Crow's Nest Riverside Bistro in Brockville

Food was good, waitress left alot to be desired. Came out with mask askew, stared directly at me, saw I had kids and diverted to a table of 2 older adults who came in like 10 minutes after we did. Messed up the drinks, never bothered to check on us and then took 15 minutes to bring the bill.

I bought ice cream there and there were a lot of people there. The service is poorly organized. A woman who was the manager closed the window violently to my little girl who wanted to take a spoon that was on the other side of the window. She almost cut off his fingers.They must learn to behave well with clients.

Me and my son decided to go out for lunch so we decided to try it here do to the view when we first got here it took almost 10 min to be seated once seated it took even longer for anyone to take our order we ordered a small poutine and a 2 piece fish and chips with two chocolate milkshakes our food came out in relative good time but we did not get our drinks until we where done half our meal. There was no apology service was not necessarily rude but also was not welcoming it basically felt like we where not wanted here. Definitely wont be back here to eat

Went for a burger.... was not disappointed :P great selection of food. The staff did their job but didnt seem to enjoy it. No condiments on the table, none offered. BUT, I went for a good and reasonably priced burger and they delivered!

Terrible service, ended up cancelling my order. Ordered an ice cream cone and waited in line for 20 minutes. When I approached the window and said I think my order got missed I was told they were behind, however, everyone who ordered their ice cream after me had already been served. Would not purchase from here again.

Best I can say about this place is that there are good views, and the staff are friendly.Take out food was bland (smoked meat poutine and chilli cheese fries). Line was long mainly because they dont have obvious signage telling the alcohol buyers to sit instead of line up with the takeout orders. I dislike they serve in styrofoam - very poor decision for the environment. But mostly, ticked off they they hand you the debit machine already on the tip screen, not giving you to option to choose whether you want to tip at all. I tip - I just dont like to be told to tip.

We often stop here on our back from Toronto. Parking area is small but the views are very nice, you are close to the marina and the boat channel is in sight from the pub terrasse. The food is pub food, its ok, but the beer is good and cold, so no kids. Nice to walk the surrounding areas. Nice waterfront walking.

Way too overpriced for what you get. A basic, single-patty cheeseburger, small poutine and water came to almost $18, plus the machine asked for a tip. The burger was basic at best, the poutine was half cooked and i asked them to put an extra patty on the burger, but they wouldnt. Really? For that price you cant throw an extra beef patty on it? It was paper thin. Nice view of the river and generally speaking the staff were friendly, but honestly, my money is better spent elsewhere.

Closed when the website says theyre open. Typically more expensive and smaller portions. Their jumbo hotdog isnt bad though.

I had the Clucko Mediterranean wrap. The french fries are real and the wrap was very tasty. A very nice atmosphere to be sitting close to the water surrounded by such beautiful scenery and boats. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my time just relaxing

Sunny location beside the lake Ontario and harbour. Food is standard fast food. Was looking for "healthier, low fat" options, which are not available. Staff were friendly.

I showed up at the Crows Nest last night at 8 pm with 2 friends to get ice cream and a drink. I looked at the website before going to check the hours and it said they were open until 9 pm. When we arrived they closed down and wouldnt serve us. I questioned why they were closed and said that their website (and facebook pagesay that they close at 9pm. The person working told me that I was wrong.

Its nice to take a tour down by the water. Stop grab a bite to eat. They also have great ice cream.

Food is excellent
