What an amazing day trip! A group of 10 of us went on a Saturday morning and had the greatest time. Your guides make you feel safe while reminding you to have fun! We had a delicious catered group lunch and a great drink selection for when the Zipline course was done. I will be returning for sure, Im already looking at tickets to go again. If youre wanting to have some fun and get our of your comfort zone, this is the place!
Had an amazing time! Both zip lining and kayaking. A little expensive but overall worth it. Staff is super friendly and energetic. Plus the area is absolutely stunning.
My Grandkids loved this so much! Guide interacted with kids the whole time. Ax throwing was fun for them. Guide didnt interact...stayed on his phone. Over all a good experience.
The guides were stellar. Garret and his sidekick (sorry, cant remember his namewere hilarious and I felt safe the whole time. The views are breathtaking!
Had an amazing time. The guides really made it for us, thanks Patrick and Garrett! I felt safe because they were big on safety rules and made sure we were all focused on having fun while they took care of the rest. The zip lines themselves were AMAZING! The views and oh man the LENGTH. I felt like I was going to keep going forever! Had a blast and couldn’t have better guides. Would go again 10/10
Went here on the last day of our OR trip, 07/13/22. I wasnt able to make the adult ziplining time and watched my 8 and 11yo girls do the Sasquatch kids ziplining version. At first, my 8yo and couple of the boys of similar age were a little bit scared and hesitant. After the 1st round, they couldnt get enough. Eventually, they lasted the entire 2 hours duration of repeated rounds! My 8yo said bring on the adult version. Haha. She did some suggested stunts that the guide showed for the "brave kids." Both my 11yo and 8yo had a blast. Definitely would recommend for the younger ones, under 12yo.
I had never done a Zipline before and was very nervous but the nervousness eased out as we started and was one of the most amazing experience. Our tour guides, Rachel and Nathan made the experience so much fun and safe. Through the 9 zip lines, I was so bad at breaking however, Nathan always made sure to handle it like a pro 😊 Highly Recommend for “first timers like myself, having second thoughts”
So fun. Great views. Great experience. Repelling and drawbridges twice. Just let go. Even an upside down growing tree. Worth the price to try it.
It was a blast, my first time going. I was nervous at first, but after the third one I felt like a pro lol. Really great instructors, serious about their job, "for good reason" our safety and theirs. Friendly and fun to be around.
These guys are awesome. My wife and I went with some friends and had a lot of fun. The Zipline guides were personable and knowledgeable and provided an excellent Zipline experience.
A fantastic experience high up amongst the pine trees. Staff were very experienced and safety conscious but with a great sense of humour too. Highly recommended
I wouldnt even give them one star. We were in California driving up for our zip line. We called the place and a lady said we had to be there 45 minutes earlier than our scheduled time. We ate our lunch and called back. A gentleman answered and said we could have made it at the original time. We were going to miss it after the lady gave us incorrect information. They wouldnt refund us anything or give us another option. Not going back there again.
We had the best time and best zipline tour thanks to Addy and Lenny!! We appreciate our tour guides for keeping our large party safe and having fun the whole time! Totally really reccomend this trip!! Addy, I appreciate your emotional support throughout the trip lmao 😂😭
I must say that I was totally scared starting off.. After doing the 1st couple of lines I felt a little more comfortable. But the repelling was totally scary . But it was fun and I did fine. The whole experience was wonderful something Ive never done before and totally enjoyed. I would do it again.. I recommend it to anybody who has a sense of adventure. Thank you for a wonderful tour.
Went here for my birthday. Ethan and Avery were our guides and they were great! Funny and knew what they were doing. Had a blast! Definitely recommend to everyone!
Must say this is a great experience for any age. My guides Chaz and Avery were awesome guys who made you feel completely safe. The view is amazing. Thanks for the adventure guys!!! Ill be back.
We were so impressed with this experienced. As a family of 7 with 5 kids and a visually impaired spouse, we wouldve been seen as a "suck-party" by anyone, but Avery, Ethan, Sam, and Cheyenne made our whole day memorable. The team accommodated for my husbands visual impairment on the ziplines using a radio. Even on the kayak tour, my youngest had a hard time keeping up and the team helped her and my husband enjoy their time. And when I forgot my phone at their office at the end of the day, they helped me ship my phone to our next destination. 1000% would recommend this experience and this team to anyone. They helped us kick-off our family summer road trip.
The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! My little one did the Sasquatch Hollow and was very afraid, and the guide for that was also incredible patient. Also learned it was a family business, which made me feel even better about the experience! Go check it out!
We had such an amazing time yesterday with Ethan and Avery. They were great at making you feel safe and that you were doing a great job. I can tell you I was a hot mess on my breaking and landing and Avery was so sweet and didnt make me feel bad at all. I would highly recommend this ziplining. The only thing I would recommend is having a camera person on the last repel those would make some great memories for people and everyone seemed to be really comfortable by then and were letting loose.
Oh my goodness I cant even say enough about this experience. The price is great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our tour guides were absolutely amazing and so much fun. Totally would do this again and would and have recommended this to others.
