Crunch Bistro in Charlotte

Salad was delicious and 2x’s the size I was expecting. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Stoked I just found a new lunch spot in Uptown!

Thank you for going above and beyond to deliver our food for a Business Lunch. Everyone enjoyed their dishes: Salmon Quinoa, Spinach Feta Quinoa, Crunch Chicken Wrap, and Lavash Breads. Everything was fresh, the menu is unique, and our office will definitely use Crunch Bistro again!

This is one of my favorite lunch places in uptown Charlotte! Quick, great service and a variety of options!

Add option for purchasing additional dressing on website instead of saying you have to pay for it in handwriting on receipt. Absurd that you would do that, very rude. I don’t mind paying but there was no option to order extra dressing on the site, not my problem you don’t know how to update website.

This salad was super amazing not a lot of options to choose from but maybe that’s because I don’t eat too many things😅.

First time here yesterday, Salad was very fresh included the salmon with it, perfect size for the dollar amount spent , will become a regular most likely!!

Did they just charged me $0.49 for extra onions on a salad? Lol. Really? I guess Ill just start going across the street to their competitor because that simple little addition, is ridiculous.

My go-to place for healthy food! I recommend the toscana bowl and any of their açaí bowls.

The food is really good quality and absolutely delicious. Prices are hard to beat.

The rio acai bowl was very good and the barbecue Santa Fe salad was by far one of the best salad I’ve had in a while. Love it.

Very comfortable and clean restaurant. Nice employees and and the team members trust one another so they help each other when things get busy

The food was amazing. I ordered the Buffalo Bleu salad. Very flavorful. However, Im pretty sure the calorie count on the portion they give is more than what they list on their site so be careful if you are counting calories lol. Its still healthy though.

Crunch bistro is closed because of covid-19 but their Wi-Fi works and you can sit in the bench in front of the place and pick up Wi-Fi

Tried ordering a couple times through uber eats and they cancelled my order everytime.

Treated with disrespect when asking for an extra ranch and said I would have to be charged 25cent after placing an online order. The past 10 times this has never been a problem. Also this same worker wears her mask under her chin, might want to explain to her that’s not how they work.She just made me never want to come again, sorry.

Great salad, great price, can’t beat it for up town.

Amazing salads. Better than any of the other salad places uptown.

I would give this place 3 stars because the employees we’re very friendly and we’re happy to help even while busy. However the food is incredibly basic, almost no flavors in the wrap we got and the salad was just random things thrown in to a bowl, spinach leaves were super large and thrown in with tiny ingredients like dried cranberries which was a difficult salad to eat. Additionally the salmon I got on my salad was just microwaved 3 times before the threw it in the bowl. Nothing seemed fresh and tasted mediocre at best. Likely will not return.

I come here on my lunch break for convenience and it is quite good. My only gripes are the portions. Both me and my Dad notice the portions have reduced dramatically, yet the prices the same or higher. I like that i can customize my flatbread or wrap, and the staff is usually pretty pleasant.

I will not be ordering or using this place again at lunch hours I placed an order before my lunch for work just to find out that the order had been cancelled on their end. This is the 4th time this has happened to me.

Food is decent for lunch. But mannnn, I hope you have time. Every time I put in an order online, I have to wait 10 mins passed the pickup time to get it.

All GREAT things to say about this place! When the pandemic hit, I started eating here at least 2 lunches a week for ToGo Salads. Love the buffalo chicken & Southwest chicken. BIG salads definitely fill me up as a guy. Also great flatbreads -- give em a shot! you wont be disappointed!!!

First let me say that I do love the salads and it keeps me coming back. My experience on the other hand was not that great. I was in about 1 week ago and ordered 2 salads online. I added extra dressing to the first but neglected to ask for extra dressing with the second. When I arrived and gave my name for the pick up order, I asked for extra dressing for the particular salad I did not order extra dressing for. I was told your order is correct and handed my paper bag to me. I again said that I needed extra dressing for the one salad and again was told that my order was correct. I tried to explain what happened and what I needed. The clerk got upset grabbed the paper bag from me ripped it open and began taking the items out of the bag.At that point someone else came from the back and asked what was going on. I proceeded to explain that I needed an additional dressing and I was told that you have the extra dressing. I made them aware that yes, I had in fact ordered extra dressing for one salad but neglected to get extra for the second. The clerk put the extra dressing in a new bag an handed me my items.Like I stated previously, the salads keep me coming, but the service sucks some times. And I ordered 3 extra dressings with my first salad, but only received 1 extra. I was willing to pay extra for the dressings.

Their salads and wraps are our of this world! Super filling, they dont skimp on toppings and their dressings are delicious. Would recommend to anyone!

