Great pub, good grub!

Needs to improve better places in cowra

Thought we would go here for lunch. Terrible experience took over an hour to get our order one lunchtime special and sausages and mash that came out burnt. Go elsewhere there are plenty of other places in Cowra to have a meal

They have a pricey lunch menu, quite good. I didnt stay at the hotel.

Cheap overnight stay. Has aircon in each room. Basic, but fills the bill.

Stopped in for dinner as it was recommended from one of their patrons. Very unorganized

Staff were amazing but unfortunatley, theres a shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen and loungeroom, womens showers are growing slimey mold and mushrooms. Absolutely Disgusting amenities!!! Literally a HEALTH HAZARD for the toilets and bathrooms. Bistro says it shuts at 8pm it is now 10pm and still going crazy. Not ideal for families with children or anyone for that matter. Waste of money staying here. Caravan parks are cheaper amd far more suitable for comfortable for a safe and healthy stay.

A bit better than sleeping in your car.On par with a really old crappy backpackers. Lumpy bed in a cold room with dirty sheets and a bright fluoro light. Shared bathroom has only one sink and nothing to dry your hands.I dont mind cheap simple places, or old places. But the owners of this place clearly stopped giving a toss ages ago.

Its as pub accommodation. Shared bathrooms, feels like its stuck in the 50s somehow. Rough, but clean and cheap. Wouldnt recommend it for families, but a night or two for a single bloke, no problem

Try the mixed grill. Was one of the best ive had. Locals were friendly and i wish i could have stayed a few days. ill be back asta la vista baby

Great basic place to stay in Cowra. Clean, comfortable,warm and no fuss. Certainly better than camping in the horsefloat!

Off street parking and fairly quiet. Value for money.

Where do i start.. no secure parking, dogs inside the pub and rooms. No bath towels, dirty rooms, dirty beds. Very out dated and smelly. Certainly not for families or children..may be ok for male workers etc may be cheap but also nasty..wouldnt let my dog sleep in that filthy place. Refused to stay once we seen where we were expected to sleep and the manager refused to give a refund knowing himself the state of the rooms etc. Would advise to go to cowra country motor inn.. beautiful and clean with great service heating n cooling for an extra $25

For a budget hotel this place is fantastic. Super friendly welcome even if you arrive late at night. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I arrived late and left early so didnt eat or use any other facilities.

Cheap accommodation...its old and nasty but good value...its got a bit of old pub charm too with cheap lunch roasts

The true meaning of an Australian pub. No pokies or tab but its FREE to play pool! The nice little bistro tops it off as on of my favourite pubs in town