I have very mixed feelings about this place. I ended up having fun on the zip line tour but it was a disaster before we got to that point it was a nightmare. We booked a 9:30 am zip line time as we drive into the crater lake area. I thought it was in the crater lake area. It is not. It is an hour south. I arrived at my campsite in diamond lake (half hour north of crater lakearound midnight and looked up the address and my jaw dropped when the map said 1 hour and 45 min. Plus we have a little dog that could not stay in that campground for that long. So we would need to bring our camper with us and book our second night south of crater lake. I emailed and asked if we could delay our start time to afternoon so we could have time to move. I got a response at 7:40am saying we had to arrive at 9:00, 30 min early and no changes within 72 hours. Well first I made my reservation within 72 hours and also the name is misleading. It is not in crater lake. Also I looked at their website and they still had availability for my fam of 5 at 1 and 3. So they could have moved us. I begged and pleaded. Even if we just got in the truck and drive we would be late. They refused to budge and I would lose over $400. So I cried and screamed at my kids to get in the truck while my husband hitched the rv and stabilizers. It was chaos. We would arrive at 9:50, which would be too late. An employee called and said they would accept us at 10. She was trying to be nice I guess but the chipper condescending tone was too much. We finally arrived and got on the tour. Now the guides were great and we all had a blast. But then we spent the rest of the day trying to find another rv spot and missed on going to the actual crater lake park. I am disappointed that it is called crater lake zip, I thought it was in crater lake or I’d at least have views of crater lake. I could have zip lined anywhere, I would have preferred to see actual crater lake.
Watch the refund policy. We had a medical situation arise after we purchased tickets and THEY denied us to go which was fine but at the same time would NOT refund any of our fees paid in advance. Pretty sad for us ...
Great experience with respectful and fun staff. I took my nieces and nephew ziplining, ages ranging from 13-16, and everyone had an awesome time. Cheyenne and Garrett were our guides and gave everyone encouragement and confidence, leading everyone want to take every route without hesitation. They explained everything thoroughly, are extremely thoughtful, fun, and very capable of helping people with special needs overcome any obstacles and challenges.
We went here during our family vacation to Oregon and very happy that we did. Started off ziplining with Ethan and Avery who made my wife confident and comfortable(she usually avoids this stuff). They were thorough with the safety, but kept us laughing and loving every minute. The views we amazing! We then went kayaking with Rachel who was very knowledgeable of the ecosystem and able to answer all the questions we threw at her. She also gave us advice on other things to do in the area. A great experience and highly recommend!
Our group of 4 had a BLAST at this place! The guides were fun and made us feel safe the entire time. The course was amazing and exhilarating! Highly recommended!
We had a great time! Our guides, Addie and Ethan were awesome, very safety conscious throughout and were fun to be with! Would do this again without hesitation!
Awesome time Ziplining.Garrett and Nathan were excellent guides. You ride up a dirt road to top of the mountain where they go through the safety spiel and instructions. The gear that you wear has two safety lines as well as the running gear so you are always double protected from falls. We went on a clear day so the views were breathtaking that day. Their were plenty of runs some of them more than a quarter mile long I think. You wear gloves and one of your gloves has a leather wear pad that you use to slow yourself down. It’s a little bit tricky, but easy enough to do.The store is inside of a Yurt, but very well maintained.Sign in is professional and done on iPads.Would definitely recommend this adventure.
Family of 4 went for Father’s Day and had a great time. Was extremely skeptical at first but the guides Ethan and Sam were amazing. They made us feel safe and comfortable the whole time. Definitely a fun adventure!
I could not try ride on big lines but my daughter love small ones. Great place for kids have fun. I cant wait to go back and try it by myself. Very nice and experienced people make you feel comfortable. It is must go if you are in area.
Ive zip lined in 6 countries and this is one of my favorites, the views are amazing, there are 9 lines, which is more than a lot of places. A few fast ones and a super long last one. The staff are very professional, fun and friendly. There is a gift shop that sells food and beer also. Highly recommended.
What an amazing day spend with friends I met in 1987 while being a military spouse. They have been for years telling me to come visit Oregon. Today they took me zip lining.Rachel and Cheyenne are awesome trainers and guides. The trip was absolutely a blast! If I could only get a hang of stopping LOL. But other than coming in hot I would definitely visit over and over if I lived here. This east coaster LOVED my adventure today!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
My daughters and I went with KCC TRIO as a cultural event, I am terrified of heights, but honestly the best thing I have ever done. Our guides were Ethan and Jacob, and these two were great! Funny, patient and kind, they were great at getting you to relax and and keeping you safe. I recommend "just letting go" at least once in your life. We had an amazing time, the scenery is breath taking, the experience is a must, and the staff are awesome. Thank you Ethan and Jacob for making the experience all the better with personality, kindness, and smiles. P.S. I still do not like the boxes, or maybe the fact I am kinda short. Thank you. Corissa, Cheyenne, and Mackenzie.
Great time! Great start to our week-long family vacation! Cheyenne and Addie were amazing guides and made our experience so much fun. Would definitely go again!
