Got order placed quickly, accurately and brought food out in a reasonable time. Had cod dinner and it was amazing. The dinner made me full.

Cheese curds are decent for fast food

1st time to eat here and the hamburger was excellent! We will go back!

It had been a while since we had been to culvers. I thought it was "just burgers". They have a lot more. We enjoyed it.

As always ice cream was good however the food was cold.

Customer service is just outstanding above and beyond. The food is wonderful hot and tasty. It is always a great experience when I go there and I do mean always a pleasure.

It was good! I got a cod filled sandwich asked for tomato to be added since it doesnt come with tomato. My sandwich had 1 slice of tomato.......just sayin

I love Culvers I took my grandkids for a smoothie and milkshake they let me have some of it n I had to turn the car around to get me 1 lol. This place has good food also

Good was very good. Cooked properly and quickly. My husband said the shrimp was really good.

I went to Culvers for the first time in probably 15 yrs and ordered food for 5 ppl which cost 70 bucks, hot home and the chicken wasnt cooked all the way through. I have never spent that much money at a fast food joint so the least they could do is make sure the food is cooked properly.

I didnt go here for a few years, and have recently returned just to get a decent cheeseburger that tastes like quality at an affordable price. The employees are very friendly be it at the drive thru, or inside. Its also a place that I can go with my grandma and have us both enjoy it.

Culvers is awesome! The cheese curds are a great sides and the burgers are amazing.

Mom had a strawberry shake and I had a malt. The cashier was friendly and patient with Mom. The shake was good; the malt needed more malt; sadly, it tasted like a bland vanilla shake, so that was disappointing. Well go back and Ill at least have a different flavor (which Ive liked in the past), or the root beer float (also enjoyed previously).

Kids Meals are amazing and the custard is so delicious! Staff is always friendly!

My wife loves the fish and I think the butter burger is the best fast food burger around.

A lot of ppl bragged on this place, nothing really popped out about the butter burgers except their fries, they werent your usual dipped in salt type taste of fries which is nice to get without having to ask for it. Didnt try the dessert tho.

My fish is a little wet some times. Ill still eat it but I enjoy it more when its not falling apart. I always get the steamed broccoli so it might not be grease and just moisture. The carry out dinner cases are probably the culprit, theres nowhere for that steam to go.

They ran out of onion and instead of informing us so we could change the order just left it off and also no tomato on a Deluxe. Gave us one straw and the ice cream was melting when they gave it to us.

Good food. Good service. Nice clean restaurant.

We had 5 tokens for ice cream then the girl said oops sorry you only had four so you’re gonna have to pay for the other scoop of ice cream because I didn’t see the other token be sure to show her the token if you want ice cream!

Cool laid back ice cream place with very helpful staff. The place needs a face-lift though. Also has a good collection of burgers. Friendly staff.

Typically really enjoy Culvers, but this last time some of our food was way undercooked.-Update - Several years later, the service is still pretty rough. Waited almost 20 minutes for curbside pickup. Also, this parking lot is atrocious to drive though....be careful coming out of it to the North!

Not a bad restaurant, just bad employees. We stopped in for lunch and my goodness their organization and respect was horrendous. It was literally a bunch of teenagers who could care less about what you wanted. Standing at the counter trying to order and the girl couldnt even focus on what we were saying. Rather her focus remained on the group of girls next to her talking derogatorily about other customers inside. Took almost 15 minutes to order two sandwiches with sides of chili, we were the only ones ordering. We werent given items we were charged for, charged twice for actually. Took half an hour for sour cream, which we never even got, said they couldnt find it. The food itself wasnt bad, whoever cooked it did a fantastic job. The workers just set the tone and it was an extremely negative one. Sadly, well probably never go back to this location. Even with the food being delicious, the experience was horrible and a situation we dont want to put ourselves in again.

I go to Culver’s in Lawrence a lot. I am appreciate the service I get and the employees are so kind, respectful and helpful. Their food is always at good temperature & flavorful. But when I do order food, I sometimes don’t get everything. Like I get extra gravy on the side and sometimes I don’t get it in my bag with my order.

