Absolutely getting balls stuck after each and evry shot don’t recognize sence 2016 its not a good place and do not recommend

Drinks are way overpriced half of the bowling lanes are out of service used to be an amazing place

It was filthy only 4 lanes with working scoreboards. The girl lied and said there was an hour wait because of reservations then put us on one of the 4 lanes that was working. And absolutely nobody showed up for the supposed reservations.

Chill place. I suggest coming here during the weekend when there are more people/staff. Ges are cheap and the place is clean.

This evening (1/21/22we went to Crest Hill Lanes to bowl 1 game. We were placed right next to quite a large party. We were informed majority of the middle lanes were down. Ok no biggie. Then they place another large party right next to us so at this point literally Lanes 16 15 and 14 are occupied. I go over to retrieve a refund, and am told they dont refund bowling by a young lady. We never started the game. The young man is telling her to just refund it. All the while this young woman is batting her eyes and rolling them as if shes annoyed I asked for a refund for a game we never bowled and clearly they needed to close for the night due to so many Lanes being down. They give me the wrong refund amount I addressed that, was given the correct amount but was consistently given terrible body language from the young lady, I addressed that as well. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. Mean while this is happening they put a different set of people in a middle lane, that was supposed to be down and we did not get this option upon our arrival.I also want to note all the Lanes to left were all Caucasians and everyone to the right were African Americans.Truly disappointed and disgusted how my family and I were treated.

Everything was fine but one thing as soon as you enter thru the door there was a smell of hot garbage and sewage.

I loved the experience. Im from Florida and the Bartender and owner made it a family friendly experience. The food was very good and the drinks was excellent. I would definitely recommend as I already have to my Coworkers. Thanks again squeak for the amazing customer service 🙌.

Was there for a high school game. no drinks no food place was full for the lanes that worked place smelled like a sewer lanes never are oiled told our team to find another home house for our team because the bowling alley is closed on Monday and owner has to open for our teams games at there establishment and they get paid very well for that please don’t come here place is the worst

Visited Keglers for pub dinner, drinks & good country band. Food was decent, and the food & bar service was good. Would recommend for a pleasant evening out.

Im on the bowling team and this place has good food aswell as good lanes would recommend 10/10

Clean bowling alley tbh those bathrooms werent the cleanest thatll be my only issue & their food is a 7/10

Love this place. Nothing fancy its your local bowling alley so very unpretentious and comfy. Great for the kids. Get there at open and not crowded for bigger families to get in and have fun. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Very affordable and lots of parking

Fair priced bowling and good drinks in food the other bowling alley in joliet was packed came here and was not over crowded and have good beer!

We had pizza 🍕 it was very good.lwould have it again we are going back there Friday for dinner.

I love how this place makes u feel at home, it is not the fanciest, which makes u feel u can just relax and chill. It is not shabby by any means, the ambiance is perfect for a bar where u want to unwind with friends. The staff is so polite, the wings were very good!! Liquor price was very reasonable, and the band played excellent music. (T birdsthe lead singer was exceptionally friendly and very welcoming to first timers like us. We will surely be back

This was a first for me. Food was served on a paper plate and I was given plastic knife and fork to eat it with. Oh yea they give a sweet prison tray with it too! Look how fresh the food looks!!! Lol

Went here for the first time since 1985. It is a clean place, well maintained, but the food prices killed it. I got a cheese burger/fries and fountain drink...$16+. 😞 Not sure it it worth it. Ground beef, if good is $5/Lb the bread was probably another $1.5 and $1??? for fries...and what the heck??? $2.30 for a soda from the bar...for what??? This adds up to $10.00 in my book... Dont make me break it down..... Way to much $$$ for the food.

They need a better ball selection. We had a lot of fun despite having a lot of people there. We will be going again with less people.

Very nice, better than I expected it to be. Staff was pleasant, kind and very helpful. Price were reasonable for bowling and the bar side. Really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend for family fun.

