Terrible customer service! We wanted 3 ice creams (it was a hot August afternoonand I asked the lady if I could try one flavor. She gave me a very tiny piece of it on the spoon that I hardly tasted it. Nobody was waiting behind us. However she was in a rush. Then my son asked for 2 scoops in a cone and she made them very small too!. We spent almost $25 on 3 tiny ice creams and the customer service was horrible. Never come back!!

This is the only place in the area Ive found so far where I can get a peanut free gelato! Its also nice that I can get a delicious sorbetto here because Im lactose intolerant.

I’ve been here twice and both times the staff was really kind. Both times I got a s’mores shake and it was sooo delicious, I will definitely be coming back!!

I bought an ice cream cone and i was happy to pay tips. The lady who gave me the ice cream she didn’t put the ice on the cone properly and after passing it to me,the ice cream dropped down on the floor but she rejected to give me another one even she was not sorry for what happened.I thought she didn’t notice so i told her that my ice cream dropped and she said when i gave you it was fine so it’s your responsibility.There was people around me and they were shocked. They were starting arguing with lady that’s not fair to not give him another one while you didn’t put it probably but she just ignored the people as well.This is my first time in my live i have seen that people like those make money like that. They have big business and still don’t care about their customers’s feelings.I am very sorry that i paid tips to people like those people!!!I will never buy anything from this junk place again and i will start preventing my family and friends to visit this place.Very disappointed ..

Stopped in for a brunch crepe and the service and food were beyond incredible! The staff there are such kind and good people that it warms my heart just remembering the experience. I sat down to eat and was basically treated like it was a restaurant but honestly some restaurants could never come close to this kind of service. Absolutely no complaints about the crepes either as they were so delicious. Will definitely make this a regular spot!

They are cheating with their cup sizes. Single scoop gets you only half of what you would get at other locations :(. Won’t buy again

Walked by many times and always meant to try it. Glad I finally did. Delicious crepes and excellent service. Will be back soon.

Very very tasty! Had the Popeye crepe (highly recommend!More than enough for two people to share (my mom and I shared). Then she finished it off with a Ferro Roche gelato waffle cone ❤️👌💕

This has to have the best service anywhere!!My daughter used Skip the dishes when it was heavily snowing and we live at the top of the hill so very slippery!!Not only were the crepes delivered with no problems but the attitude of the owner of Crepes Delicious was so pleasant and positive!!

Most rudest encounter I’ve ever came across. I was at crepe delicious around 5:30 today. I informed them I was deaf and that I had a specific food allergies. A white chef was incredibly rude. He kept on rambling and refused to write on paper to communicate. My friend and I just stood there stunned. I asked if they’re not serving me anything and man continued on rambling. We didn’t understand single thing he was saying. Poor female cashier looked terrified. My friend got his food and now he’s currently sick from the food he got (no allergies).Never again.

Where do I start?Im usually very busy to write reviews and I am against writing bad reviews and ruining somebodys business, but excuse me, if you wanna run a business, youd better work harder to make it better.Im sorry, $5 for a tiny scoop of fake flavour cheap over-sweetened ice cream? No thanks!The seller was not even inclined to give a few samplers. She would simply rub the spoon on the ice creams and gave it to me.Terrible stuff!

I’ve been to a lot of crepe factories and restaurants but none of them compare to this.. most other places rush through the process and you’re left with a crepe that tends to fall apart and is messy.. But Crepe Delicious takes their time making the perfect crepe! By far the best crepe I have ever bought!

I love this crepe&ice cream shop, theyre so yummy and they make vegetarian crepes and many other types, but I always get the Nutella one mmmm

The waffle was very good but I would have preferred juuuust a bit more Nutella - that is why 4*But otherwise very deliciousI changed it to 5* because of the response from the owner.I’ll definitely ask for more nutella 😃

Had the California steak crepe, and it was delicious! Savoury, balanced flavours, and a sizable meal! It was on special for $8.95 (usually $11.95), so a great deal as well! Will try out their other crepes whenever Im around!

Ive been to this plave a few times since it opened and aleays enjoyed their gelato. Went back with my daughter and the new owner is nice, friendly, and engaging. They have a wide crepe selection from sweet, to savoury amd I cant wait to try those out.

My 3 daughters wanted crepes for breakfast this family day.... so we went and checked this place out. They loved the crepes so did I. Lots of options tasted great quick services

It was very snowy tonight and I live up on the hill on a side street that rarely gets plowed.Anyways,the owner,Simon,personally delivered crepes for my daughter and her friend in terrible driving conditions!!What incredible service and apparently delicious chocolate crepes!!Simon was so kind to do this, made Valentines Day sweet!!

#canadapostIs there something called Customer Service to you guys?Fake Deliveries and promises, and forcing people to reach out to post office to collect their packages ( Even though paid extra for delivery to be made to house, How can it happened Everytime?There is someone home all the time of the day, I do get my mail/ letter but not my parcel? It means no one even tried to deliver it....... And plus there is no notice of it being found on the door,One of the worst experience.And when I call the complaint centre all I get is notice number and I need to go to the Post office to collect my parcel next day, and sorry for inconvenience, I dont want your sorry....I want my parcel to be delivered to me.....

Not recommend you at all. Its unbelievable that u get for the price. Im so disappointed. For $12 u get just crepe which is not tasty at all and a lot of mayonnaise 🤔😯. Regreting that I did not ask for my money back😕

The price was reasonable corresponding to the crepe. The serving lady name Jasmine was really nice and provide delicious crepe.

The older Asian lady that works there was a complete biotch, tried to sample a few flavours because the ones I tried I didn’t like, she refused in a very negative way. When I did end up ordering she acting like she was doing me a huge favour and seemed angry to be working there. When I did order it was a TINY scoop for $5.75. I do not recommend at all.

Crepes tasted alright (loved the flavor of the batterbut the wait time was really long and the crepes were $1-2 too expensive.

Went here to buy a bubble waffle. The server did not know what was on the menu but then proceeded to argue about the price which was posted on the sign. Should of left, but I still ordered a plain bubble waffle.While making the bubble waffle, a 10 minute process, she played on her phone and yelled back at other customers waiting to be served saying she was busy cooking and to wait.Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

Bubble waffles are fine but wait times are sometimes way too long.Prices seem relatively overpriced and the customer service is absolutely horrendous.The worker always seems to change and some are fine but others are extremely rude.

Message for managers," get your daughter off her stupid little phone and to the front counter" Dont be sulky because you have to serve a customer..and the gelato isnt very good. Were just gonna avoid your kiosk. Blech.

Waiting in line for over 5 minutes when there was only one customer in front. He was already paying when he got there. The lady working there completely ignored us and continued flirting with him. Super unprofessionally. I ended leaving without ordering anything.

I made a quick stop at Coquitlam Centre tonight and my brother ordered a crepe. He put an order for me as well as I was about to walk on to run my own errand -- a fruit patisserie: custard or icing sugar w/ fruit.I specified for him to get it with custard. When I rejoined him, I found out that this fruit patisserie didnt come with fruit but rather with either bananas or strawberries. Wow, talk about false advertisement. Needless to say that this was disappointing.

Just got a simple sweet crepe there. Is it reasonable if they charge you $1.5 for just whipping cream without telling you? Services were terrible too - both girls working there werent nice and gave us the attitude. They didnt even thank us and it wasnt busy. We were the only customers at that time. Over-priced and bad services. Wont go back there again. :(
