I stopped here for lunch, and I’ll be sure to do that again! I got the lunch special, which today was an artichoke burger, and it was cooked to perfection! Juicy and delicious, with just a sliver of pink, exactly how a good burger should be! I’ll must definitely be back!!

Valentines dinner for 2. Prime rib and shrimp with baked potato, salad, bread, and cheesecake for dessert was only $48.00. Service was excellent and food was great. Ive driven past many times but just tried it this week. We really wish wed tried sooner. This is a great restaurant.

Delicious food, plan to spend $50 or more for a couple to eat. My steak was tender & cooked how I asked it to be. They were very busy so it took a while to get our food but our waiter, James, was a great waiter & checked on us often. They even changed the channel on the TV to a game we wanted to watch so that was cool.

Average burger and fries. I didnt care to much for the fry sauce. Service was very good. Okay I moved this place up a star because I had an burrito plate that was amazing. Great service.

The lettuce in the salad was old and wiltyBut the steak was cooked perfect it just melted in your mouth. The mashed potatoes with Alfredo sauce.bacon and cheese were to die for.I would definitely go back.

Juicy-est extra well done steak I have ever had. Worth the wait and totally recommend. Small issue was the music was ONLY Kid Rock, #variety. Server was excellent.

A Must Try! The moist applewood smoked, Baked Potato! This side dish was something deliciously adventurous. The service was tops with a warm welcome that makes one feel right at home.

Quickly got in, we were early. Our server was very nice. He was also honest and on point with recommendations.Steaks were cooked to order. Mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese were awesome. Bread and cinnamon butter was warm and soft.Margarita was average. No vegetables offered with dinner.Overall, very nice place for the money.

Chicken fingers & rice pilaf was very tasty. Smothered taco was enjoyed by a friend. We give Cracked Pot two thumbs up.

Absolutely loved our food. Did the dinner for 2. Sat for a good amount of time waiting on waitress. First she didnt know we were her table. Took forever to get refill on lemonade. After finishing our food it was over 15 minutes wait to even have waitress come near our table. We had to ask to get our dessert portion to go and our ticket. Never did get asked if we wanted the bread with our meal. For being out of town folks I wont be back when I come down to visit husband working here in Vernal.

Great value for the quality of the food. Steaks were perfectly done one ribeye one strip. The Smoky baked potatoes absolutely delicious and different. Salad was fresh mixed baby greens and fresh veggies. Good selection of local beers good red wine. All that plus a slice of cake for dessert and delicious fresh baked bread for under $80. Cant do much better than that and it was delicious and the staff was very attentive

The service from James was phenomenal! Happy to give a 33% tip for this level of attentive service.The food was magnificent. One of the best steaks Ive ever had. The loaded SMOKED baked potato was THE BEST baked potato Ive had in my life. Wish I lived in Utah so I could go more often!Anyone who gripes about this place would complain to God about Heaven.

Sloooooooooooooow. Plan on an entire evening. A freaking hour to get food. Look elsewhere if you want to actually eat. Steak was good, waitress good, kitchen was slow. The sirloin looked like a softball.....

Waitress kept telling people in my party to "shut up" and play punching them when she is a total stranger to all, and it was not welcomed. Overpriced and ready to leave before we were even served drinks. Will not be back, another disappointment of a restraunt in Vernal. Steak and boxed potatoes in pic were $14

Hour and half from time we got seated until we got our meal. Then the steak wasnt cooked right. Ended up with blood on my plate from medium well steak. They took it back and when I got it back it was over cooked. Husband had to ask 2 different waitresses for steak sauce. Will not be going back there.

Over priced. Husband steak was good. Mine was tasteless. Had to wait a long time for our food. And then waitress forgot to put my kids order in. So then another long wait. Charged for food we didnt get.

Was worried this place was a strip club with the name. Its not! Its just a nice restaurant. Had filet mignon special last night. Hands down the best filet mignon I have ever had. Restaurant is nice inside even though the outside doesnt look that way.

Great service. The food was phenomenal !!! Rib eye was juicy, the NY strip was juicy, the salads were fresh, the beer cold and the mixed drinks delicious. I would absolutely come here again !!

One is the lowest I can give so Ill give that. Worst place Ive ever been or ate. Horible staff. When wife and I complained about the food she said hold on and took it..half hour later after I flagellum her down..she said well the staff thought it was good...so they ate it and I still had to pay full price...but when I tryed.nobody would stop. So we left

I have never been disappointed by my dinning experience here. I have tried every steak house in town and XS has the best Ribeye hands down. The Au jus dipping sauce for the steak is Icing on the cake. I have even ordered a steak for myself when I had a long day at work and they brought it to me as soon as I sat down at the table. Never had a problem with staff.

The establishment itself is a total dive. Your quintessential "hole in a wall". I seriously thought I was walking into a shady strip club lol. Dont let that fool you! My server, while a little on the bland side of personality, was very attentive and courteous. The food was absolutely amazing to say the least. They nailed it. Salad was impeccably fresh, steak was cooked perfectly mid-rare as ordered, well seasoned, the vegetables were al dente, and the potato was smoked (delicious!and not overwhelmingly so, as I have experienced in the past. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Took my wife out for Valentines day. Very expensive, food mediocre ,service was absolutely horrid. Staff makes you feel like they are doing you favor for waiting on you. But this is the norm in Utah i have grown used to it. To get great food and service you have to spend a fortune here. The ugly Truth!!
