Great beer and burger. Im so full i can barely breath

Fries were good. Club sandwich was HUGE. Beer was solid. Decent fare for an airport for sure.

Horrible customer service. Manager on site rude. 7 people left ton open chairs just ignored. Matthew Manger laughing joking not paying attention to customers. Finally seated and totally ignored again. Asked Matthew while he is dinking water if I could have some too. Got mad and said he would kick me out if I was being rude.Manger gave me water and ignored me. Just went up to bar my self for a drink. Maybe you should teach your staff some manners.

I have had nothing but great service at Cross Grain over the years. I have noticed that the clientele range from good people down to Karens male and female. I get the covid thing and wanting your table clean and all. After reading Leslie Cantos review tonight...... I was there when you wiped the table with what appeared to be a clorox wipe? Then complained about how dirty the tables where. Your product you used on there tables ruined the finish and You should be charged for the damage! I watched you rake your wherwolf claws down to almost bare wood! People need to stop using whatever cleaning products they use at home at restaurants and bars! The restaurants and bars have to pay for the refinishing due to your lack of care and concern of what the finish of the wood reacts to. Clorox wipes can and do damage wood finishes! Google it! You where also rude to the staff! Leslie Cantos! Unacceptable and your review should be deleted. I took this photo after watching the staff try to clean the damage you did.

If management reads this - either deep clean or resurface your tables or at minimum give patrons paper placemats. There is 1/4 inch of deep dark film on table surfaces that appears to be multiple additions of sanitizer and dirt layered and hardened to the point where the staff can not get rid of the stickiness just by wiping.

Ate at Cross Grains at Boise airport. Breakfast wrap was tasty. Alcoholic drinks were weak and expensive.

Great service and amazing BBQ burger and beer

Just grabbed a beer before getting on a plane. Place was busy but the food looked good. Staff were nice enough.

Good for airport food. I had the Huckleberry margarita which was fabulous and a beautiful purple color. Bartender and two servers were working when I got there at 8pm on a Sunday. The place was about half full. Service seemed a but slow but most people were waiting on delayed flights and didnt seem to mind. I got the pretzel as well which came out hot right after I ordered it. Prices are high ($11 for a margarita and $7 for a pretzelbut its the airport, so not many choices there. I would go back again but the menu is somewhat limited, and the drinks dont have prices listed so 4 stars overall.

Cross Grain Brewhouse was absolutely outstanding, especially for an airport. Our waitress was kind, funny, and understanding of our food allergies. The prices are also GREAT! We payed 60 dollars for a family of 4 to eat full meals at a sit down place. The only reason for my leaving a 4 star is due to the dirty, dirty, and I mean dirty songs that were played. But if you dont mind disgusting music, its fantastic.

After waiting 15 minutes to be seated and watching several people leave the line I stepped forward to ask if I could be seated. The waitress replied "yes, but Im busy now, someone will step up to seat you". So I waited another 5 minutes (mind you this is in an airport where people are catching flightsand was seated. I ordered a chicken wrap and fries. I had to ask for napkins and the wrap was really basic, the chicken was dry and it was rather limp and dad looking. I took one bite and left the rest.I fly every week but will skip Cross Grain moving forward.

No wait to sit down when we got here. Maybe 10 other people total, about 6 tables. Got out drinks in about 10 mins. Ordered our food at 30 mins... Got our food 30 mins later. I got a buger... The patty was so well done... It crumbled into ash.. Just ate the inside of it, because we have a flight to catch. My wife got the chicken ceaser wrap with no spicy ceaser. It xame with spicy ceaser... And the chicken was like dice, rock hard.. We were bouncing it off the table. $32... Not worth $2... It here at your own risk... Leave a review. Something needs to change. Probably management and the cooks.

This is in the Denver Airport really good burger and drinks. Wait staff very good.

Place is absolutely garbage... but there arent very many other options. My suggestion eat or drink before you go to the airport

When no other restaurant was open at 9:20 on a Saturday night? we were able to get in upstairs have some great craft beer and two amazing hamburgers that they were made in the kitchen and help us out with a late dinner, the rest of the Town seems to be closed-end dining after 9:00 PM--- crazy, thx Cross Grain Brewhouse you made our evening special

Nice people work here. Very responsive and kind. The coffee? It’s drip coffee, I use crème and sugar here. The breakfast wrap? It’s not bad. I enjoyed it.

One of the best burgers that Ive had in quite a while. Great service.

