Lovely place across the big statue in the square. We only drank some beer so cant comment on food but there were lots of options. Friendly staff!

The food was okay but for somewhere that claims to be a Craft Brewery I’d expect more than one beer, which itself tasted pretty poor

It is in the heart of the city centre, they don’t have plenty of beer but it is enough. And if it is raining and the weather is cold just enjoy inside.

Good and fresh.

They serve a small selection of craft beers here. Excellent place for a nice cold beer on a hot summer day. Pizza was pretty good. But they should not be letting poor kids begging for food and drinks on the terrace.

Not bad for being right in the center.Food was good but nothing special.Service was okay, the waitresses were smoking at one of the tables? But maybe that’s just skopje.

Excellent beer with an amazing view of the square.

I have tried bottled Sout Black beer a year ago, the one I was served here looked like washed with water. The chips was good and the parsley souce with onion even better. It was too cold that Friday, the heatinf was week and so the smoke from the cigaretes stayed too long inside. There was a blues band playing very good but the volume was too loud, could not speak or hear anyone near you. When we got out after onky one order, we realize tha the whole square was covered with that sound. We got out to sociize we did not tend to be on a concert. Thats why we left.

Amazing place in the heart of Skopje.It’s good for a morning breakfast (the best crepes!lunch and beer evening with friends.Staff is really nice and helpfull.I reccomend this place for everyone. Especially when someone likes beer, but also others will find something for themselves.

Amazing food and beer and with two cozy, ideally placed locations. The service is great and was just on par with the delicious food. I’d highly recommend a trip to both locations!

Possibly the greatest ribs Ive ever had. Juicy, well seasoned, fell from its bone. Fries just right. My partner had the mozzarella chicken, great as well!

Good variety of locally brewed craft beers in a relaxing setting. The food options complement the beer.

We ended up in this restaurant (that has the trade name of Collectiveby blind chance. We loved the design and the music so we went in. The staff was very nice and we spent a good time here. We tasted only very few things but the food was definitely not the reason for our great time here.The Pizza with tuna was good it was just baked at a lower temperature than the optimal and as a result something was missing from the taste. It was like when we prepare Pizza at home in our regular oven.The BBQ ribs was a disappointment. It was not like the typical BBQ ribs. It was one piece of meat without bones. It had no BBQ taste at all rather like the taste of meat that is baked in an oven in one large piece and then cut into slices. The sauce that came with it was a home made tomato sauce. It was not spicy as it was indicated on the menu.We ordered ginger and cherry beer. Neither of them was the best but they were OK.Altogether, because of the nice atmosphere we had a good time in this restaurant. It’s location is perfect and the WiFi is really good.

The place offers quite a large variety of beers. Food selection is limited, but you will definitely find something that goes well with your beverage. You are able to pay with your card which wasnt always possible in other similar establishments in Skopje.

Very good choice of crafted beers.

This brewery has several locations - one on the north side of the river near the Old Town Bazaar (streets with many old shopsand Kale Fortress (6th century fortress), and this one on the south side of the river just off the Stone Bridge (and near the huge central monument of Alexander the Great on horseback). The food and beer are excellent at both locations. Not fancy, but fairly priced and good quality. Try the "wine" platter with cheeses and nuts. The pizza is also very nice (thin crust). They have live music at the southern location on weekends at 10 pm and free WiFi.That said, they ran out of Weiss beer the week we were there and they allow smoking inside the glass shelter at the southern location. The smoking is a huge turn off for many foreigners (like uswho are used to no smoking anywhere at a restaurant.Will return again and hope they do something about smoking and increase beer production.

With a wide selection of locally-brewed beer, the Temov brew pub, either here or their other location across the bridge and up the hill, is the best place to get beer in Skopje. The food is quite good too.

Great real ale and weiss beer, all brewed locally. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food is nice too (brunch and light snacks are very nice & portions are big). Highly recommended. 👍👍

The best (probably onlygreat craft beer in Skopje. Prices a little above average of course, but so very worth it to have a quality alternative to the same mass-market beers.

It is the same local as KOLEKTIV with great beer selection an chips with it
