Culver's in Benton Harbor

I dont get the fuss about Culvers. Its a good burger - but not even close to the best Ive had. Solid for a fast food chain

Quality of food was great as always, but service was not there like normal. The wait time in the drive thru was a little longer than expected but they must have been short handed. My issue on this visor was the food runner, Max. He said he was going to bring me the marinara and crackers that were not in the bag, but instead left my daughter and I sitting in the parking lot and never brought the items. Very disappointed. I know marinara and crackers aren’t that important, but don’t say you’ll bring them and not bring them. He walked by the truck a couple times and didn’t say a word.

Theres no Culvers in my neighborhood so traveling back from Michigan we always stop there

First time ha ing culvers and they were fresh, clean, and the food was great.

When I come to work in this area I have to stop at Clovers!! Everything is good!!!! My favorite is the concrete Ice cream! Its a WINNER!!!!❤ And the staff is Super Nice!!

Hard to beat a Culver burger, everything else is pretty good too. A bit pricey for burger and fries, thats my only complaint.

I enjoy going to Culvers they actually gave me coupons which helps. Again its a chain restaurant which I never rate higher than a three although in this case I would give it a very high three for this location. The foods always good the service is decent and its always clean when I go here

Great staff, friendly, courteous, professional which is sadly the exception to the rule these days and a pleasant surprise. The facility is also kept well, clean and neat. Food is great.

I stopped around 7pm on a Friday, so it was very busy! That being said, I didnt have to wait very long considering the volume of customers. I was impressed by the efficiency and by the manager(?yelling encouragement and appreciation back to the staff putting out the food, who must have been working their tails off to make things run so smoothly. The food was good, as always, but the operation itself was what really impressed me this time.

First time customer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fish sandwich ok spicy chicken not great flavor. Will try regular chicken next time.

We stopped in for ice cream. Our order was done fairly quickly, it was accurate and it tasted good. They asked if any discounts apply which was nice. They have a military discount which is always nice to hear.

Cold food, forgot to include fries, and missed a whole sandwich. Would not recommend.

Folks young and old enjoy going here for a bite to eat with family and friends, making it the hub for great food, fun, and flavor. The best burger joints in southwestern Michigan are Henrys Hamburgers, Neon Grill, and Culvers - hands down.

You got up to the front of the drive thru and its replaced with a unreadable menu and a man in a box to stare at you while your trying to decode it, why not just put a menu and a speaker out there. If I wanted to talk to someone I would go inside

Really good food everybodys extremely friendly But theyve gotten my order wrong probably 5 times in a row now. Its really unfortunate they cant get around turn on that.

Tonight was my first time here the food was pretty food and it was a pretty good price too. Got the flavor of the day which was butter pecan today, that was really yummy.

Just witnessed 3 Culvers staff assist gentleman out of the restaurant and over to his car. He was using a cane. I was very impressed with their kindness. Speaks highly of the staff and management there.

This was a very pleasant experience every time I came here for a month. Was eating here 4 days a week good service pleasant people. Sorry to say Alberto is a piece of trash wont be coming here any more. Thank you to the rest of the people that work here.

The freshest hamburger you will ever find in this day and age. All the other fast food burger joints dont pay attention to this detail.

Not bad for a quick bite lot smaller than what Im used to for my Culvers cheese curds seem to have a different breading on them too

So I pay for a chocolate strawberry shake and I have to mix it myself really? This is horrible. If I wanted to mix a shake I would have brought the stuff and did it at home and it would have turned out so much better then this. It took 5 min to make. They could have taken an extra minute or 2 just to mix it right.

The food is very good, I messed up when I went through the drive thru, I apparently was supposed to stop at the window after I prepaid at the booth at the start of the lane to get my drink. As I have never been to this location the order taker went through everything so fast as if I was a frequent guest here. I blame myself for not paying more attention, it wasnt a big deal but I had to make the delivery person deliver my beverage to my car after my meal. I just felt bad for having to make her do that.

Quick service. Hot food. Friendly server willing to do anything to make your experience the best. Only negative points were that there was no fruit punch drink and they kept refilling the ice over the soda machine, making it very loud as well as storing the step stool close by and we tripped over it.

It was good, especially good for fast food, we (My family and Iordered and the food came in 5 minutes. I got a butterburger with a side of fries and cheese sauce. Everything was great, the burger was juicy, the fries were salted well and the cheese sauce made them even better.

Every team member was pleasant, helpful and wore a smile.We had never before eaten at a Culvers, but Im glad we made this pit-stop.The dining area was clean. The food was great for "fast-fare". One of the best burgers Ive ever had in my lifetime. I cant talk about this place enough. Fast service, friendly staff, and the food is just awesome. Ive been hooked ever since I first went. A must go to if your in the area. Trust me, once you go here, youll definitely be back.

My first time at a Culvers. I ordered a butter burger and it was delicious! It came with cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions, etc. The fries are thick crinkle cut: crispy outside and fluffy inside. I had yummy, creamy root beer too! If you like Smashburger style beef patties youll love this burger.Edit: I forgot to mention that they sanitize tables and seating between each customer. The staff is efficient and friendly too.

Busy yet food was cold ish when it was brought to the table. Shrimp was over cooked & fries under cooked & cold. Cheese curds were not something Ill be ordering from here again. Roll came as a hard piece of bread. Not happy, only reason giving 4 *s is the service was decent

Always incredible food every time I have it. Decided to try their cod fillet sandwich to see if it lives up to the hype... And it totally does. By far the best fast food fish sandwich Ive had so far... My only regret was not buying a second one. If you havent tried one yet, be sure and do so. Slay make sure to get some of their shaving cheese curds while youre there!

We come to this Culvers just for Adam. I love getting him when giving my order. He is very attentive to detail and a pleasant person to be around. It is a Culvers, so the food is really good. My one big criticism of this location is its ability to seat big families. We are a family of 7 and there are only two tables at this establishment that can seat us. No joke, every time we come in there is a couple sitting at these tables. There are plenty of two tops, but they always sit in the only spots where we can fit. I find it very rude. Culvers needs to stop serving these people or add more seats.