My friend and I had a great time at Crater Lake ZipLine! I was a little nervous at first, as it was my first time ziplining, but the instructors were so helpful and did a wonderful job explaining everything. Once I did the first line or two, I felt really comfortable. There are a couple lines that are super long and quite fun; just be sure to dress warm if its cold outside as it can get chilly up in the trees. Highly recommend this place for a fun adventure!
Had a super fun time with Chaz and Ricky on the ziplines and walkways in the park/facility. Visitors were organized into groups based on arrival time to go through the experience which started with tutorials and safety information, then progressed into more and more fun, longer ziplines, forest walkways, and repels. We had incredible views of Mt McLoughlin and the cascades, the plains/basin below and the Fremont Winema National Forest throughout. The instructors were super friendly and had a great sense of humor as well which definitely helped with the anxious feeling that comes with doing such an activity for the first time. Cant recommend this place enough, do make a trip here when youre in the Crater Lake / Klamath Falls area.
I havent even been there yet, but I am giving them 5 stars for their customer service! I was having issues booking my adventure, and Darren (Gods I hope that was his namewas THE BEST. He was very professional and personable from the beginning. He took down my information, figured out the issue and corrected it. He called me back in under 30 minutes so I could get the booking time/date I wanted. So THANK YOU SO MUCH for just being a wonderful human :-)
This was a super fun experience. The guides were great too, kept us safe and entertained. Some of the ziplines took a good 30 seconds to get across and youd reach upwards of 40MPH on them. And there were some great views from high up in the trees there. Theres a few rappels too but you dont have to do anything other than lean back and let the guides lower you down. Probably not the best if your scared of heights but you are clipped on to something 100% of the time so youre safe no matter what.
What an awesome day of Ziplining! My wife and I stopped by on our one year anniversary trip through Oregon. The staff was friendly and fun and we felt completely safe!
We brought our nieces here for their first zip lining experience - they had a blast and so did we! Lennie and Addie were fantastic guides, and everything felt safe yet fun. Beautiful views too!
Amazing place! Equipment is great and the store is very professional. Insider tip. If you have little ones under 10 or are too small to go on the bug zip line tour, add an extra hour to the younger zip line and leave the kiddos there! Grown ups can then do the big zipline. Younger ones can eat a snack or hang out with guides watching them. 100% would recommend
Ive been wanting to go do this Zipline tour for a couple years now. I went on 8/7 & had the time of my life. Addie & Lenny were the instructors for our tour & they honestly impressed me.They both did a great job of making sure everyone felt safe & secure with awesome personalities to boot.I wanted to go back and do it all over again after the 9th run it was so much fun. Great BBQ & cold beers greet you when you are finished, if youve been curious about doing it, give it a try!
We had such and amazing experience! The guides corny jokes relaxed the first timers and made everyone laugh. If you want an unforgettable experience with awesome professional but laid back guides you can’t go wrong with this tour. 10 out 10 of ten would go again!
We went for our daughter, who had a lot of fun, but there are adult activities also. She loved the experience and the staff were very helpful.
The guides were my favorite part honestly. I have ziplined in many areas and the guides really make the experience! Ethan and Addy were amazing and made everyone in our group of 10 feel safe and comfortable. The overall experience was unforgettable and I highly recommended going! The food was really good too!
My family had a great experience last week! Even though it was an incredibly windy day, the entire experience felt super safe and the guides were excellent. It was a 3 hour experience for our group across the 9 lines. The two best lines were the long ones - especially the one that went over the tree tops. Highly recommended if you love zip lines.Store had loads of fun sasquatch themed merchandise and outdoor gear.
This was a great place!! Cute and so much fun. The zip line route was awesome even in the rain. You stay up in trees the whole time and the lines are long!!! Chaz and Avery were great guides.Who doesnt want to have Chaz Michael Michales the bad boy of ziplining be your guide. 😁
OH.MY.GOSH! What an amazing experience! I didnt actually start enjoying it until the last 2 ziplines because I was so terrified, but after I got used to it, it was a blast! Well worth the money and our tour guides Ethan and David were amazing! They were knowledgeable and very calming and encouraging. We will definitely be returning so I can really enjoy the runs without wanting to have an anxiety attack! Thank you for the amazing time!
Great Experience...My daughter was super apprehensive once up there and the guides, Mike particularly, did a great job calming her down and getting her to the other side. Zipping through the trees at 40+ mph, with several running 1/4 mile in length was just awesome. If you have a chance to make it up here I would totally give it a go. Awesome Staff, Awesome Tour.
The people there are great! Very fun and professional. I not only did the adult zip line but I had also taken my 5 yr old and 7 yr old grandkids to the kids zip line adventure. They absolutely had a blast.....
We had a blast here!! The views are breathtaking on a clear sunny day! Our guides were awesome as well. Eva & Chaz were friendly while keeping us very safe and making sure we really enjoyed ourselves. They worked extra hard when one of our group had a sudden issue with a little vertigo. They were prepared and handled it with professionalism, encouragement, and sympathy. This is a hand braking course with long runs (three are about 1/4 mile!! We had a great time and will definitely be bringing groups here in the future. Highly recommend you dont worry about your camera and you buy their GoPro package. We got the full package of pictures and were pleased with the number of pics and the types of shots captured.
