This hotel is poor in maintenance and hygiene.PROS:-Location was great since it was just in front of SM Tuguegarao Downtown.-Large bed and it was comfortable.-Aircon works well.CONS:-Poor hygiene and maintenance . Since the hotel was old I guess they need some renovation and they really need to clean the rooms.Imagine the Bathroom has a stinky smell. Like a canal or something.. i guess it was from the sink tubes thats in there for a decade.The shower head was filthy. That you cannot even touch it. Even the walls in the CR were very dirty.The shower area will be flooded if you took a bath. The Bathroom is very YUCKY that even though we still have more days left in Tuguegarao we chose to check-out early. Because I cannot take the bathroom anymore.- WIFI connection is slow.-Shower heater were not working properly. And the water pressure is too low.-Staffs were in a provincial mode. Not so hospitable and welcoming to guests.-Their own garlic longganisa is sweet! Since it was called GARLIC i guess that shouldnt be sweet! 😂Overall, this hotel needs renovation and cleaning.And please train your staff well.

Wifi connection is great! Thats what I need everytime I check in to hotel. This is an old hotel but really maintained one. Excellent management. Foods in their event hall is very good. Their event hall can cater 100 to 500. They excel on their services.

Bit old rooms small but clean

The ballroom hall is great for parties and weddings or any gatherings but in regards to their rooms and room service, they still need to improve especially room service. Its either their slow on it or you cant find them. My sister-in-law booked 3 rooms for her wedding and as per her comments aslo, service still needs improvement.

Renovated rooms, soft pillows and firm mattresses. Clear and good selection of cable channels. Spacious bathroom. Free WIFI internet, sufficient parking. In front of a future SM Mall.

The hotel rooms are well cleaned and properly furnished. While the conference room is big enough to accommodate huge crowd around 200-300 or more. The food are amazingly delicious 😋. Drop by to this amazing hotel and restaurant if you happen to visit Tuguegarao :D

Comfortable bed. Room quite small. Not much natural light in room I had. Limited hanging space only for short clothing. Ample for me. Only had breakfast in restaurant. Very tasty. Very regional food for a foreign visitor. Great central location opposite SM Mall. Excellent value for money.

Hotel location is located at the heart of Tuguegarao ok nfront of SM tugegarao.The rooms are quite nice and hot showrrs are functioning well.The staff are quite snobbish and they dont know how to properly approach there customers specialy if they have concerns.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Tuguegarao! Weve also checked other accommodations right before coming here but this one caught my fancy! Its not that grand like other big hotels, recently undergone renovation accdg. to an employee, but as soon as we entered the place we felt at home right away! The staff were very welcoming and offered us to see the room. It was small but compact with everything we need.. except it doesnt have bidet spray also no free toiletries! 😉 But what the heck, the rest compensates for whats lacking! The ACs new with flat screen tv, bed is comfortable enough, clean and white towels and sheets, perfect! Separate toilet and bath which is good! Were a group of 4 and the receptionist gave us a room with twin beds and a double deck which is exactly what we needed. Room rates are reasonable too. To top it all, the receptionist who ushered us to our room upon hearing that were looking for a particular resto ( i just cant remember her name, aww! went out of her way to accompany and guide us to Gerrys Grill location which is a bit far from the hotel! For me, thats one act of a great customer service! Being proactive and going beyond what is expected! Thank you, my dear! You added color and good memories in our Tuguegarao adventure! 😍❤

Fully renovated... all facilities are new..even the restaurant

The staff and crew are friendly and approachable. It has a restaurant, a hotel and a convention center for seminars and functions. Parking is a bit challenging