Love the fired fish meal. If you are wanting fish and chips this is a great option. Its one of their best kept secrets.

Ordered through drive-thru and received great customer service, our food was received hot and fresh. Their chicken strips are lightly breaded and not overly coated like a lot of fast food places, you actually get chicken not just crunchy pieces of fried breading.

Great variety of menu items for fast food. Prices are good, service was quick. Seemed a popular place to pop in for dinner or just an ice cream treat. Good root beer.

The food is alright its a bit pricey and they dont wear hair nets or anything so it feels a little unsanitary. They arent very allergy friendly either which kind suck for someone who has to live with that.

I have not been there in quite awhile so far back cant give you timeline. It is our world today. Seriously, not going back.Edit since Culver’s response … try eating a single bacon burger. There is no other response I need to make. My grandson had the same and said the same. It was tasteless, Period! I couldn’t even taste the bacon.

The staff and food was exceptional. They have a secret to keep the delicious food piping hot. Drinks super cold. Good, clean American restaurant. Yummy!

Tried the cod meal for the first time. It was pretty good. Subbed in extra fries instead of coleslaw. Staff is always nice.

I love this place!! Yes they are fast food but theyre like a high end fast food. Youll get your food quickly and it tastes SOO GOOD! I just tried their REAL fruit slushy (they have a few to choose fromit was AMAZING!

It was, well, pretty good is about it,, nothing outstanding but certainly better than a Burger King or McDonalds,, not quite as tasty as an In-and-Out though,, I didnt have any of the frozen custard but a few people with us did and really enjoyed it,, Id definitely try it again and next time try the custard,,

The food tasted good which is why Im giving two stars instead of one! But it was way too expensive especially our burgers that looked like crepes made out of hamburger meat! The hamburger patties were so thin I couldnt believe it! The cashier was rude and impatient with me and my family who were visiting from out if town and have never eaten there before. This caused me to place multiple orders as to not "inconvenience" her! I dont know how anybody can recommend this place! If they gave value for your money and got rid of the ride cashier they could definitely get at least four stars from me.

Probably the best chain fast food option in town. While the prices have gone up a bit, its worth it for the consistent quality of the food. The variety of options for custard, shakes, and sides is a great compliment to the burger and sandwich options. The butter burger with cheese curds is a must! The coupon deals are good as well.

I have not had Culver’s in quite a few years, I don’t have a Culver’s in my hometown. I made quite a few special requests on my sundae order, this was truly a treat for me. The staff did an amazing job accommodating my requests, they were polite and extremely patient. My order turned out amazing. I highly recommend this Culver’s location, the food and service are top-notch.

I just got home from Culvers and Im not too happy with the experience. First, I went through the drive thru and waited nearly 20min despite me being the only person in line. After I left, I noticed my order was incorrect (something I could live withbut as I began eating, my burger was stone cold in the middle and paper thin. So thin that in areas there were gaps between the meat so bad that it didnt even cover the bun. Im extremely disappointed.

I hadn’t eaten here in years, and then decided to give it a try again a few weeks ago. It was a great decision, their burgers are hands down the best “fast food” burgers in Lawrence. And the drive through experience was top notch, staff was friendly and even though it was busy they handled the rush like it was nothing. Very organized! I would recommend to anyone wanting a great burger.

Im a health food nut and dont usually indulge in fast food, but my friend insisted we go here and I really liked it! For fast food, it was pretty good! I appreciate the build-your-burger style menu and the drive thru was efficient. It was a very different experience from other fast food.

Had coupon for 2 double butter burgers for $6, ate one there and had one for later.

They never disappoint! This chain of restaurants is one of the best in the country, and they are always extremely friendly. The food is great!

What a nice surprise! Id heard about this place for a while but today was the first time Id tried it. The hamburger I ate was incredibly good & delicious! The key is their meat is fresh, never frozen! And of course, we had to have some custard for dessert! What a nicely flavored incredibly smooth treat that was, even for just the plain vanilla cone I ate. We will be going back!

Burgers have decent flavor. Burgers r over cooked. Buns were soggy. Service was good. Dont know why its so cold inside. Should have comfortable temperatures inside for customers. Over priced.
