Closest to where i stay..we always had good service thus far..never too busy or full. Food has been good and consistent.

Surprisingly quick service even though they were full. Enjoyed the time and meal since we havent been there for a long time. Staff well friendly and efficient

The food was not ayoba as I didnt go to Spur since before lockdown... The fish tasted still frozen and watery... I ordered baffalo wings for my grand child and it didnt taste fresh at all. The. Only recommendation will be the calamari, it was so tasty delicious... Will never order fish there again... The. Menu is also limited yah,,,

I visited Spur yesterday with friends for my daughters 10th birthday and a special thank you to Meagan who made everything possible I had no ideas for a party Meagan really came through for us with party decorations and great things hospitality . Thank you for making my daughters day special and unforgettable.

I had fun today at spur and the staff this morning was fun and upbeat and friendly. They checked up on us with the warmest and friendly smiles and vibes. Reminded me of when I was a kid and things just flowed easily. Thank you all, especially David.

Not even worth a 1 star, im seating here now as typing this review. I order a cheddarmelt doubepatty burger pepper sauce medium juicy and i get dry pattys with table spoon of sauce and im asking for sauce and my waiter tells me dats enough sauce and i ask for manager and i sent burger back and after 25 minutes still no manager to come over to my table. My wife luckly she like welldone burger but its not what i orderd for her. First time here but terrible experience awful

I have not once had a pleasant experience at this spur. I have visited this restaurant only twice. The first time I was served burnt food that took 45 minutes to arrive. I was hopeful on my second second visit, but it was not worth it. Its like Coyote spur is trying to compete with Panarotis who can be the worst...

On 30 June 2022 I collected my take away. Got home, only to realise that the steak I ordered was not a cheddamelt steak, as the person who prepared it forgot to add any sauce and it was completely dry. I called the branch and spoke to the manager, Tandeka, who was very friendly and apologetic and assured me that I can come around anytime to collect another meal on the house. After a week I eventually called her and said I will be collecting, and on arrival I was welcomed by her friendly smile, and whilst waiting on my meal, she brought me a nice warm cup of cappuccino to make up for any inconvenience.Thank you for your friendly service TANDEKA! I really enjoyed the meal second time around ;-)

I visited Spur on (Zevenwacht Mallon 01/07 and spent R620.00. The waiter was amazing and accommodated my request to pick up a takeaway for my dad after heading to Spar. Upon arriving to collect my takeaway (and doggie bagI had to speak to 3 different staff members, including a hostess, who literally could not care less. After explaining that I was there to collect my takeaway I ordered while dinning in, the manager came after I got upset due to the lack of service after waiting 15 minutes. She scurried to the back (in an attempt to locate my takeawaybefore I apologized for being visibly upset. The waiter assigned to me eventually came, apologized, and gave me the takeaway I ordered (which was right there). I work in customer service myself and do not like complain however if anyone of the three staff members I spoke to listened, the entire experience in collecting what I paid for would have lasted a few seconds. I will literally never visit Spur again. I cannot fault the waiter and the manager (this review is in no way reflective of thembut the other staff members lack of basic customer service.

The worst Spur experience ever. It was actually the 2nd time being served cold food. Whats the point of serving creamed spinach on a skillet pan if you going to serve it cold. Ordered a medium T-bone and it came well done, dry, tough and cold. The whole point of eating out is to have a great time with family but this was a complete disappointment.

Loved my time here. Went with group of friends and the staff went out of their way give us a bigger table during the end of month busynes. Trully appreciated the great welcome. Recommend this place.

I had a very bad experience today at Coyota Spur in Zevenwaght 😢....we waited 30min outside when we eventually go in we waited 1hour for our food ...me an my kids were sitting and waiting so I asked a waiter too call our waiter because he was already busy with other people and we waiting..he didnt even come and tell us if they maybe had a problem.......I was soo

Follow up:We were invited to visit again after a disappointing initial experience. Our concerns were taken very seriously and responded to right away. We had a great evening the second time around with good food cooked exactly as we asked and excellent service from Nazly throughout.______________________________We went for dinner on Sat 9 April and the service from the waiter was very good but the food unfortunately was not. My steak was underdone, my husbands lamb chop that was supposed to be well done was rare, his steak that was supposed to be medium was overdone and his ribs were completely overcooked and dry. Of all the meat only his chicken was cooked correctly.We showed the waiter, making it clear that we didnt want to send it back or demand a refund as we had eaten a fair amount by that point, but merely wanted to bring it to their attention. The waiter told the manager who didnt apologise or even come to the table to see for themselves. Merely sent the message that the griller was off so the chipper had cooked the meal. Very disappointing meal and response from management.

Attended for my nephews 3rd birthday and the staff was very jolly...my daughter loved the staff in the play area... manager Nazly was great and so was our waiter(forgot the name eish, lu something lol)..Keep up the good work.

So we booked Coyote Spur 2 weeks in advance for a 6 year old birthday party on the 8th May 2022. On the 7th we phoned just to confirm if everything is in order. The manager told us that they dont take booking due to mothers day and they cant be accommodate us. We already spend money on cakes and invites. They didnt phone us in advance to explain that to us. Now we sit without a venue and no party. Thats bad for business. Will not support them ever again.

They have the cleanest restrooms EVER! Xoliswa the waitress was a delight, I will definitely recommend this restaurant...

Worse Spur to go to when you’re hungry. Stood for an half an hour outside without a manager asking if we want to be seated. After asking a waitress to seat us, she placed us at a dirty table, this during the pandemic. We stopped a waiter after we were waiting at our table for 15 minutes and he moved us to his table making sure our food came quickly, but he didn’t check up on us once and we wanted to order more. The food was poorly done; not cooked properly. Overall service was disappointing to say the least.

We came to Coyote Spur Last night me and my family what a great experience we had thanks to our waiter Jeremiah who saved us he was so patient on explaining us the menu and saved us with passion and full of professionalism and the floor manager Mr Michael who also visited our table now and then to check if we where doing great.. the food was amazing hot and delicious the drinks where ice cold both saved in time.. we will definitely come back probably on my fathers birthday in JulyThanks Coyote I give you 5starsYours Nothando

Last time we were here we had a bad experience and rated a 1 star, we were re-invited and the mistake was corrected. Thank you Jonny the manager for such great and steady service and our friendly waiter for making sure we good and that our food was warm, onion rings were perfectly fried.We highly appreciate all the efforts and workmanship.

It was a very very terrible experience.. The steak was so raw n dripping water, chips burned and onion rings so pure white n raw m not happy at all.. I had no choice but to eat because I was from work and bolt was gonna be a problem if I had to set them straight

Nice place to eat but the staff should be more careful with customers. A pregnant lady at the door showed us to a table and disappeared. Another family took a seat opposite us and instantly got served. The table attendant than turned around and asked politely, "were you served already", which we replied no. She than apologized and took our order. As smart family as we are we did not take offence. We were served and enjoyed the food. But its a fantastic place. Please do visit. Music is nice. Thank you

Excellent!! Waitrose Sylvia was super caring and attentive, the play area, safe and the attendant supervising the children, never leaves the area so children are safe while parent can enjoy the meal in peace. Thank you Coyote Spur

I havent eaten at Spur in years, but I havemt missed much. My schnitzel was tasteless, except for the slice of processed cheese on it. I was rather disappointed. The peppermint crisp sundae was mostly Ice cream. Not much chocolate or syrup. I dont feel the food justifies the prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful though.
