I came here to buy a nice juicy prime rib for my birthday dinner and was so glad that I did. I paid about $36 for a 1.32 pound steak and it was worth every cent. Quality meat, excellent service.

Best colossal shrimp in Lake county!! They are frozen, however when cooked they taste like mini lobsters! Best fresh cream herring, Best Prime Rib!! They have an awesome selection of meats, sausage, fish! Also sell wine and groceries

Its okay not great they dont usually stock the store to the fullest latley its been like this for a few years now. Maybe a change of owner i dont know anyways the food here is decent with affordable prices thougth some not. I suggest buy here if you need something quick otherwise tried buying it somewhere where you get more than what you pay. Also check the expiration dates 🤔😁

1st time there today. Got some fresh cut Ribeyes, brats and Polish sausage. Easily the best steak Ive ever had, great marbling and super fresh. Will become my new meat spot for sure.

Went there for my first time today. Needed some steaks before the snow storm. So I decided to stop by. The store is clean, organized and the butcher area is awesome. I ordered 1.5 inch sirloin steaks and the butcher did the order in front of me, great quality steak. I also ordered ribeye, all prime. Only downfall at the moment, they didn’t have skirt steak. Very fresh meats, you can tell by the color, texture & smell. I will be returning for sure. Also forgot to mention, their customer service is their best product. I got EXACTLY what I ordered, in a friendly, professional and organized manner.

My opinion is, they have the best meat in Lake County. Its fresh meat cut at the size you request. The best meat you can ever taste. Good for holiday cooking or special occasions.

What an unexpected treat! This was my first time at the place, and I was immediately impressed by how it looks in there, and then by the meat selection and By the Fantastic sub sandwich I brought home. I will be back before they close at 6:30 tonight, to pick up one of those prime rib eye cuts.

Went for a sub. Deli guy was busy yakking with a guy on my side of the counter. The guy wasnt buying anything. I stood there waiting for some minutes watching them talk. Finally, not knowing how long this would go on, I walked out. Very disappointing. Wont go back.

Cribb is Waukegan Institution my grandparents shopped here. Love this store will always shop here for meat. The package deals are great. The meat quality is unsurpassed .
