Place is fine i didnt like the lighting , the food portion is small, the worst thing that they are on Fazza app but when u calim it they mention we dont have !!!!!!!, will not go there again

I personally love Crisol and have been a loyal costumer since 2019.However, my last visit was quite unpleasant. I took my friends there after telling them a lot about this place and I was excited for them to try it, the food was nice but not as per their usual standards, but that is not the issue here,My friend ordered the special Pasta, and the waiter asked her if she wants it with Mushroom and Chicken, which we answered by “Yes” to, thinking that the waiter is just confirming we’re okay with eating these items and we have no allergies or dietary restrictions to it.However when the bill came, we were so shocked that they have added 11 dhs for chicken and 12 dhs for mushroom to the pasta price, and the pasta ended up costing 73 dhs!! When inquiring, they said the pasta, originally 50 dhs, is actually just plain pasta with cheese, and all the other items are add on. But the add on prices are not reasonable at all, considering the amount of chicken and mushroom that was added (you can barely feel it). After a little arguing, they agreed to remove the price of the add-on items.The second unpleasant encounter we had is when we presented our Fazaa card to avail the discount that is clearly mentioned on the application with an expiration date of May 2023 to the offer, they told us they are no longer accepting it.I am just disappointed that this is the experience my friends had to go through after telling them so much about this place!Anyways, I hope the managers will take my comments into consideration and revise the “plain pasta” that’s for 50 dhs and the add on prices, and remove the discount from the Fazaa application.

I love when the restaurants have Non-ordinary food options and I love it more when the food tastes good 😋The place interior is nice even though dark at places, the seating was comfortable and suitable for long meetings with food 😄The staff are friendly and I loved that they had power options for charging my laptop.It is good to note that this place is an award wining restaurant ⭐️It is a must visit place in Sharjah MuwailahI hope this helps 🤍

Nice ambience and decoration, the seating options are many, I set on the sofa, the table was high so my head only apear on the table. The staff will come only if call them, not by themselves checking on you. The food tast are not tasty Ill give it 2 out of 5. Most of the dishes the tast does not mach the look of the meal in the menu. The portion is very small compared to the price. They did not put the menu in the net , so you can not figure the price of the food before you visit. The fried dishes have strong oily and greecy after tast. I think the dishes are precooked and reheated before they serve them. If you care about your diet, I done recommend this restaurant.

The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious.i love that you get a lot of food ( big portions as well for the price. Its definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back.Love it . Overall 9/10.

We had high expectations from this place but were shocked at the quantities and the quality as well. The nachos were horrible, soggy and with very little cheese or guacamole. Not worth the money we just paid for the real estate.

One of my favorite cafes! Always delicious food, very friendly staff specially the slim African Lady I keep forgetting her name.My disappointment today was because of the cheese and tomato croissant, it was so hard and seems it was heated by microwave! The tomato looked so dry as if it was kept in the fridge for couple of days. I didnt eat it and the cheif didnt even offer any compensation. I would expect some sort of compensation for such mistake. Im attaching a pic of the croissants; looked burned!I feel bad for giving the cafe 1 star, however, such an excellent cafe should always maintain the same level they used to offer.

First visit & the worst experience ever.. can you even be cheaper with the portions, we ordered the wild fries and they were overcooked and not edible , the Texas fried chicken were also missing the chicken inside all the skin which looked also over cooked and not edible, the cheetos mac n cheese were the only thing you can eat and it had only a small spray of cheetos on top, when i asked extra they said we will charged Extra 5 dhs and i agreed when they show up a while after with the smallest sauce bowl (the one they keep ketchup inwith a pinch of Cheetos in it.. overall a very bad experience and strongly condemns the fact they call this place a restaurant. NEVER AGAIN

Pleasant casual and fancy spot in Sharjah. Nice ambience, good food. Coffee is good.Parking on first come first served basis, no alcohol, of course.Food is great, menu with pictures which is a greta help to choose what you want.Breakfast eggs options for Benedict around AED 40.0, latter AED 24. Clean, new, run by local person obviously. Affordable and stylish.

Quite posh and unique, parking available, you might have to pay at certain times. The place is a 5 star rated restaurant. Due to the WC facilities, especially the mens I have rated the place 4 star.I tried the Mexican tacos, bread with pesto chicken.Well worth a visit and good customer service.

Crisol Restaurant and Lounge is one of the few restaurants in Sharjah that I have visited multiple times and I have always enjoyed my experience. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is a great place. The presentation, taste and flavor of the food is on point. A must visit restaurant in Sharjah.