Fast and DELICIOUS! The tripleB burger hit the SPOT. We were served maybe 6 mins after we sat down! Omg..never been to this airport but I would gladly come back for those FRIES!! PERFECTLY crispy, not to salty or greasy!! Yes PLEASE and THANK YOU!!

Limited menu but the service was excellent. However, $9 for beer was a little steep even for an airport restaurant.

Great get away from the uncomfy chairs in the departure lounge. Tasty burgers and drinks. Really nice to just really be able to relax while traveling. Great staff.

Whats with the bad reviews? Jazmin and the others were the best waitresses ever!! Attentive every minute and cheerful!!! Food was fast and great!!!!

Wow Bodo nachos what a joke!! I travel 40 weeks of the year out of boise. Boise is home so not alot of the time do I sit down and eat before a flight. First off the staff was great busy and always checking in only reason they get a star, let’s move in to a simple order of nachos. I’m including pictures of the order descriptions and what I got I understand we never really get what we order but this has flat out been the biggest lie ever. Let start with the hand mad chips that are definitely out of a stale bag in the back then move On to the chili con queso? Do you mean the 10 black beans on an entire plate of nachos?Chives? Nope not there at all, pico? Nope but don’t worry I asked and they chopped up some tomatoes to throw on top! Credit to staff not to the owners who lie about there food. Finally the drizzle of the watered down sour cream really made a statement on how horrible this meal was $16 down the drain you shouldBe ashamed to serve that even in an airport.

Beverly was a great server. Everyone one working here has a great attitude and works as a team. The food was good and a nice selection of beer and bourbon

I havent been here in a long time. I went for the truffle fries, sadly they changed their menu and no longer serve them. Honestly a shame, some of the best fries in the area.I ordered the Crossfire burger, it was mediocre at best. It came with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. They forgot the onion and when I asked for it they brought out a plate of onion several minutes later. I would have appreciated them taking the food back and making it properly instead of making me wait 10 minutes just to put warm onion on a now cold burger. Also the lettuce was browning on the ends. Gross.I feel like for such a simple burger they made a mess of it. I cant recommend the place.

Service was fantastic. There was at least 6-8 parties that arrived fir the final hour of operation. Some more demanding than others.Our poor waitress was the only server & running around to keep up with everyone; & yet she was very attentive. I got better service from her super efficient efforts than I normally do it most dine-in restaurants.I kept my meal simple, a couple drinks with the pretzel & cheese. The options on draft were not abundant, but sufficient, with good variety. It was all great. Ill be back next time Im at BOI.

Horrible service, snappy & cranky waitress. After waiting extended time to have others severed before us... that arrived well after us. Food & drinks brought to tables that were here after us. Then when still waiting for my drink, all others got theirs, she got snippy with me about her forgetting it.

Absolutely terrible service. We were sitting there for 20 minutes and didnt even meet our waitress. She went to help someone that was just seated. That customer mentioned that we were here first and that she could help us, she responded with thats okay Ill get to them later. After that we just got up and left.

Service was on the slow side, and certain menu items weren’t available ( I think it’s because they are the only food place available around this gate area).But, Brie, our lively server’s colorful and wonderful personality more than made up for the shortcomings! She’s the best!

Ive spent many pre- flights here. Always more food than you can eat, good drinks etc. Today the waitress forgot to mention the half off drink special and the menu has changed to offer less selections and measly portions. Sad to see it go down hill as the only option for drinks before you fly.

We ordered soft drinks and decided to get a few appetizers before our flight. We ordered 3 pretzels and a basket of tots. Meanwhile while waiting for our food, other people were seated and ordered their food (burgers and friesand received it as well. About 30 minutes passes and the waitress comes out to tell us that they were out of tots and if I would like fries. I said it was fine. Still not one pretzel came out. The waitress came back to the table again to give us a status and the reason we didnt have food changed again. We waited over 40 minutes for no food. I havent had service that bad in a long time. It wouldve been different if other people were having our experience, but that didnt seem to be the case. Im a pretty affable person, but theres just a point where I have to wonder if my or my familys appearance didnt have something to do with it. Its safe to say Ill find other food next time Im in that airport.

Havent finished my meal yet, but so far my greeting from the bar was "Just sit down unless theres a sign!" and from my waitress "Are you gonna order anything from me or not?"No Hellos, no eye contact, only a hostile service from a hostile crew.Im not putting one star because I know the food is very good for this airport.Im insulted and wish I had other options to eat at right now because I dont want to give you my business.

Great place to burn some time and grab a beer. If youre near your gate, have no fear, these waitresses will steer you clear. Chicken? What a doozy, theyre thick and juicy.

