Crunchies is a well known eatery in Owerri town. Located along Mbari road by Mbonu Ejike Street.It has a fine structure (on storeywith good architecture plan. I love the idea that you can see almost everything happening within the building from wherever youre seated, which improves comfortability and security especially.Their menu seems quite inviting though I couldnt take even a peep through it, because, of poor maintenance that would scare one away.Crunchies appeared quite untidy and thus uninviting on my recent visit on Sunday 9|1|2022. First, there were dishes still relaxing on tables were their contents were dealt with. (Who leaves a used dish on table?)Some areas were still not only untidy but dirty. I walked up the stairs to the end of the upper dinner hall, where on its right is a kinda mini bar, or private quarters. It is accessed through almaco door. I slid it open, and was shocked by its status. It was obvious that it was the dirt from being used a day before. I couldnt understand that situation and why their staff couldnt tidy.The service area was not exactly brightened up.In fact, writing this review makes me sick.This feels like the most frustrating reviews Id have to write.It pains me especially because it (Crunchieshas not always been like that.It used to be the perfect location for dates and meet-ups, but I doubt if I can still use it in such regard until something better and rectifying is done.I still believe in CrunchiesI love Crunchies.

Its a fast food restaurant in the heart of Owerri, serving some nice dishes ranging from traditional to contemporary meals.

Crunchies in Owerri is only living on past glory. My God!!! Terrible ventilation. You may not have ACs or fans on for hours. Customers were sweating like they were shopping in the busiest market. Thankfully their cake is still the yummiest.

Nice but you guys need to be microwaving your foods when they are ordered. I ate a very Cold rice today.

Quite a small place in terms of size but great meals

Crunchies is the leader in all things rice! Delicious varieties and beautiful assortments of chicken, fish, snacks, salads, etc will always make a visit, worth your while.

They have good and cheap foods. What I live most is their bread. So cheap and tasty.

I enjoyed the fried rice, chicken, salad and moimoi I ate hereIt was delicious...The rice was well cooked, the chicken grilled and the salad well cut.The staff wearing a very welcoming smile though it took them a while to serve me because they had a lot of customers unattended to.Its in Ikenegbu area..Theres a driveway though not much. Theres also wheelchair access

Great environment but can improve on the speed of their service. A few complains of same speed issues but generally great place and good food

Location by roadside and very accessible. Enough space for eating in as they have an upper floor and a down floor.The food was a good standard and worth the purchase.Customer service is average, I will guess because the demand was making them to overwork.

A good place to grab and eat snacks, spicy chicken, rice. They also deliciously baked bread. A busy place during weekends, you may have to wait a while to get served.

Love their shawarma and fries. One of the fast food that has stood the test of time in Owerri and still maintained standard. Highly recommended

Restaurant and fastfood. Have a sentimental attachment to the place. my dish, Ukwa made available on arrival. different food varieties with multiple chicken spice options on display. parking space available but limited. Limitation with Wheelchair accessibility moving upstairs

I enjoyed their beans and doughnut the first time. By the second time, sauce for their ofada rice is too salty and crispy fish is either not properly fried or getting bad. The protein was a waste of hard earned money.The only space available to wash your hands (before or after mealis in their restroom. This could be better.

It takes forever on queue to get attention or service. Your food collection and payment processes is complicated. It appears your management is only interested in how the can protect her cash from pilfrage at the expense of service. Too poor.

I love crunchies. I will visit again. The cakes, the food, the staff, all awesome people especially the door keepers though they always want tips but they are nice anyways. Good experience

Their food is good, I havent eaten it in a while so I cant be a good judge of that.Please stay away from their hamburgers, if you can even call it that.Their delivery is wonky. They delivered cold food to me.

It has a beautiful outlook and serene interior

It is a place to eat quality meal and hang out with friends. It located by the road side and have nice view from the glass window, it painted orange and yellow colour. It also have a famous Shawama shop. Car park for your cool ride to wait for to finish enjoyment. Dishes are affordable and pos is available as a payment method. Go and eat well its loaded with varieties if dishes. Thank you I like their fried rice I ordered.

Fun place to hang out with friends and family. Great menu( try the ofada rice if you can handle the pepper. Its delightful and has a secluded corner for meetings or more private occasions and of course, there is a kiddies corner for your little ones.
