Cousin Vinny's Pizza in Muncie

Cousin Vinnys has some of my favorite food in town and they deliver all through the night

We ordered for the first time using the Uber eats app and got 2 pizzas one was mushroom and bacon and the other was half and half with banana mushrooms and spinach on one side and pepperoni on the other. Both my husband and my sister have had food poisoning all night long and both are still feel very sick(its the morning of the next day). We reported it to door dash but havent received anything back from it yet. For a first experience we would probably not order again.

Ben was super helpful & they were the only restaurant that delivers that was willing to deliver to my location!We will definitely be ordering from here when we are in town

I havent ordered from Vinnys in about 2 years and I was honestly disappointed ☹️ I ordered the boss pizza and cheese bread and it was over cooked and bland and so tough. It barley had sauce and it was basically cardboard. Definitely not the Vinnys I remember. The customer service was excellent but thats about the only thing. Sorry.

Terrible customer service! I called in an order last night and when I arrived they were experiencing issues with their printer. I was happy to wait as I know how that is. However I was greeted at the counter by a woman who’s words were “I really can’t help you right now, someone else will have to do it”. Well I waited patiently for someone else but after twenty minutes the woman returned to the counter. I was obviously an inconvenience to her. I still put cash in the tip jar again because I know how it is. The woman at the counter made a negative comment about the tip I left saying “I wasn’t tipping her. She doesn’t get that.” and was clearly annoyed by it. She was very inappropriate during my visit. I was never told sorry for any inconvenience or the long wait. On top of the terrible service my food was missing extra cheese that I was charged for.

We have always wanted to try Cousin Vinnys. We gave them a shot a few weeks back and have not been disappointed. We have ordered multiple times over the past few weeks. Every time it has exceeded our expectations. They have truly the best pizza in town and has never been short on toppings. I highly recommend the Family Meal deal! Huge thanks to everyone, we will be back again soon!

I ordered a pizza and when it didnt show up after 2 hours I called, to which I was told it was on its way. Then a your later I called again. To be told the drive hadnt come back to get the pie yet. Called back 45 minutes later to be told it was on its way. Then they stopped answering the phone. Needless to stay I never get my pizza. Then the next day when I called management brushed me off like it was no big deal.

Was very kind and nice conversation made the sandwiches the Vinnies way with that bread is so great I bought one for my son he liked it too well be there again soon

Great pizza. Good break from huge pizza chains like pizza hut.

Last trip was good. Pick up ordering is cheap but they got a messed up delivery fee. It screws the driver out of a tip. Plus I heard some of the workers dont get paid on time. If so Id slap the taste out of someones mouth.

I use get food from them a lot then I haven’t ordered for a long time and I wish I didn’t order from them again and def not going to in the future I spent $53.00 on wings and a cookie they did not put any sauce what so ever on my hot wings it’s ridiculous food was dry as hell without sauce I’d rather go to Greeks pizza any day than order from this place again they r way better! Please don’t waste ur money here unless u want nasty food…

So we order pizza on Christmas and instead of telling us it would take 2 hours they said 30 minutes!!! Just because you want business!!! No matter how good the pizza is we won’t be going back!!!

Ive not been one to try new things often, but Cousin Vinnys Pizza was one that just fell on me by a nice man sharing his own pizza with me and Ive been wanting to try my own pizza from here since. Once I did it was just as good as before and is worth having again for as long as you can.

We love Cousin Vinnys pizza!! When my boys wanted pizza, we have actually had it on Christmas several times!!! :)

I give the worst review ever to this company how can they deny a neighbor because of another neighbor in getting pizza i live across from them thats messed up Id like to speak with a manager and higher up my issue was they denied me service to get a pizza due to a neighbor of mine

The delivery fee is ridiculous, my last order wasnt anywhere close to what I ordered, the employee that took the order repeated my address and order back to me and got both wrong. I corrected them and still ended up with the wrong thing. The food is good if they manage to get it right, and the hours are great for those of us that work into the night.

yummy food and great service especially the fact that they have delivery and open late night hours cousin Vinnys u deserve more than 5 stars u deserve 10 stars.

They went above and beyond for my order. I work in healthcare and was with a patient and missed the communication from the delivery driver, and missed them. They remade our pizza and resent it with no questions, and seemed happy to accommodate. This was my first experience with Cousin Vinnys, but will definitely not be my last. On top of the great customer service, the food was excellent! Very happy customer!!!

The pizza was 4 hrs late it was not the pizza I ordered the wings were cold but I heated them up they were good...i was not happy

The pizza is great but the last two times I went there I waited over 3 hours from a pizza get delivered its like they forget about your pizza and then they deliver it when you called 2 hours later and ask where your pizza is at theyre like oh its being made and sent out right now sorry about that

Went in at 3 not knowing they didnt open till 4. John said it was OK and made my food anyway. First time here and will be returning, best pizza Ive had around here ever!!

The food tastes bad. The customer service is bad. Went to pickup an order and they said another ten minutes. Turns out it was twenty five. Staff was just hanging around in the back while I waited.

