There is this lady by the name Faith who was at the POS machine today evening 21/11/21 CHICKEN INN TRM Branch, I dont think if she ever stepped in a costomer service etiquette class. Her attitude is just off and instead of admitting after being told or feel remorse and try to apologize, she even has the audacity to talk back at the client an call the client "RUDE" as she puts it. I think shes had that job long enough to an extent she doesnt know how to talk to clients anymore. Am a very disappointed client.Geoffrey you did great keep up with the good coustomer service spirit.

The experience was horrible!The chicken I ordered was dripping oil and there was barely any chicken!.I asked the lady for an ice cream she said she doesnt want to make.I have been to chicken inn in Thika and Kasarani the service and food are amazing.Definately never coming back there.

This morning I ordered the three piecer and it was absolutely terrible/disappointing, why would chicken inn serve literally spoilt/rotten fries and smelly meat just because it was a delivery?

Great service. Very accommodating people. And they have a wide variety of stuff you can take. I loved my milkshake: chocolate with peanuts. Deeelightful! 😋Honestly, you shouldnt pass by the entrance without paying them a visit first. Do yourself a favor and grab sth to go. Youll love it!
