Really it is so nice hotel staff management , rooms are so clean , friendly staff excellent warm welcoming , ❤️ I hardly recommend this hotel specially families , its my first experience in room 200 stying for 4 nights with my family.Food the breakfast was 5/10Breakfast is very poor, it doesnt have new rich varieties compared to five-star hotels. The chef must increase the items and quantities. I advise the chef to visit a hotel like Rotana Downtown. This hotel deserves much better rate in dining

As soon as I and my colleague entered the buffet we were greeted well by staff Mr Nischal. All the time he had a smiling face and very approachable also very helpful. Mr chems also helped with our order requests and was very polite. Amazing hospitality. Very courteous staff. I really appreciate for all the services.Hotel stay was very comfortable. I had no trouble regarding anything. Feeling blessed. Thank you so much.Would definitely visit again and recommend my friends too.

It is always a pleasant stay here. The new (to meclub lounge was very comfortable. The food was good every night with a nice variety and rotation. Manik was the attendant most nights and was very engaging. He provided outstanding service to everyone. The front desk personnel are always very cheerful and make it a point to greet you whenever you pass by.

I stayed here for a short business trip and it was a great experience. The hotel is quiet, which is just what you need to work, rest, and recharge for the next day. The location is very close to the center of the city, and most importantly the staff is very polite and helpful. They were so accommodating and checked with me on my options and preferences. Definitely coming back!

Stayed here for one night from 8-9 august. Initially had some issues with the club lounge which was solved by the duty manager. They have been receptive of the feedback and the service was great hence I decided to give it 5 stars. Rooms were fresh and clean. Bed was also very comfortable. Shower was also good size and water pressure was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was also delicious. And the coffee was better than other coffee I had in Bahrain. Their ALA carte menu during lunch was also fantastic. Gym was big with lots of machines. And lastly, the hotel bar serves up one of the best cocktails.

The service was fabulous! Im not the kind who leaves feedback. But, I must here. The staff is courteous. I was completely delighted to see that they offered complimentary Airport drop-off.Rachel even remembered the coffee I had the day before and offered a complimentary cookie with my order. Thanks guys! I beleive you have the best team here in Manama!

This is a 3-story building with strangely no elevators. Not really needed though and you will get used to that the next day. A quiet and cozy place that makes it a good choice for business or pleasure. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive, especially in housekeeping and the gym. A nice selection of offerings in the restaurant where breakfast is served with a spacious and refreshing seating area. Conveniently located in the diplomatic district with easy access to business areas.

Ms Maha, the Guest Relation Agent, was extremely helpful and approachable. I had a couple of concerns about my room and she was professional and speedy in dealing with them. She made my stay so much easier. Overall a very please and comfortable stay.

A fantastic staff hotel And after all these years the hotel still up there rating wise.Love everything about this Hotel. Not to mention the food they offer and the activity they have from now and then.And because of their well trained staff, i can place this hotel in one of my top three hotels I ever been to.Special thanks to Mr Solaymane for making our stay one of the best.

To me this hotel is par excellence. The reservation and resturant staff were extremely pleasant. The rooms are very well cleaned. The facilities are also well maintained. The breakfast is superb.. it contained an array of food and catered for your desire.. Highly recommend.
