Culver's in Saint Paul

The Cheese Curd Burger was delicious, one of my favorite from Culvers. Try it if you like cheese curds. I like it more than Juicy Lucy.

Food was good besides them getting both orders wrong and not even hearing me say the first order. And putting sour krot.

We literally got our concrete mixers before we finished filling up a water cup. It was unreal. And for anyone who says DQ will do when Culvers is farther away, they are wrong. A concrete mixer is smoother and more delicious. I wanna like the food, but they need more sauces and possibly some fresh veggies.

Staff were friendly, butter burger was dry. But thats me comparing it to how I make my burgers at home. Itll do to sustain your healh, hopefully.

So Ive never had a bad experience before eating here, until last night. I ordered food, specifically a double cheese burger with bacon meal with fries around 9:30pm. I ate it and the burger did seem a little more pink than normal. About 4 hours later I had food poisoning. The only thing it couldve been was the meal that I had at Culvers.

I couldnt afford a damn thing at Culver to expensive a single paddy was 9.90

I bought a cod fish sandwich to discover it only had one piece of bread instead of two

Great burgers and frozen custard but lately theyve been getting all my orders wrong. Double check your order if you get take out.

I love it. The food is always good always the same. The service is very nice considering its mostly very young people that work there. I like it a lot.

They are so awesome at being completely consistent at Culvers. Always super friendly. And Im almost always very happy with my order. The only thing I wish was that their app had coupons or deals or something to save a little $$$ when I go there. I dont receive any coupons in the mailers I get for them. And its definitely not cheap to eat or get custard there.

Best regional chain in America, Eastside St. Paul locale consistently great.

Probably best Wisconsin cheese melt I ever eaten. Love home made root beer too and frozen custards. Staff working there is super helpful too, including owner Joe. I hope to pop in there on our way back to the UK.

What can I say? It’s the best fast food burgers in town.

My 3 children went with their father to another part and I had a day of mother and daughter! When my daughter saw me that I was taking her to Culvers she was soo excited that the two of us would spend time together at Culvers!

Employee named Dana is INCREDIBLY RUDE!! Not only did I hear them saying very INAPPROPRIATE jokes to a customer, but they reprimanded SOMEONE ELSES children for “being too loud”, one of which appeared to be special needs. Excuse me? I’m sitting right beside them and the children are perfectly fine!! If those had been my children she talked to like that it would have been a SCENE!! Absolutely disrespectful.

Always clean, staff usually friendly, some of which go out of their way to aks if you need anything.

Culvers is one of the better fast food chains. The appetizers are hearty and great consistency.My grandparents love this place.

Actually the Drive Through was moving pretty quickly for a Friday night. Food was correct. Always check your order before you drive away.

Did not give us a receipt and did not give us what we paid for. They brought it back twice and refused to give us what we ordered.

Oh my I love this restaurant the employees are great. They greet you when you walk in which is amazing. Place is very clean except when the disrespectful teens show up throwing food. The manager handles that right away to get them out the door after being asked a few times to stop being disrespectful. One of the cashiers is a complete GEM. She is super sweet patient with the customers I believe her name is Mazzy. You need more of her in the workplace. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Love the mushroom and Swiss double but I put lettuce tomato and onion on it. Makes it that much better. Great root beer also.

I like time traveling. I liked Culvers. You are taken away from flat gray hamburgers and back to when you could see and smell the char on the fresh beef. It gets a little spendy but you are never leaving feeling like you didnt get your moneys worth. Grammatically that sounds shaky. You get it.

Im here on business and there was a storm where I live, used all my cash for hotel rooms and tickets to go back home..was another day, so I walk around in the cold.. look for places to cash in all my change for food çause we been stuck for three days......and god sent me here......These people are amazing, they help me and my kids..god bless this crew.!!! Hot fast friendly but it was very busy and there were SEVERAL teenagers that were not eating but just loudly and rudely hanging out cuz its close to the bus hub

We are eating in the car at this time. My grandchildren are under 5 years of age; their parents are trying to minimize their exposure. The food was great!!

Very good. Pricey but worth it. I wish their menu for the drive thru was better. Its hard to find things quickly.

