Crossroads Shopping Center in Chicago Heights

Ive been shopping here for over 30 years,its my preferred store overall. The recent relocation of departments and merchandise has been a challenge at times,aisles are narrower so theyre harder to navigate with carts. Staff is always friendly and helpful

I dont care for Walmart.

How do you rate shopping mall? Its a space with stores. Other, lots of parking spots.

Its Walmart the downfall of small business everywhere it goes. Also keep in mind you buy cheap you get cheap.

All Walmarts are basically the same prices may be higher but theyre basically the same

I was able to get some dog food but not the flavors I was looking for. The shelves in the pet supply aisle are pretty bare and have been for some time. I wasnt able to get any of the cat food my cat likes.

The store was clean but organization could be better.

I always love going to Kmart their people are so professional there

Dirty, disorganized, and rude customer service. Also unfortunately it seems like the customer base there recently (been shopping there 25 yearshas 0 ability to treat humans as well other humans should be treated.

One of the larger walmarts with plenty of merchandise but the associates are very dismissive

Door dashers are forced to walk to a far back of the store UNLIKE other stored that work with us by using the drive up and pickup spots ... will be hitting decline on every dasher order i get from here

Well I got clothes at rainbow I believe I got my nails done next door, its really awesome great customer service and honestly they close all the rainbow stores like where I live so I was for stoked I got my whole house for like $30 with the jeweler included and everything and everybody was really nice! So yeah it was cool I liked it!

Love this Walmart. Well stocked found everthing I was looking for.

Nothing I need is ever in stock and employees never know where anything I am looking for is.. I have to always wonder around and find it myself bourbonnais Walmart is way better.

Walmart need to stock up on more stuff but besides that I go to Walmart all the time very good selections prices is good its always a place to go to find some of the things you need found some clothes perfect fit my side thank you

Walmart is horrible at having things in stock especially food and mens socks and underwear always messy and some staff are not friendly I try not to shop at the one in Merrillville on RT 30

Not one of theyre better stores for food or produce but one of the best stores when it comes to CLEAN bathrooms. 😉

Busy place. Needed a new microwave. Cashiers are pleasant and helpful. A very nice young man put the microwave in my car. My apologies for not getting his name.

No cashiers...only one end of self check out open...long lines and slow movers ..They need to hire more people and fast..

This place never has enough lines open to accommodate the amount of traffic in their store... however I can usually find most things Im looking for.

This was a very nice Walmart in Chicago first time going to this one only thing that the lines were a little bit too long and they only had the self checkout lines open

Its starting to get back to normal stock level not there yet but getting better... Desperately needs more cashiers... I saw people leaving there shopping carts because of lack of cashiers

The shopping experience was good. Stores were not real crowded, masks were worn with some people, made sure social distancing was recognized.

Friendly staff. Treats customers like family! Very clean facility! Highly recommend Helen for pedicures! Betty & Nancy are awesome. Best mani pedi for the buck!

They had everything I needed and then some....didnt have to wait long in self checkout....the funny thing is...we were on a waiting list for hooters. Hooters called us back b4 we could check out. We left the basket full of items in aisle D11....when we went back over an hour or so later and our cart was still that with the items we had previously chosen. Walmart needed some cleaning...hopefully with them not staying open 24 hours anymore...they get the cleaning that they NEED!!

Its a love hate thing with Walmart! Really depends on the staff you get at the time, but it is more like playing a lottery as sometimes they are great and other times terrible! Seems that some sections of the store are well stocked and meticulously kept while other parts look more like a flee market. Also, they really need to do a better job of meting their online with their brick and mortar systems. It is hard to get the store to honor their own online price at times!!

I was able to return an item within ten minutes with no problem. Yet, my purchases took twenty-five minutes to reach the cashier. Wal-Mart refuses to hire workers to assist customers purchase their goods. This store wants the buyers to ring the items up thereby eliminating an employee. I am sorry Walmart, if you would like me to purchase goods in your stores please do not expect me to be an unpaid employee for you. Note: This is not just my sentiment.

Large location, very roomy, although they were very low on fish that day, didnt have any catfish. Had to do without. Past 2 of your storys one in my neighborhood to get there.

The best place to shop here!! Great customer service, clean inside and outside parking lot and very well organized too. Other Walmarts (Lansing, ILneed to copy this store, NOW! I still see in the Lansing store when I sometimes visit this location, too much over loaded boxes in the middle of the isles, cant pass around rudeness customers. You guys need your smiley faces back, welcoming in front of your store. Maybe, youll get your great customers back.

Friendly staff, even the ones outside had a very welcoming attitude. Other shoppers were polite and helpful (I was using a motorized chair and whenever I needed something off the top shelf, someone was always near to assist. As long as my daughters are available I will be back.

In this shopping center you will find Great Clips, Big n Little Shoes, Dairy Queen, and Delocks among some of the shops. If you have children; this center is the perfect place to pick up some cute girl clothes at " Girls Apparel" , get a haircut, buy some quality kids shoes, and finish with a delightful treat all in one stop.
