Counter-service spot for seasonal salads inspired by global cuisines, with make-your-own options.
Got falafel salad only to find out there was very little falafel. Had only lettuce in it. Very disappointed.
The salad has always been fresh and lovely, the person who served me was nice. I note thou: There is a girl who does not seem to step in and help when the store is busy leaving customers waiting whilst she tends to her phone .. this has occured on more than one occasion. Co-workers are trying to pick up her slack and are clearly stressed with the lack of help. ** Take note of your customers as they wont always come back **
Absolutely LOVE this place. I had the most delicious salad and the staff member who made it for me was super helpful and friendly. I was able to swap out a few things I didnt want and make some additions. It was delish! Only think I wish they had mentioned was that you can hire a bowl for a $6 refundable deposit - I hate plastic waste and would have preferred this option, but it was too late by the time I found out. Otherwise, highly recommend!
Great salad! Unfortunately, service was not so great. The person who prepared my salad was polite and professional. However, having being handed my salad I went across to the point of sale and waited to pay for my goods. After a couple of minutes waiting to pay, I approached the 5 people stood by the food counter all hovering over a box and asked if I could please pay for my salad. I was greeted with a "yeah, give us a minute". I turned back around to the pay area and I think the female in the black sweater, brown hair didnt realize my colleague was still ordering food - she saw her eye-roll me for daring to ask if I can please pay for the goods. Bad vibes from that particular person - all I can suggest is maybe you get a job outside of customer service because you arent good at it.
I go to crisp salad at times - today I went there ordered a falaffel salad.Proceeded to pay with cash but it is a card only business (who knew). I told the woman behind the register who was busy playing with her phone that I LOST MY CARD and am waiting on a new one.If I had exact change she would take it otherwise bad luck. So she could not even be bothered to open the register where there would be a $5 note. She was happy that they were going to throw away the salad half made and not make the customer happy.
Horrible staff who filled the container 75% and expected me to be happy paying full price. Such a shame as the was a good vegan option chose to work but I dont like getting ripped off. Could have been an easy fix. They dont care about making the customer happy.
Cesar salad had all of 3 pieces of chicken and was mostly loaded with croutons - I doubt the calorie count of 500 is a real indication as there is a lot of bread in this salad. Pretty disappointing salad for $15
I come here almost every day and the lady serving on the tills has the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed. No please or thankyou. She just snatches your money and doesnt say thankyou when returning your change. I must say the employees behind the counter are pleasant and welcoming but the girl on the till is ruining your brand.
My go-to for lunches. I order via Ritual and use the Return Bowl for environmental reasons (better to save plastic than not!). Quick, simple and easy. I always make my own salads and love their options, especially tofu and falafel.
Shocking attitude and arrogance on the young staff. Very rude and disrespectful
Not bad, so far as salads go. Hail, Ceasar!
Noice
Love this place. Always an excuse not to eat healthier while working in the city. But when you got this spot, excuses are no more. Fresh and tasty. Plenty of options for the vegan/veg crew.
Poor customer service. Store manager seems rude.
I love the create-your-own salad bowl, and their healthy snacks are also very nice.
Freshly made, tasty and nourishing lunch bowls. We had the meatballs and chilli beef bowls. Meatballs were particularly good, fresh vibrant looking greens, rich Sugo sauce for meatballs and brown rice for low GI carb intake. Another of many excellent options for healthy, filling, lunch options in the city.
Delicious and fresh. It’s busy with people that work around, which is a good sign
There the option of salads are great an they feel so fresh as they are sourced from there farms excellent options for healthy eating
Love the salads here! Such a healthy option when I forget my lunch
Great staff and healthy food 😋
tasty chain
Id recommend the Italian meat balls with brown rice and pesto, they are super tasty.
All they serve is healthy and tasty meal bowls. You can either customise your own meal with balancing all the macros you prefer or you can select the one created by them. All they serve is freshly prepared meal bowls. It doesnt take much time for them to prepare your meal, good place if you want to quickly collect your meals.
Great food, flexible staff. Cost is a bit high
Awful salad, so plain and tasteless. Avoid it as there are better options
Beautiful ladies work there
wide variety of great tasting healthy salads, tad expensive but worth it
great food, very flexible menu and always fresh
Not bad place for price nice tasting salad thought
Friendly staff!
I just bought a salad for lunch and it had a LIVE praying mantis sitting on top of the salad. DISGUSTING! I will never eat there again, and neither will any of my co-workers.
Refreshingly creative and healthy salads.
Get in early. There is frequently a line out the front and down the street. Each salad is made up from ingredients on the spot before you, so the option to tailor is awlays available. The off-the-menu choices are tasty and interesting with a good balance of flavor. The calorie information is displayed next to each salad for easy tracking of your intake, with most salads between 400-500 cals per serve.Staff are friendly, courteous and efficient with a separate pay station so theres no messy mucking about with money and your server, and the line keeps flowing.Today Im going to have the Asian Slaw, Ive already had the Protein Powerhouse and the Chicken Chipotle - both were good.Whether your looking for a health conscious lunch choice, or looking to shake up the usual sandwich and sushi, Crisp comes highly recommended with healthy, delicious salads and delightful staff and environment.