We used a groupon last night there was no issue. The young man was very nice working the counter. Even after dealing with some very ignorant acting young ladies

Service was awful. The girl watched us walk in, then went into the bar to talk to her friends. After a few minutes, the phone rang and she walked to the desk we were at to answer it so she reluctantly had to work. We ordered a pizza that came without any napkins or plates. She brought one pitcher of water and we were lucky the ice melted for any more water. Every table was sticky and disgusting. Save your money. Stay out of Joliet and spend extra going to some place that hires people who enjoy their job.

hands down worst beef sandwich ive ever had in my entire life,no joke. A beef is something I order from somewhere I have never eaten before to play it safe, and get a feel for the kitchen so to speak. It wasnt just bad, it was spectacularly bad, and for 10 dollars no less! For 10 dollars I was expecting something above average which is what you usually expect for a more expensive price. My god this thing was nasty, and skimpy too, like the beef was something to apply sparingly, the menu described "piled high", the cook must have taken a little off the top to bring home to poison his in-laws, if you offered this thing to me for free I wouldnt let a homeless man wipe his a$$ with it, it tasted like KFC gravy, and god the beef was chewy.....sends shivers down my spine just recalling it, downright crime to serve up such a classic grill and diner staple in such a pathetic and sorry manner. If the beef is bad, imagine the rest.

Great deals on bowling had 4 people (2 adults and 2 kidsonly cost around $30. And we call got shoes. The food is good too.

It was fun bowling went in a group of 6 service was pretty damn good for a bowling alley. Also pizza was good. Lanes seemed a little dated but overall Id recommend for birthdays on Saturdays there pretty slow in the afternoon so open lanes for days. They have these little dragon Ball slide for the little ones as well.

I looked online to see they open at 11 AM, but being today is Memorial Day I wanted to call to confirm. I called in to ask if they were open today, and she gave me a deadpan, “3 o’clock.” I repeated, 3 o’clock? Like do you open at 3 o clock or close at 3 o clock, what??? With that she hastily replied, “3 o’clock. We open at 3 o’clock.” I understand we have bad days, but I was polite and her tone was very curt. I was planning on bringing my family to this place, but they just lost potential customers. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My girl and I had a bit to much to drink. The staff was very polite to us despite us being a bit loud. :I did have fun though.

Went to an event here nice bowling alley. The bar food was pretty spot-on well cooked well served. But I would definitely tell them they need to clean their soda machine. The coke tasted funny not enough fizz. And the Sprite drink carbonation not enough flavor.

The bartender Ashley was amazing had drinks ready before we would ask. She was fun and you could tell she loved her job.

Had my kids birthday party here. Great value! Kids had a lot of fun. Only detriment is its an older joint. Just a bit rough around the edges, and still smells of cigarettes. They did resurface the parking lot, so hopefully they can give the inside some attention as well.

Under new management, they are already making very good changes. However the food is the same as before, amazing! Some of the best chicken wings you will find.

This will be the second year we are having our sons birthday party there. The staff is friendly, its clean, and for only $25 more you can even have a party room! I price parties all over town and I cant find anything remotely as good as this for a cheaper price. And thank you so much for having dairy free barbecue wings as I have a dairy allergy and its nice to actually be able to eat when Im out!

We went here for my mother in laws birthday. They were very nice and even made her a special drink! Clean facility, even had live music.

Do NOT get the Fish and chips dinner. Worst meal I’ve ever had. It was literally just fried breading. There was no fish inside of it. Also would not recommend this place in general.

I have been coming to this bar for 5 years now. Loved this place, love the people, love the bartenders, but within the last year, there have been lots of changes with management, and most recent, a new GM. With these changes, things have gone down hill, the managers and bartenders that were the best, are now gone, the crowd has changed, and as of today, the best bartender Amber is now gone. And I have to say I will never go back to that bar unless there are drastic changes. I hope the owners see this and do something about this issue and make Keglers the bar I used to know and love.

