Crown Fried Chicken in Dracut

Ordered the fried chicken and wings on multiple occassions. Each time the chicken was fresh, hot, crispy, and moist and juicy with every bite. The fries were nice and hot with just the perfect amount of salt. A generous portion of salad and it was extremely fresh, and very tasty spanish rice. The portions and size of each piece of chicken were generous and the price was respectable, much less expensive than anywhere else in the city. I order on the phone prior to pickup and my food is always made fresh and quick. Definitely got my business going forward!!

Best fried chicken in lowell definitely a good spot to stop in get a bite to eat after a night at the clubs absorb some of that alcohol

Awful. Never going back. Chicken was dry, mac & cheese straight from a can. Slaw tasteless. Tried ordering on line to find out they dont take online orders. Website prices are lower than at the shop.Waisted money.

Ive ordered from this place many times, the fried chicken is outstanding! Beef kabob is so delicious, and you have to get the spicy rice. You will never be disappointed with this place, and the family that runs this business is the nicest!

Ordered pickup. Arrived home. They gave me a ripped bag, and a catastrophe ensued. Waste of my time and money.

Food was subpar, mashed potatoes were bland, half the chicken in my grilled chicken sub was blood red, mozzarella sticks and popcorn chicken arent terrible but wouldnt say theyre good, I placed my order online and went in to pick it up 15 minutes later and they hadnt even started making it. I was also charged $24 in store when my total online was only $17.92

Frys were too salty. & the chicken was dried out. I like salt but it was like eating salt. I threw it out. Sorry dont think I will be back.

Place is a nice set up and the clerk is always courteous and helpful. Go there at least once a week. Got some of the best around the city for a great price. Def must check out.

Tasty chicken, I think it is better then KFC.Very, very small pieces. They must be buying the smallest chickens.Large Menu, have to try some of the other stuff.

First Time at This Location, Food Is Delicious. So Many Choices, Options,and Varieties of Chicken, Shrimp,. Cheeseburger, Fries, Ice cream, sodas, etc. You name it they got it. Great Service and would recommend.

I like this place. The chicken is great. It’s fresh with great flavor, the match stick fries are incredible. They have great deals on large amounts of chicken.the staff is very good and service is quick.The chix kabob salad with the spiced rice is great

Great place for some fried chicken! And! The strawberry ice cream has real chunks of Strawberry in it! Strawberry 🍓 Ice cream with actual strawberries??? Mind blowing!!! .... But honestly... all around decent food from what Ive had so far. Cant vouch for anything but the fries, fried chicken and ice cream yet. But what Ive had so far has hit the spot!! Early night after some drinks, this place could be a new go to! Lol 😂

Really delicious fried chicken and I loved the fries! They remind me a lil of how burger kings used to be back in the day. Chicken tenders were good, too, but they were standard freezer to frier tenders. They werent fried and battered the same as the bone-in chicken, which was a lil disappointing. But oh well, overall very happy with out experience.

I just watched the employee working the register without a mask on whipe the snot off his nose with his bare hands. Then directly grab the food for the two guests before me. All without washing his hands. That. Is. @&$# beyond unsanitary.

Chicken is pretty good. The plate isn’t bad for the price — depending on how many pieces you’re getting but it comes with a drink, rice or fries and a drink :makes a great priced lunch.I was disappointed once when I ordered cheese fries. I got the cheese on the side & it was cold and thick in a 2oz container. Killed my craving for it right then and there.

bought 10 piece chicken mix meal. chicken, mash, roll and corn. chicken was little dry. mash and gravy was ok. mini rolls came from market basket bakery. this food is best for when your really hungry or have the munchies.

Always my go to quick bite. Higher than expected food quality for its price point which is nice. large menu, lots of options.

Trash customer service. I called to make an order ,the person on the other end took my order and told me hes going to call back. When I didnt get a call from him, I tried calling him only to find out he disconnected the line and kept hanging up. If you dont want my service tell me.

We had high hopes, but left disappointed. Now if youre out having a great time and need some fried food, its probably not a bad option. Outside of that, the chicken didnt have much flavor and it tasted like the oil needed to be changed.

They made the wings extra crispy for me as requested, and they were perfect. The staff was patience & friendly while we were deciding on our choices. Seating areas (tables, chairs and floorwere very clean and well maintained.

Wow the food was so tasty. I had a three piece fried chicken with the spicy rice and it came with a salad. The have table to eat in. And restrooms.

