The best!!! This is my go to restaurant when I need local lunch or dinner and cannot or do not want to cook! You guys are awesome!!!

Better than regular fast food

First time here. Had the burger and it was awesome.

The food is good but its gotten expensive but the place is very clean and staff very good 😊

Best Pan con Bistec ever!!

Love the food here. You can order ahead on the app which in very convenient. The food is normally ready by the time I get there. It pretty fair priced for the quality of the food. The service is good and you can dine inside. It also has a couple tables on the outside to sit.

Ariana and chaneli we’re so pleasant and amazing. food was delish and service was amazing.

As the one closer to me at the mall closed, had to visit this one. For being a busy store, they do a very good job to provide great customer service. Food was fresh and very tasty!

Yesterday we placed a delivery order at this store, it took longer than usual because the delivery company failed.I called several times to see how to solve the problem and one of the owners (Jorge), got right on the phone, apologized, brought me the order himself and refunded my payment.This type of actions are what make the difference in what is an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. In spite of the inconvenience, I was satisfied and will buy from this place again.They also have excellent food.

First time trying a frita burger after hearing how flavorful & good they are.This one lacked flavor & the bread was kind of stale.

So...I used to frequent this location regularly when it first opened. I moved out of the area so stopped coming. I happened to be in the area today and decided to take my wife to try it. Big mistake. The staff is very friendly but my steak bowl had no flavor...and to add insult to injury the replaced the chopped up platanitos with regular platanitos 👎.The only bright spot was my wifes media noche. It was good. Its a shame because this was amazing. I hope it gets turned around.

I had a Cuban bowl and the rice was sticky and the plantains where under cooked. The lobby was not clean at all the floors where sticky and the tables were dirty. I was unhappy with food taste at all. I was disappointed with this Cuban guys location

I ordered a steak sandwich with a soda I was charged at 11:25 and the stake was paper thin

This place usually cooks good, but I hate paying for something I don’t get. Ordered 3 fritas with cheese and onions. Still looking for the cheese and onions. Could’ve save like $6 if I just ordered plain fritas. Please pay attention. Times are tough.

Best restaurant in Hialeah Gardens and Dade County, clean, friendly, the staff is properly dressed, the music is nice. This end of the year 2021 the employees should deserved a Christmas bonus as First Response Staff working during the COVID pandemic.I visited this place doing delivery every day, and Never has a shortage of staff.

One of the few places that I found open on Thanksgiving this year. I hate ordering food on the holidays but since we’re in from out of town our options were limited. Not only was the food absolutely amazing the packaging was very well done. The portions were also fantastic. My wife had a pork bowl and I had a Cuban guys sandwich. At first I didn’t think I’d be able to finish the sandwich but after the first bite I knew I would not be able to help myself. I wish they had a location near us in Orlando but will definitely be on our list of food places when we visit Miami several times a year.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, I place online orders frequently, online it says it will take 15 minutes I always take a little longer considering they might be busy I’ve even taken 30 minutes to arrive and when I do they are not even working on the order. Today I’ve been waiting in store for more than 30 minutes. They need to organize them selves and improve this.

I would like to thank Cuban Guys Corp for reissueing my birthday gift credit which I was able to use today at store #101 located in Hialeah FL. The staff there were able to assist me with my order and with the discount. This is the main Cuban Guys Restaurant I purchase from because of the fun environment, great attitude the staff shows to all their customers. This is is always clean,neat well organized store. everything didnt taste fresh, i ordered french fries with croquetas and a kid meal(chicken tenders), the sauce was supposed to be ketchup but i still dont know what was it and tasted like old too. the guava juice tated like rotten fruit and wasnt cold.my first time here and the last one.

The food here is amazing. And the customer service is even better. Me and my family went here to order some steak sandwiches to eat that day, and they gave us the bag. As soon as we got in the car, They got out of the store and ran to give us a steak sandwich that they had forgotten. They took no time to react fast and give the best service.

Food was great! We ordered take out and it was definitely freshly made. The fritas were great, buns were soft and warm. The Toston Sanwich was pretty cool and the vaca frita had so much flavor. For side we had yuca frita. For dessert we had the dulce de leche filled churros... Oh so yummy! Definitely will order again from here to try some of the other items on the menu!

We ordered the pan on bistec sandwich on Uber eats and it was so tasteless. No flavor. Wish it was a different experience...😢, definitely not worth 8.00 for just the sandwich.

