next time because we definitely will be visiting again!!!

Our food was delicious and cooked perfectly! But somehow our food order got lost so we had to wait 25 minutes to eat. If that had not happened it would have been perfect! But they gave us coupons for a free value basket and concrete mixer for our trouble. We will be back! Staff was very friendly.

This place has the best "fast food" burgers, onion rings... and you HAVE to get a concrete mixer .... which is their famous frozen custard with add-ins (even if you get a mini... you have to try it!Consistent great quality. Highly recommend!

This place was great. Food was warm and ready. It tasted great which helps. Service was a little slow, but it seems natural due to the nation wide staff shortage. Overall a pleasant experience.

Walleye was great. Service wss very quick.23 March 2022We went back for the walleye again.the sevice was quick the food was hot and the Manager Ramona was a very pleasant stopping by our table a couple of times ensuring we had everything we needed. I would recommend this establishment.

I’ve never visited this fast food chain restaurant before but I’m glad I did. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings and it was very good. Everything was fresh and hot. Will definitely consider coming back to this location. Service was fast and employees were very respectful. Dining area is open to the public.

I am a big fan of their cheese curds! They are a mixed of breaded mozzarella & cheddar cheese bites & then fried. They are my favorite! I will drive there just to get them because I crave them. They also have great burgers & a fish sandwich. I am not a big fan of their custard but thats just because I prefer ice cream.

Like the outdoor eating area and contactless drive thru. Just wish wed known ahead of time that we needed to go online to see full custard menu. Drive thru cashier was no help as to which flavors were available that day. Got a good B1G1 meal coupon, so well probably try again.

Ive been to Culvers a few different times and this visit I ordered the two piece fish dinner. It was so delicious and all their food is made fresh to order so its always hot and fresh. Everything was delicious especially the coleslaw, this was probably the best coleslaw Ive had anywhere and the service is always friendly and courteous. They have so many choices on the menu so everyone is sure to find something they like and their malts are so good as well.

Burger, Frys, Root Beer Float, Ice Cream, atmosphere, service are all 5 stars. Completely loved the food and they have a ton of variety so we will be back to try more and looking forward to it.

Good food, decent prices, but nothing amazing. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was okay. The frozen custard is the least favorite of any I’ve tried so far. It wasn’t bad, but just wasn’t great. My daughter got a butter burger and wasn’t impressed with that either. I’d try it again but get something different to see if there are better items.

This is a great place for families, especially kids! The kids meals are only $5.19 and they come with a coupon for a free custard and also a scoopie token. If you collect 10 tokens, you get to pick a ball from the cabinet (see photo!You can choose basketball, soccer, football, or kickball. My kids cant wait to come back! I had never had cheese curds...but theyre tasty. They offered me cheese sauce to go with it....cheese sauce for fried cheese... But thats how people do it :The staff is so friendly here. We saw the whole family from the photo on the wall working in the restaurant on the Friday night we visited. Highly recommend!
