Dont drink the bottled water that seems complimentary when they put it in front of you when youre seated. Theyll charge you for it. Also make sure you arent overcharged for your shisha and double check the menu to make sure theyre charging claimed prices. Pretty loud, chairs are too far apart to have a conversation

Pros: Great venue, spacious and stylish, great shisha selection..Cons: when I went it was a Monday but still a busy night, the service was real slow. Also for some odd reason the place was full of uncomfortable crowd making it unsuitable for families!Verdict: I recommend going on mornings and midday, avoid the night period.

The service is terrible. No English menu, menu is like a4 copied paper on xerox, only 1 Indian guy speaks English. One shisha boy made a fire just on the floor and it’s ok for him to cool down the coal on the floor. The design of the place is great. And finally u can listen to not Arabic music. But with the service u feel like u r in Hawally

It worth a visit, I didnt take full vision tho coffee shops r making a real decent crowd for the indoor and outdoor hangouts, has electronics shop *x-cite* and other types of a nice shops makes it all-in-one lounge

Bad experience with the staff and when you ask about the manager to escalate the issue to him no one supporting you from the staff and no one from management to talk with him .its my first visit and really i like the location but the service is more important than the place