Night staff has Awful, terrible service. Waited 2 hours for 1 sandwich. Went in the store to pick up and was told it would be a 10 min wait. Went back to my car and returned 15 min later. Stood there for almost an hour and a half not once being approached by a staff member (after being looked at quite a few times). ended up cancelling and getting a refund for the sandwich which wasn’t even ready. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE....I placed an order online and noticed it was takin way too long. I called, the lady who answered was very frazzled and stated that it would be 2 hours longer to get my order. “Their system went down” I asked how I could get refunded and she could NOT assist me. I will be making a trip to the store in the morning! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Horrific service

I usually am hesitant about some pizza places, this one rocks!I have only ordered from here, I have not dined in, so my experience is primarily on delivery speed, quality of food and price.Food was delivered to me, in 30 minutes. I thought I was lucky, but it’s happened twice now. Deliveries for me, have been speedy compared to other pizza places in the area.The pizza is delicious! It’s been piping hot every time and is freshly made. Super cheesy and an adequate amount of sauces. I really like this place and can’t wait for another occasion to order again.In terms of pricing, it is a tad bit more than Pizza Hut or Papa Jon’s but I think this has a bit more flavor. I was happy with my purchase.All in all, great pizza joint with some cheesy pizza!

Just took an hour and 10 minutes to deliver my pizza about 10 blocks. It is a three minute drive. The pizza was cold, dried out and looked like the toppings had been moved around.

Philly Hoagie and Chocolate chip pizza...my reasons to go on! Ive read A LOT of allegations and rumors about this joint, but my experiences (and there have been many, many of themwith Cousin Vinnys have been fast, friendly, timely and without error, ever...The hours they managed to keep all through this nasty Covid mess saved so many people from countless trials and tribulations namely, their employees and especially customers. I cant appreciate them enough - those employees who always seemed to answer the phone, take and make orders, and deliver countless orders all through and well into the evening and early morning hours. Thanks yall for saving me and mine from starvation and insanity one covid shut down day at a time!

Placed a Delivery at 2:18 A.M. online that was recieved and charged my card and my order wasnt fulfilled I will be contacting management tomorrow as I waited until 3:30 A.M.for my pizza that never arrived. I called the store and recieved no straightforward answer from the employee that answered.Very disappointed on the closers 12/7/20 absolutely angry and upset normally good service and food but this is ridiculous.

I love Cousin Vinnys! We get it quite a bit but usually only pepperoni with extra sauce and extra cheese. You cant beat it for the price!! My husband loves the Sunday wings deal and I am a partial baked breadsticks fan. But, I highly recommend the marinara with the breadsticks because the cheese sauce sucks. Sometimes this is a little salty but its super tasty.

I order from here a lot! They are open late and Ive NEVER had to wait forever for my order to be delivered to me. If they tell you it will be about 45mins it will be in 45mins! I never got it later than the time they said but sometimes they might get to you earlier (about 10 mins earlywhich is ALWAYS a plus in my book! Another thing as many times I have ordered from here (which is at least 15 times in a monthIve only had an order brought to me that was wrong only once! And they immediately made it up to me by bringing me what I ordered and told me to keep what they brought that was wrong and they was even kind enough to return my payment back to my debt card! Now there is NO other pizza place that has every done that for me here in Muncie!

I ordered a pizza, thin crust, and ordered was messed up. Called back and I was told it would be fixed. Was told Ill put it under your number and it will be replaced! Not under my number! Called today, 9/14 and noone knew what was going on. I was told to call back when evening mgr is there. There was nothing they could do. I was also told, Brittney is one of the evening mgrs and doesnt do her job. I will not order again from them! I am a GM in retail and this behavior would not be tolerated at my store.

The owner should know that the night employees are making him lose business... a coworker ordered 4 pizzas for everyone since it was a particularly rough night said it would be 45 minutes... 80 minutes later we called and were told it was out with the driver... another hour passed and the 1 who ordered called asking for a refund which they said they would not give because they delivered it already and "HOW ABOUT JUST DONT ORDER FROM HERE ANYMORE" is what she was told... we have security and a secretary waiting at the enterance who confirmed they have done this 3 or 4 times to people recently.... this was on september 1, 2020 at 12:15 A.M. when the order was placed never recieved food thats a lot of money to be stiffed on

I’ve gotten well over 50 pizzas in the past year (not proud of lolbut today was really disappointing. My gf ordered a pizza (to the same address we normal get it delivered toand the driver must’ve delivered it to the wrong apt number. So we call and they said some guy answered and that the order was complete. So because of the drivers negligence we are out $15 and get no food. They said we couldn’t get any compensation either.

Everybody is so friendly every time I order. Ive never had any food messed up and service is always exceptionally quick. Great prices and quality as well.

We order from Cousin Vinnys all the time. Our order is usually correct but tonight our sandwiches were all messed up. Im not usually one to call and complain but felt I needed to this time. Well the manager apologized and went way above what was necessary to make it correct. We will definitely continue to order from them. Thank you Cousin vinnys for having such good customer service and caring about your customers!

