The best pub by far! The staff and service are beyond amazing. After eating here we won’t be going to any other pubs. The pub has a home feeling, kind amazing staff. The bartender is extremely skilled. Highly recommend!!

Good food friendly knowledgeable staff. Not sure about the rooms though. There hours arent the same anymore either. Great place to relax with friends and enjoy a cold beer!!

New menu, food was great. We had a bunch of appetizers for happy hour.

Went their for lunch to check it out and very glad I did. Food was excellent and so was the service 👍👍actually the best Ive had in years. Will definitely be going back.

Youll see this cozy little building on an overpass going south off the Duke Point Hwy lit up in its cozyaid back fashion. The Pub is excellent toting some amazing beer from Chemainous BC and food that is so good it warms the soul. I will go here every time I am on Cedar RD. Come check them out for their weekday menu. You wont be disappointed.

I came here with a 15 person bridal party for dinner and drinks on a busy Friday night and there was only 1 waitress and 1 cook and our waitress (also the managerSkyla was absolutely amazing!! food was great and we will definitely be back!

I always loved this place. It wasnt open this day but did a walk around the premises. Its open now though.

Excellent find! The hotel has been entirely remodelled with a very cozy & funky style. The rooms are smaller than some, but tastefully done & very comfortable! The bed is amazing!!The staff are laid back & friendly, food in the pub is awesome!If you need 24/7 "at your beck & call" service, then this might not be the place for you; but if you value a clean room in an historic building with great atmosphere, this might just be your next cool adventure!

The hotel itself is very nice. Quiet and clean rooms. Friendly service. Not too big but not too small either. Close enough to Nanaimo and Cedar. Food is not on par at the bar, but its a bar, so dont expect heaven from it

Clean, new, stylish & tiny room but very comfortable for my needs. Big screen as well!

Got delayed on the Ferry, had other crew checked in here, but arrived at 915pm and couldn’t check in.. Not impressed

Came here for breakfast and everyones plates of food were freezing cold like they took them out of a fridge pre made. We asked for new sausages and they brought us ones that were uncooked. But at least dead or alive by bon jovi was on the radio.

Worst burger ever!!!! There were people working there so there was service... Not good also not bad.I will definitely never return I will also recommend nobody go here.

Great little pub with excellent karaoke every other week (wish it was weekly). Good food most of the time and good servers. Only complaint would be how hot it is in the summer and how cold in winter but I understand they have recently acquired AC! Woohoo!

Phenomenal cook! Give that man a raise!!!! Todays brunch was put of this world... and wing nights are the best in miles! Those things could be the undoing of my 96lb weight loss 🙈 YUM!

Leland is killing it in the kitchen, his curries are out of the park! If you live in or around Nanaimo its worth the drive. The decor is ok at best, but the food is five stars.The only thing I see as a downside is service can be hit and miss, but the food makes up for that.

Went to the pub only. Good food, and even have a kids area and $4 mugs of Alexander Keiths beer on Monday - no kids menu yet though.