Crisol is a cozy restaurant, quite nice to have lunch with your family, enjoyed my time there you can select a different variety of food salads, appetisers, meals & deserts loved the melted chocolate over the ice cream cake, kids will love the mini burgers, the food tastes really good.Visited the place another time this time git the Vegas burger 🍔 its delicious, have you ever Tried the spicy corn sticks, its amazing however we ordered it not spicy and sweet potato fries

Very friendly and helpful staff, paid parking available around the restaurant, prices are higher than other restaurants specially if don’t have Fazah or Esaad, big portions to share, very nice decoration very nice ambiance good to go with the family, no need for reservation.

Just cam across this place while browsing through Zomato dine ins in Sharjah and let me tell you: THE BEST DECISION EVER!This place is so cool and you wouldnt know that because it is so hard to find fine dining places in Sharjah.The ambience is lit and it has a whole different vibe being here. The staff was so generously polite and very understanding catering to us and making sure we had everything we needed.We order Rocket Shrimps which is Instagram worthy and also their Black lemonade which was so refreshing.Also had their beef sliders which was good but the best was their stuffed chicken bun because that was just perfect.We had a perfectly balanced meal and you should definitely check them out if you are in Sharjah.

Impressed by the place as a whole. Im a fan of the interior.I tried 2 burgers and they were enough to make me curious to try their other dishes as well.The black gold burger would be perfect in my books if it werent for the small size. I understand its wagyu beef, but I wouldve made it bigger than the other burgers to persuade customers to go for the more expensive option. It was really good. I havent described a food as "powerful" before but this one was.I tried another burger because I didnt feel full and didnt want to pay 38 dhs for fries, so I paid 47 for their tornado burger, which was also great but naturally not as delicious as the black gold.I wanted to give the restaurant 4 stars because I wanted them to consider either lowering the price of the black gold burger or making it larger, but I liked the fact the restaurant gave options at different prices (theres a 3rd burger priced at around 37 dhs). I do hope they consider modifying this burger though, without changing the taste or ingredients.Ill probably try steak another time or perhaps some other best-selling dish here.Staff are nice, too.Wagyu eggs Benedict was alright 🤷‍♂️ not too good, not too bad... Didnt really taste the beef that well, and it was relatively small in size.Tried their fried chicken burger. It was surprisingly good, thought Id like it a bit less oily.Tried their ribeye steak, didnt like it that much. Its acceptable but definitely not worth 135 dhs. Not exaggerating anything here, i’m gonna be brutally honest, the atmosphere is great, the food however you’re better off eating from cafeterias, i tried the ribs, shrimps, chicken, all horrible and for dessert vanilla dolce mousse which was not horrible but very bad to say the least, the only thing i could tolerate is the coffee which was good, giving it a one star because they have the audacity to charge expensive prices for such bad food.

Very good quality and service.The restaurant has a nice atmosphere to it.Prices were on the expensive side though.The variety of options is good, however, I feel that there is room for more.Generally, good experience, had a good time there.

Had dinner here with our crew while we were in town for the night. The service was very good and all servers and staff were extremely polite and provided excellent service. The ambience in the restaurant is very nice as well. Overall we all enjoyed our food and felt it was reasonably priced.

A tasteful and classy restaurant with a chill ambience in a very unlikely location in Sharjah. The one thing I particularly enjoyed was the violinist. Highly recommended for family dinners, also a good place to enjoy good food with friends and romantic dinners with your spouse/significant other.Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Better to book in advance to avoid getting disappointed as its tends to get crowded fast.

This place is located in a very weird place in Sharjah. But the fantastic ambience and the food more than makes up for the extra effort of to get there. Theres quite a few selection of food and the ones my friends and I ordered all tastes really good. The French fries (wild somethingwas is definitely something I would recommend to everyone going there

The ultimate culinary experience with perfect presentation and taste.We ordered Rocket SHRIMPS 🦐, Pepproni FLATBREAD 🍕, Wild Mushroom FARFLAY 🍝, Pina COLADA 🥥 for my hubby and Strawberry MOJITO 🍓 for me.We were first served with Rocket Shrimps, just dig down the volcano 🌋 and youll find the Shrimps 🍤 hidden.Pepproni Flatbread is my sons all time favorite, so this has to be in the menu every time we dine out.Wild Mushroom Farflay was my favorite, I am always a pasta lover and this has stolen my heart.I will definitely recommend this place to all.They have huge range of cuisine and the prices also vary, some dishes are expensive and some costs low.My total bill was 195 AED 💸

Very nice place to have breakfast however you should be there before 11 to have breakfast, also this wouldn’t be a place for you if you like taking pictures of food in the sunlight, because the tables next to the windows are always reserved

Heard really good things about this place so we decided to check it out since we were in town. The resturant looked very high end and the staff were very polite, the menu was quite limited for lunch but will need to come back for breakfast as that looked amazing!