Found a long red hair in my food, not to mention the guy who took my order at the front you could tell hadnt showered in days by the greasy hair, and acne all along the hairline on his head. One of there workers are always dancing in the middle.of the road like hes high on drugs. Place is a dump.

Won’t be ordering from here again!Took almost 2 hours for me to get my pizza (they are 20 minutes away)i ordered 3 drinks (1 orange soda, 1 pepsi, 1 mountain dewall three were pepsi.The drinks were Watered downThey were haft full, they didn’t bring any straws. And the man delivering everything looked like he was on drugs. The pizza was cold. I also ordered cinnamon sticks..they were just bread sticks with icing. And when i called to complain they hung up.

Placed an order with extra marinara. Driver forgot it and asked if we could get a $5 store credit. We agreed to the credit. The following week went to place our weekly order and the store manager refused the credit. They lost a weekly customer due to them not holding up their end of the deal.

I placed an order over the phone, the guy that answered was so rude. When I went to pick up my order one young girl that was making pizza was scratching all underneath her shirt and then she went to blow her nose. She never washed her hand, she continued to make the next order. I will never order from here again!

They have decent prices and good food. Their deals always seem to have a drink or two with them. But the best part is that any time I have them deliver it is there quicker than the big chain stores.

Take out or delivery only. Theres no place to eat here. Thinnish crust. More NY than Chicago style. The large one-topping for $5.99 is a good deal. Dont count on getting something more complex though. I ordered half pepperoni and half green pepper and mushrooms to feed omnivores and vegetarian. I specified that fact. I got pepperoni all over with some veggies on top of part. It was still a good pizza, just not what I ordered.

I placed an order online for a veggie revival because it was veggie without olives. The first order was pretty fast and the delivery guy was awesome, howecer they messed up n delivered a normal veggie pizza, no big deal, they replaced it, as long as they got 3/4 of the original one back. The second delivery arrived quickly, and was tge one i originally ordered, but it had a massive amount of olives on it... I cant eat olives...

The pizza was great! Ive never been here and I wasnt sure if this wouldve been a great place to order from because of the reviews. However, I had a great time. The worker were nice and the lady taking my order had a positive attitude. Even when I left this man held the door open for me. I really like it here and the pizza were way cheaper than expected. I will visit again, hopefully Ill have the same experience next time because some of the comments said that their first experience were great but their next visit were bad.

The kid on the phone was rude. It’s the second time I’ve placed an order with him and the second time that our order was incorrect. He did not seem to even know what the menu consisted of and didn’t read the order back to me. He said it would be 45 minutes and told me a total. An hour and twenty minutes later the driver showed up. Pizza was definitely nothing to write home about and we didn’t receive the drinks we ordered. Instead of the driver offering to go back and get them he just took money off of our total. Fine, I guess. We had to leave the house to go get some. Other people might not be fortunate enough to be able to do so. Wonder what he would have done if we had used a card. They should just fire everyone and start over.

It is not bad at this price point. Cheese dip is like molten plastic though. The ranch is good. Breadsticks are really good as is the polynesian pizza. That is pretty much the extent of my menu selections. Most bad reviews seem to focus on delivery service which is always a pain for businesses to have to deal with but neccessary to stay competitive. I try and cut them some slack. They just need to be honest and give themselves a buffer when quoting delivery times. Waiting 1.5 hours after being told 30 min should never happen and a courtesy call when the unexpected happens should suffice for most reasonable people. Personally, however, i have ordered from them at least a couple dozen times and cannot recall ever having any issues.

Ordered pizza from there last night. Needless to say this place is never in the wrong. Screwed up my whole order. Staff was rude. Took over an hour to get my pizza and the workers there sets the bar low for respect towards the consumer. Would not recommend for an enjoyable experience.

I will be sure to never order here again and I will tell all my coworkers about it to! Waited for our pizza missed call from driver, finally got story that he left and took our pizza home as leftovers along with our sticks and then offered to bring it to us... I’m no thanks. Then call store and the guy is rude and says he can’t do anything about it....... no worries We will never order again!

had a nightmare experience with this place. was supposed to get our pizza by12:30 we ended up having to stay up until 2am just to get our pizza, which we pretty much didn’t even want at that point, and it finally came after the third time we had called. They were rude, unapologetic, and made it seem like it was our fault. I hate to give a bad review but sheesh, they asked for it.

This place use to be pretty good, but now its gone down the drain! The food isnt worth even going, my husband had gotten some of the mac and cheese they had out and took one bite just to spit it out and had me try it. It tasted as if it had been sitting out for a week like the cheese mixed with it had gone bad it was very sour. Just plan nasty! He got sick afterwards! Also they over charged us by $1.60 so we made that their tip. I dont advise anyone to go there!

Dont order online here if you like getting ripped off. We waited an hour to see where our pizza was, and we were told it was delivered! Well, theres no pizza here! The manager said it was delivered and said hed talk with driver. The manager never called us back so I called the next day we called back to see who signed for our pizza so we could dispute charge with credit company. The manager made excuses, never apologized, and we never got a name. Well, there goes money in their pocket