First of all, I haven’t visited the store yet. Know them through Door Dash delivery service. Their Cuban and Lechón Sandwiches are amazing. Pure flavor, five stars. I always order them with double meat it’s fenomenal. The melted cheese, OMG! I’m salivating right now describing it. Still have to try other stuff from the menu, but I’m sure they will not disappoint. I see that they have restaurants in different parts of Miami.

Amazing concept: fast Cuban food, with many traditional dishes, delicious and tasty. Staff was super friendly, quality is quite good for the price you pay.

best pan con bistec, vaca frita bowls fritas cubanas ever ! i love this place , anywhere you go from miramar to kendall 5star customer service, 5star food presentation , 5star best cuban place in the world ! hits the spot everytime , my moms is addicted to the pan con bistec here that says alot!

My friend and I were there in time for the 4pm special which was the steak bowl. He wanted his frita though. So I ordered the steak bowl and an extra cuban sandwich that we split. Everything was better than expected, the frita had that oh so unique goodness marriage of flavors. BEST FRITAS EVER The steak bowl could use more steak but I like the diced plantains style. And you have the drink machine with all the combinations.

Lets face it, there are millions of places to eat around Hialeah and the Cuban taste is very popular around but what this people offer is completely different. The setup of the whole store is designed to have a good time and enjoy your wait for the food. The music is cool and the staff is very nice. I totally recommend it.

I have been here three times and they have gotten my order wrong four times. Today they got my order wrong and when I returned it they gave it back to me still incorrect. I hate the fact that this place has decent food because they have terrible service.

Excellent food for breakfast and they open at 8:00 am. Great under 500 calories lunch - brown rice, black beans choice of steak, chicken and rolled pork with a salad. First timers at Cuban Guys... we tried a few things... The Cuban Guys Steak Sandwich, Fritas, and Tamal w/pork. It was all very delicious. We will definitely visit them again in the near future. Fast Yummy Service. We ordered some fritas which were sooo good and highly recommended. Also had the chicken bowl. This was also very good and big. The chicken was flavorful and I LOVED the tiny bits of platanos maduros that the bowl brings along with the rice and beans :-)

We just moved into a new apartment complex, near Sawgrass Mall, where they have Food Truck Tuesdays, (with today being Tuesday!). Neither of us were very hungry, but we wanted to check out the experience, and also to try out the Cuban Guys Food Truck. So we decided to split a Sandwich Cubano and fries, which was $10.00. Let me start by saying that it was a well-spent $10.00. The sandwich was really good, but the fries were just how we both prefer them...mmmmm!! They also packed a heaping amount of meat on the sandwich, so we were both more than full when we were done. Also, the staff was very friendly. Well be watching for them to return.

Delicious, fast Cuban food with excellent service. The steak bowls were delicious and when our daughter accidentally spilled one, they insisted on replacing it for free.

I was visiting for a week in Miami and checked the place late on a weekend, the food was good and the attendant was very friendly and professional. The Cuban sandwich was good and everyone on my party stated that their food was good. Will definitely visit next time.

Food is overall pretty good for something quick. Feel like the place should be picked up or cleaned more often. Sometimes the dinning area is a bit messy. Go to this place often anyways. Something good local

Ordered the Steak sandwich with all toppings off Uber eats. Sandwich showed up cold AF meat only (non toasted bunswith a few onion straws. Absolutely worse sandwich Ive ever eaten in my life. Awesome my ass!!!

Food is always delicious. I love Persian spices and there is often something new to try out.Last time there, they had fresh I house yoghurt. I am not usually a fan of yoghurt, but I loved theirs, which was served with pistachios and warm pita wedges. Their service is always prompt and friendly.A great place to enjoy authentic Persian food.

Ive eaten here before and it was a must return. Great waitstaff and great food. Seafood is amazing, especially the bouillabaisse. I am always here for business but it would also be ideal for special occasions.

is the perfect place for a magical moment with your partner, i really had a good time. I really think is worth the distance... they have room with different themes and you can ask them to decorate it with flowers, this is a very kinky detail. i will totally go again.

I really have to say I was surprised. Even that they got my order wrong the first time I came here. Didnt found out until the second visit.But without I would never had tried the other sandwich. Food is good and price as well.hard to beat.

Service was quick. They had live music in the form of a gentleman singing Spanish tunes as he walked around. The funniest thing was that in the mens room they had a scathing review of the restaurant above the urinal. Gotta give him points for honesty.