I’ve grabbed breakfast burritos here many times over the last several years. Today the sausage burrito was horrible. The wrap was dry and hard, very little egg, and sausage was stuffed at one end. For $7 I expect a lot better. Either skip this place or check your burrito before you walk away. It was Monday morning so you would expect fresh. Maybe they were hold overs from last week reheated?

Our flight was delayed for an additional hour and we had already been waiting for an hour previously. We came to sit at Cross Grain Brewhouse to enjoy a refreshment and we were refused service because my friends and I appeared to the waitress to be already having too much fun and eyes glazed over. We were just a group of friends excited for a vacation. We immediately felt very profiled and judged. We were just excited for a fun trip. The start of a fun vacation quickly did a 180 degree turn.

Very nice, personable staff. I had, Michael. He made my dirty martini so perfectly that it tasted like it had no alcohol. So smooth! The pretzel was hot and delicious served with whole grain mustard and a spicy cheese sauce. I loved it. Thank you so much

Awful food but decent service. Ordered a chicken wrap and “Reserve old fashioned” one of their signature drinks. The old fashioned was poorly made and tasted like a whiskey and coke. The fries were extremely dry and had probably been sitting all day. The first bite of the wrap was good, but the second bite had the texture of badly undercooked chicken. After spitting out the bite, I saw it was indeed raw. The server was very understanding and attempted to offer other options, but at that point I had lost my appetite. Hopefully I will not get sick from this. Lesson learned - I will not be eating here again.

Cross Grain was a pretty normal airport brew house, but tasty for all that. My server was also very helpful and helped get the burger I ordered a little cheaper with an option I hadnt noticed. The burger and salad were tasty, and I will be glad to come back if I eat in this airport again.

Their sangria is okay, unfortunately I dont recommend it. Tasted like they found the cheapest wine possible to make it with. I was very disappointed. I got their seasoned French fries and they were pretty good. Took then forever to bring out the french fries. Probably wont go back.

The Club sandwich was absolutely delicious! THICK slices of ham and turkey with lots of crisp bacon. It was so big I could only eat half. I chose the handmade potato chips as my side. They were great! I paid about what you would think at an airport eatery but it was worth it! At another airport in a different city I ate at a national chain but the food was way better at Cross Grain Brewhouse and I think I paid more at the chain restaurant. If you have time to sit, I would highly recommend this restaurant. (They had a counter right next to the restaurant for quicker sandwiches but there was only 1 person working there and after waiting 15 minutes for the worker to make a sandwich for the person ahead of me, I gave up on that and went into the restaurant to sit down and orderService was fast and friendly.

Michael the bartender was friendly, and made amazing drinks. I ordered the grilled cheese and pulled pork and it was soooo gooood! Thank you for keeping me company as I waited for my flight. A great selection of different beers and even different types of spirits that I havent heard of before. I recommend stopping here as you wait for your flight.

Pleasantly surprised. Salad was fresh, large and the meat on top was well spiced. Beer selection was ok. French fry side order was sizable. Staff friendly and quick.

We had a great lunch in the airport before we headed back to Denver. We tried the appetizer pretzel and the club sandwich. Everything including the fries was great! Our server was very kind too.

Friendly pub atmosphere with a coffee shop paced flair at the airport. Highly recommend stopping by if you have an extra 20 minutes at the Boise airport.

Pleasant surprise to see a brewpub in the airport. My wife and I found a seat and looked through the menu. Beer selection was not huge but plenty of craft options. Staff was attentive. I had the chicken wrap. The chicken was dry and the sauce was really spicy. The pub chips were great. My wife had the grilled chicken salad and enjoyed her meal.

Wow! I had the When Pigs Fly Flat Bread! It is like a party in your mouth. I have never had a better Airport meal in my life!

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but this place deserves it. I observed many guests being ignored, including myself. Waitress took a very long time to get my soup out and didnt come back for a good while, when I wanting to order some more food. Also, refill on my Pepsi took 8 minutes. I was hoping mine was an isolated problem... But this was restaurant-wide. Would not recommend for people waiting on flights. But alcohol prices were good 😀

Excellent fresh food and terrific service! This is the hot chicken sandwich (requested no breadwith side of delicious grilled veggies.

I am not sure why there are so many low reviews. The service was great. I sat right away, got my drinks right away and the waitress took my order and my food arrived in great time. It seemed like everyone around me had the same typw of service from what i saw. Prices are a little high but thats expected with airport food. I would eat here again if I travel through this airport again.