Im very disappointed I thought they said they made everything fresh and my cheese isnt even melted $11 for a cheeseburger I could have went to a restaurant

Pretty typical Culvers. Long line in the drive through, which was not exactly fun. (I think the person in line ahead of me had a huge order or a lot of questions or something.Interaction with the employees was fine. I didnt go inside so cant comment on the conditions inside the store. My real complaint is that they got my order wrong. I know mistakes happen, and hopefully this was an exception rather than a common occurrence. They forgot the *pumpkin* in my salted caramel pumpkin concrete mixer + cheesecake added... The pumpkin was kind of a crucial ingredient. This was my first visit, and I guess I left disappointed.

I came here the other day and had the worst experience of many I place a order for A garden fresco salad First off they gave me the Salad with a bunch of cashews which wasn’t a part of the salad and I asked before I ordered the salad because I’m allergic to nuts I brought the salad back I told them the salad I ordered the salad I received was a different one They check my receipt They told the young man in the back which at the time he was sweeping that the salad was wrong he put the broom down grabbed the salad tray I told them can you tell him to change his gloves because he was just sweeping the young man looked at me grabbed a handful of lettuce put it in the tray as if he did not hear the lead “pink hair lady”for night act as if she was scared of him I ask her nicely are you just gone let him to continue she look back and said nothing I then ask for my money back and left couldn’t believe it and won’t be returning EVER!! I ask her name before I left she said “cole” They need better staff especially at night to many young people in the back with out the proper protocols on cleanliness good luck

Great chain, but avoid the Midway location. 0/3 on handing out correct order. Last one was a burger and fries and got a fish sandwich so Id recommend you go to another location

I got a butter burger and it was better than any Burger Ive ever had! My chicken and cashew salad was also great. My whole order was great. The customer service was superb! The employees actually cared that I enjoyed my meal. I was surprised by that, and I hope everyone there is making more than just a living wage, because theyre all great!

So first of all its my favorite place to eat. :and today the messed up on my wisconsin Swiss melt with no onions. (There was onions). But when I called and told the manager he asked me to come back and got me a new one (made with no onionand gave me a free Pint of custard for the inconvenience. They are the greatest place and so polite about it too! Store number 192 in Saint Paul MN.

A quiet nice place to dine. The serving agents are really attentive and patient to take orders. The french fries are of great quality. The sandwiches too. Will visit again if presented with the opportunity.

I used to love their chicken fingers but theyve gotten smaller and smaller overtime and the experience that I had to this particular day is that they were over cooked and the breading on the exterior was crispy hard on the edges. The meat inside was just fine but I dont like little crispy edges.

Yum yum yum! Had great food as is normal for Culver’s. I had the chicken tenders and a chocolate peanut butter shake. Delicious! Make sure you don’t miss out on the cheese curds, they are very tasty. And if it’s Culver’s frozen custard, you never miss out! Try the flavor of the day!

Food is always good..Sometimes the line goes very fast and others it takes forever (15+ minute wait the food is always fresh when it comes out. I havent tried the order before arriving but am going to look into it the next time we want to get food from their given we are not stopping directly after grocery shopping.

Worst experience my family has ever had at this location. Been coming here for several years. My burger had hair sticking out of it. Manager on duty offered to make a new burger. No thanks. Something about hair, especially someone elses hair in my food somehow made it so I was no longer hungry. Then instead of crediting my check card the manager just gave me cash. That was weird but oh well. Then my wifes sandwich came out not as ordered. They offered to remake the chicken sandwich. She agreed. They advised her they would bring it right out. Waited... Waited... Waited. Now the kids are done eating. She went up to the register. They offered her the re-made sandwich that was just sitting there. She could see from there that the sandwich was again not right. She told them there was no point waiting any longer as our kids were already done eating. Then the manager proceeded to give her a cash refund. Needless to say that I wanted a cheeseburger and left very disappointed.

Ive always loved going to this location but not anymore. Recently Ive been to this location twice and ordered meals for two people. I get home and the first time fries were missing, Second time was a Bacon double deluxe. And these guys want 15.00 dollars an hour?!?!? Hah!

Prices went up and the portion sizes went down. I miss the really big juicy butter burgers they serves a while ago. Not the dried out burgers that I need to double up on to get filled up. Their rubens are pretty tasty for a fast food restaurant though.