The food from keglers is the best part about this place. Pizza is delicious and the parmesan garlic wings are the best. Also, if you buy a pitcher of pop the refills are free! People need to tip the guy at the counter that is running your food out to you and refilling your pitcher. My problem is only that sometimes when Im there the lanes freeze up. Took me and 4 others 3 hours to bowl two games because our lane froze up 5 times. The kid working the counter was great and kept running to fix it, I felt bad for him but was still annoyed with the bowling ally itself. But Id still go there again.

I went there on a Friday night and there must have been a DJ on the side that had a bar because the music was great - songs were being mixed and really made the place lively.Some of the bowling balls arent labeled how much they weigh, though. They also have a big cooler of water for guestsAlso, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the security. In my party, some of us were the legal drinking age and some of us werent, the one of the guards was near us so no one without a wristband was drinking alcohol

5 stars for the service, the bartenders are great and there is usually always good music... my complaint is a big one though... if you are a mature adult looking to just hang out and get a few drinks with your friends, this is definitely not the bar for you... maybe the bowling alley side, but at and all around the actual bar area is surrounded by very loud, obnoxious and pretty much younger drunk crowd... very disrespectful, very loud and very quick to pick a fight just because they are bored.The owner does do a great job trying to keep them in line, and does not hesitate to kick anyone out that crosses that line, but there is ALWAYS that one guy or girl that gets entirely too drunk and pretty much ruins the good vibes you normally would experience at this normally great little bar, mainly a young man named Micheal Chevalier... and I dislike using names, but this child in particular can and will easily ruin a fun evening, and has on many occasions made several different groups of my friends and myself leave this establishment before even finishing our first round of drinks due to very rude and obnoxious behavior . My only advice is to inform the owner IMMEDIATELY if this young man starts acting up in a way that could ruin an otherwise great evening.Other than that, this is a great bar/ bowling alley, and as I stated, the owner of this establishment is absolutely fantastic, and will always make sure you have a great time!!!

We went for as a family night , music was inappropriate to say the least, food was over cooked and they forgot our pitcher of pop , bathroom was a disaster and was 110 degrees inside , not sure why it was so hot in there, staff wasnt the friendliest.

Amazing bowling alley! We just had our son‘s 8th birthday party there. Every time I go in there the staff is truly amazing and so helpful. Their birthday parties are the most affordable around. The food is beyond amazing! Everybody in my family loves their pizza, since I’m allergic to dairy I tried the buffalo wings and they are off the charts! I’m so glad we found this place! We will be back!

Went here Las night. This place is great. Really good food for good price. Really chill to be at, and it is actually pretty clean and the customer service is attentive. The only complaint I have is that the music is dirty especially when there are kids there. They should at least play family friendly music without all the cus words.

Really good food but not a friendly staff at all except maybe 1 or 2 bartenders. I used to go to keglers the bar inside but they dont have good service it needs a change. Bowling alley is fun though.

Small independent bowling alley. Well lit parking area with wheel chair access leading easily into the building. Dimly lit sports bar is roomy and clean. Many TVS for multiple viewing options of programs. Food from in house restaurant is prepared to order and reasonably priced. Great burgers and various other sandwiches served with sides. Staff is welcoming and attentive.

The food is excellent. The service is excellent. The bowling area is nice, clean and bright. It would be nice if they had a separate, covered, heated and interior-accessible smoking area put in where the patio is.

good wings. But this place doesnt care about age, if your not old enough to drink come here. i meet a girl here bought her drinks hung out and right when i tried taking her home she told me that shes got school in the morning.

Excellent lanes. Best in town compared to all the others. Amazing song choices for me to dab to. Also the lanes had a perfect amount of oil so I could still curve the ball like a Six God.

We just had my husbands birthday party there. They did a fantastic job! They had everything set up for us and had a waitress just for our group. The owner (managercame up and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave birthday drinks to my husband. The food was delicious and very quick to be ready. We will definitely be going back.

This is a very local bar. Its in a bowling alley so its kind of weird in a good way. Jessica the bartender is amazing! She brings a smile every time Im back in town and having a bad day!