Staff are very friendly. Service is great. BUT, food is less than alright, AND it is EXPENSIVE.I wasn’t happy with the fries that my friend and I ordered. I have asked the waiter if they were snap frozen and he said yes, which made the fries very soggy and moist to eat, however the spices and sauces were great.We also ordered Dynamite Chicken sliders, the chicken patty is so thin, you can barely taste any chicken in it, very poor quality.Presentations are great, but taste is missing. I have complained face to face to many of the staff in a very nice way without being mean because I am not like that, hoping for some action to be taken or at least for an apology for the horrendous food quality, but did not get any.Not worth the money you spend on food. But drinks are great :)I don’t recommend you wasting money on their food.

A hidden gem unveiled in Sharjah! A fusion of American, Mexican and Spanish.We were awed by the detail on the decor, the dark colors giving the tribal feel, wooden panels which gave such a luxurious vibe. To enjoy the dim lighting and the fabulous work done, an evening visit would be best, so as to enjoy the decor and lighting to its fullest. The comfy gazebo style seating was our choice but you also have the regular dining tables too. Extra points from us for playing our favorite tracks!We were offered the Journey menu which was a compilation of the best sellers! So let’s dive in to how our time went by. We began with our favorite Mojitos!1. Classic Mojito: This was one of the best ones amongst all of them. It was fresh and a perfect thirst quencher to wipe off all the food.2. Passion Fruit Mojito: Another hit, the seeds did all the magic and the drink hit all the right notes with the sweetness. So this was another winner for us.3. Strawberry Mojito: This did not match our expectations because of the excessive ginger ale used which overpowered the whole drink.4. Watermelon: This was our first time trying a salad with a fruit and it was AHMAZING! We loved how well the ingredients complemented each other especially the goat cheese and watermelon!5. The Cuban: Something different from your typical caesar salad. This one was loaded with crispy bites of tender chicken, a variety of assorted cabbages and noodles.6. Rocket Shrimps: A mini Burj Khalifa built with rice noodles, root vegetables and a treasure at the foundation consisting of shrimps cooked to perfection. This was a winner for all the seafood lovers or not, a must try and you will thank us later.7. Matchstick Fries: A mason jar loaded with cheese, flaming cheetos, jalapeños, and crispy beets. This dish usually has beef added to it but since we had vegetarian partners along with us we opted to have it without the meat. It was a hit and got over in no time!8. Trash Can Nachos: Now, do not obsess with the name, just go ahead and give it a shot! We guarantee that you would love it, if nachos, cheese and chicken are your favorite ingredients. Do not wait too long to capture this masterpiece otherwise you will miss out on that cheese oozing! That’s what happened in our case, either way it was another delicious dish in our books.9. Spicy Beef Tacos: All we want to eat are these tacos with or preferably without anyone since sharing is caring concept does not applied to these yummers! Listen up all jalapeño lovers, you have a new place to get your tacos now. We loved how well the crunch, spice and meat went perfectly well.10. Sand Blaster: Beef Sliders that will make you create a happy bubble for you. The beef patty was juicy, soaked up the cheddar cheese and made it flavorful. For all the meat lovers, a must try!11. Crisol Hit: The name does complete justice to the dish as well. It is a hit in all aspects. Basically, you have to hit the chocolate layer at the top to uncover the ice-cream and the chocolate that will ooze out! Chocoholic alert, a must have for those who claim to be chocolate addicts.12. Lotus Pancake: We have lotus to tell about this stack of goodness. The pancakes were soft, fluffy and moist that made us instantly fans of them. These were one of the best we have had so far. The lotus sauce was generously drizzled and topped with a lotus biscuit.The service was top-notch! We had our servers explaining each of the dish that was brought to our table. Kudos to the team for giving us such a wonderful time!They are reasonable at its best! The prices completely warrant for the generous quantity and impeccable quality offered.Of course, we have this listed as one of the favorites, that we would love to keep going back to!

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Tried the rocket shrimp, wild fries and dangerous sliders and they were all good, tasty and delicious. LOVED IT and would totally recommend.

Loved their signature iced coffee.Their breakfast was nice but waffle was dry.Their pancakes though are very soft and delicious would recommend 10/10.

Outstanding restaurant standard in Sharjah. Good variety for breakfast and dinner. Their french toast is to die for. Accessible, welcoming staff and modern vibes. Not open for lunch.
