Very welcoming. Had friends stay there for carnival and they were very comfortable. Walking distance to Long Circular Mall and the St. James shopping.

If I can give this place a negative 5 stars I would. If you are just looking for a quick roof over your head with zero hospitality or expectation of customer service then this is the place for you. As they are quick to tell you Culture Crossroads INN is an INN not a hotel... translation = don’t ask us to do anything.I had the misfortune of staying here during Carnival. The rooms are extremely small and not well cleaned. They have about 9 rooms total and only clean the rooms every 3 days, which leaves you asking for basic things like towels, toilet tissue, soap, etc. Some of the staff members are sweethearts, but others including the owner will quickly get an attitude with you over the simplest of things. For example, a person in our party asked for towels, when the staff member brought the towels she took the dirty towels with her. One of the towels had a mascara on it. The staff member had the audacity to ask her what was on the towel and then told her that she’d be charged for staining the tower. This was before they even tried to wash the towel to see if the makeup would come off ( which anyone who wears makeup know it will wash off in the washing machine )The “Inn” serves a traditional Trinidadian breakfast each day. Which is hit or miss. If you don’t eat certain things you will find yourself going hungry. One saving grace is that they do make eggs, but they choose which days to make eggs and if you ask them to make you eggs on any other day... prepare for an attitude, which seems to be the theme of this place.If you need reliable access to WiFi, not happening here. If you need a working TV, nope won’t get it here either.After Jouvet ( a Carnival road partyI was told I could not come inside until I washed off outside, because they didn’t want paint getting on their “new towels.” I told the man I had to use the restroom badly and that I wasn’t going to use their towels. He tried to stop us from going inside and then rudely told us we would be charged for any towels with stains ( these “new towels” he was so concerned about were not new! Some of them already had stains and shedded all over you)Make sure you don’t lose their plastic key card or you will be charged $100 TT for it.Upon speaking ( not yelling or cursingto the “owner” he quickly got an attitude (shockingand told me he hopes I never come back. Way to go! With a leader like this I now understand why this place runs poorly.

This was a nice quaint in in Trinidad design nicelyI did not like the way they clean the bathrooms and how often they clean the rooms. It was close to the mall and the shopping on the Strip very convenient.

Excellent service, clean, comfortable room. kind staff and strategic location! We recommend everyone who is looking for accommodation in Port of SpainTrinidad to choose this place. Additionally, we feel very secure in this place. Parking available for 3 cars.Also, the lounge room is a big plus: Here you can watch TV, while drinking a cup of tea/coffee or hot chocolate.The location is ideal, plenty options of local/ international restaurants.Ask the front desk for any recommendations.We will definitely come back here.