I placed this order online: a Greek salad and a BBQ chicken flatbread for our lunch. In a haste to not be out in public too long due to pandemic, I did not check the back before leaving after picking up. Unfortunately, the order was misinterpreted and the flatbread was converted to a salad.The Greek salad was fantastic and our modified bbq chicken salad was great!EDIT: I originally was unjustly upset writing this review and the owner was very sorry for the mix up and offered a free meal to make up for the mistake. That caring and dedication for their customers speaks volumes and certainly touched me enough to visit them again.

It would have been a solid 5 stars because the flavor was there but the time management is what lowered the rating for me. I ordered ahead online around 11 a.m. so I could pick it up at 2 p.m. during my lunch break. I was running late so when I received an email that my order would be completed by 2:10 p.m. I was fine with it. I get there and get my order but it was a salad not a wrap. I told them and they fixed it. I wasnt exactly in a rush but it was a slight inconvenience considering I ordered well in advance. ☹️

The lunch line was crazy long, but it moved fast. I love being able to pick all my toppings and my salad was amazing. I know its seems crazy, its just a salad, but its an experience.I walked here from my building, there are a few metered spots out front, if you happen to be in the area. This location has a different schedule so be aware of that before venturing over. There are some tables inside, maybe 8 or so - keep that in mind in case you are planning to eat there.Overall, great lunch!

Quite possibly the best bowl of oatmeal Ive had this year! I had the Morning Glory which comes packed with quinoa, oatmeal, apples, cinnamon, cranberries, and almonds. With just a hint of sweetness, its a great morning post workout meal. Its a little further up N Tryon then I usually go, but it was worth it. There should be a line out of the door for this treat. I ordered via the ritual app and it was ready within 5 minutes. I arrived to no line which was nice, but still surprised me. Everytime I go here, I love the options and the great, flavorful menu. It is cost effective, but the service has gotten slower with each visit. I would still recommend for a great lunch place!

Dont waste your time. I came in at 9:54 a.m. (apparently, breakfast hoursand was told I couldnt get a salad to go because they dont serve lunch until 10 a.m. I was told I could order off the breakfast menu which consists of 3 acai bowls, 3 parfaits, and two energy bowls. I tried to order an acai bowl to be told they were out of acai. Would it kill them to get some lettuce and make me a bowl? So I ended up paying $10 for a freaking bowl of oatmeal with some bananas on the top.

Seems like they have new owner.All regular staff is gone.Nobody that looks like me is working there.Salad are not fresh.Went there and got some old lettuce,that mad me sick.This place is going down.salad containers got smaller,and price the same.Horrible,quality of food is nasty.Will not be back.Never go there early when they just open.You will get left over lettuce turning brown$13.00 ,for brown lettuce.A waste of money,put in trash.

Good food but seems weird that the hot meals are prepared in glorified microwaves. I would go back but not on a regular basis.

Yowzers! Those wraps are addicting. Good specials on Wednesday. Speed of service is A-1; however, the lunch wave can be somewhat tiresome. Definitely worth it.

I ordered a side salad it was under $5.00. It was fresh and very fulfilling. I would come back to Crunch Bistro.

Super consistent and delicious cobb salad. The staff are attentive and chat you up which is a nice touch. A regular lunch spot for all who try it!

I cant explain how much me and my wife love crunch bistro. My only problem is the uptown location isnt open on weekends and closes somewhat early on weekdays. The rea red location does not. I wish crunch bistro would be everywhere eventually because I think thats all we would eat lol

I generally order in advance and the food is always ready for me by the time I get there. I always order salads and have never been disappointed with any of their choices.

The wrap and the soup were both really good.

I was really excited to try a healthier option in Uptown. I was pretty disappointed with the fact that my salad was served with curly Kale rather than the baby Kale stated on the menu. Baby Kale is substantially different from Curly Kale. I didnt end up enjoying the salad at all.

I eat lunch at Crunch at least 3 times a week. The service is normally quick, even when there is a line and I think the salads are well worth it.

I became addicted to this place. Over the top fresh, great selection and excellent service when theres limited time to grab something healthy for lunch before the next meeting.

I have had the wrap and quinoa bowl so far but still havent found the food to be all that impressive. My friends love the place though so maybe I just havent ordered the right thing yet.

It was amazing! I had the Margherita Flatbread. As soon as you walk in youre greeted immediately and the decor has an upbeat vibe to it. It has plenty of seating inside and even has a nice patio area. So if youre a student and youre looking for a healthy meal option and a place to study look no further. I cant wait to go back!

Its my first time here but Ill definitely be back to try more of the menu. Its nice to have a healthier option this far North on Tryon. Lots of seating, including outside and the nearby Transamerica plaza.