I saw these reviews and figured Id try it, but after seeing the area walking up I was sceptical (litter all over), but if anything this place is a diamond in the rough. All the reviews are right, the food is amazing, the price reasonable, and the portion sizes massive. Staff was friendly too, and answered all our questions.

Latino flavor, excellent service, friendly, respectful staff. My son chose the BBQ chicken and I had a salad with grilled chicken. He enjoyed his meal thoroughly and is anxious to return to try other meals that caught his eye. My salad was generous as was the outstanding chicken. The spicy Latino flavor was prevalent, exciting and completely enjoyable, but not overwhelming. I look forward to having a repeat of that fantastic meal.The dining room was simple, but clean. Moderately busy with happy customers. A really enjoyable time.

Wow. Just wow. Cannot even begin to describe how delicious their food is. Staff is very friendly and they even made me an item that wasnt on the menu because i requested it and they had the ingredients. Top notch place, got nothing bad to say about it.

Place seems clean. Went at a pretty decent time, not to busy inside. Ordered in 3 meals only ended up with 2 and 1 was wrong, sent it back and still was wrong. They could use better counter service with a smile or hello. Maybe kitchen too. Dont know couldnt see them, but could hear them in the back com

Staff was friendly, chicken dinner was good, fries are better, and the place was clean. I visited again May 9th and ordered the three piece special with Rice and Salad. Not bad for under $10. The rice had peas and some carrots which was not bad. The portion was large enough. Parking was right in front of the building.

Got tilapia fish and chips delicious plate season and fried just right love it and many of their other dishes are good too and cant beat the price at all would recommend getting a bite to eat from their 😍

Food is great and prices cant be beat however i called to place a pickup order for my family tried to prepay over the phone since i cant physically go myself and the gentlemen who amswered the phone Told me he was too busy to process my payment completely rude had.l To cancel since i couldnt pay for my food. This should not be ok.especially since i go there often and recommend countless people to your establishment no happy.

Extremely low budget KFC wannabe with inedible because nobody knows how to cook over there apparently because my chicken was still raw and the rest of the food you could tell was deep fried given the amount of grease was soaked in the product. No quality at all.

Awesome chickens that comes with awesome fries. At a very good price. Expresly when you have a big family. So when you think of KFC think of Crown chicken.

The best hidden fast food joint anywhere in Lowell that most people havent heard of. You have to try it to believe it.Pick anything on the menu, go ahead, anyting, youll love it!

YALL. Southern girl here. This chicken is as good as back home. Like, the menu is ginormous and it’s all good. They make food to order and there’s usually a line, so be patient. It’s definitely worth it.

I have gone here twice, the first time the chicken was dry and old so I thought I would give it another shot. The second time the chicken was juicy but the chicken overall lacked flavor. The breading could have used some spices, I just saw flecks of black pepper? I am not sure if halaal means chicken with minimal spices so I maybe its normal, either way the chicken is lacking in flavor profile. Service was average, ie, they give you what you ask for, not super friendly. My recommendation, for a place that specializes in chicken, you should be able to nail it. Chicken was on par with hannafords or market basket. I would recommend going to KFC or Popeyes. I know that these restaurants are chains but there product is comparable in price and is superior in quality. Limitations of review- I have only tried the chickens no sides. 9 piece first time and 5 piece second. Pros- lots of choices on menu board, location is easily accessible.

I go to Crown chicken pretty often. The food is always good and the prices are a good value. I like the people who work there. The fries are terrific, and their chicken is always very tasty.

MY chicken wasnt really juicy, breading was nice and crunchy tho! Fries were good. They give alot of food for the price. Just not as good as it appeared.

Extremely dry fried chicken! Id eat Kraft mac and cheese over the stuff they serve it was disgusting. They didnt include my order of mashed potatoes, and couldnt even put the rolls in a separate box, threw them right in with the chicken!! Very disappointed wont be going back.

Had Tilapia with fries and a side of coleslaw. Fish was amazingly good On a bed a fries . Coleslaw taste freshly made light and refreshing. All their missing is some citrus . But otherwise Ill be back ! Very Affordable ! Great Prices ! Sorry no pictures cellular was dead.

Absolutely love it. Its just as quick as any fast food place but better quality and prices. You get a lot of food for your money. They have a large quantity of menu items, plus they have some good desserts.
