Super gemütliches Café mit exzellenter Bedienung. Wir waren heute mit einer Gruppe von 5 Personen im Tachelesz, unsere Bedienung hieß Mohammed Nuh, er war sehr kundenorientiert und hat uns förmlich die Wünsche von den Lippen gelesen. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir hierher.

Beef burger; I really dont recommend to choose. No valid for money!

Wir haben draußen gegessen.Verplante und Inkompetente Kellner.Ungenießbares Essen (das eine versalzen, das andere komplett ohne Salz- keine Bedienung weit und breit.Getränke viel zu süss.Wir machen das nächste mal einen großen Bogen.

Cozy place, but breakfast is a bit poorly served comparing to other places

For morning, great, awesome pancakes and great coffee, also very good service.At night though, service was very bad, they didnt want to serve tap water (although we order drinks, food and desert for more then 50 EUR totaland when we used our own water from the backpack, they threatened us that they will take them from us.4 stars is only because the very good morning experience we had there.

Very nice and cozy place near Römerberg. Food was good and service was great too.

Gemütlich eingerichtet mit der Möglichkeit draußen auf dem Paulsplatz unter Bäumen zu sitzen. Das ist sehr schön. Das Essen ist lecker, allerdings sind manche Gerichte mittlerweile relativ teuer für die Größe der Portionen .

Während ich durch die Stadt schlenderte, wurde ich auf das Café aufmerksam. Es schien sich von den anderen zu unterscheiden, wodurch das ließ sich noch nicht so genau sagen. Vom Essen war ich mehr als positiv überrascht und die offene, aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung verbreitete eine gute Energie an diesem Ort. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde das Tachelesz gern wieder besuchen.

Had the frankfurter curry wurst and butter croissant. It was delicious! They took care of me quickly and even taught me some German. Will come back again.

Restaurant guy while swiping the card added tip amount by himself without my knowldge. And charged the total bill. Be careful!

Ordered at 11.00. Two breakfasts.Food arrived at 12, incomplete order. Extras arrived that we had not ordered and the dish was missing food.Waited for 45 minutes for the rest of the food. Had to remind the servers twice, then they only brought out half of the rest of the food and had to be told that it was still incomplete.Eventually they brought out substitutions.We were meant to spend an hour here for Mothers Day. We ended up spending two and a half because of poor management. They should have hired and scheduled more servers.Orders frequently went to the wrong table too, we were interrupted many times with the wrong table’s orders.They need a new manager in my opinion.

Freundliches, aber sehr überfordertes Personal. Nach 3-4 maligem Nachfragen bekommt man aber, was man bestellt hat. Qualität der Speisen war akzeptabel, Portionen aber sehr klein.Da wir die location exklusiv im Rahmen einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft gemietet hatten, wurden die Preise kurzfristig verdreifacht. Bei drei Optionen Wiener Schnitzel, Veggie Curry oder Chicken Curry für jeweils 39 Euro (dafür gab es ein wenig aufgeschnittenes Gemüse als Vorspeise, ansonsten nichts Weiteres im Preis enthaltenfür eine kleine Portion.Den Stern gibt es für Lage & die nette Atmosphäre, insbesondere innen gemütlich eingerichtet.

Took very long, taste was average but not even water added to espresso or any biscuits for cappucino. Very expensive and when the bill arrived the prices were even higher than given on the menu - also after discussing they insisted on it. However, the staff was friendly.

Der Eiscafè war sehr lecker, und die Kellner sehr freundlich.Jedoch sind wir mehr als enttäuscht von der Qualität des Essens!Die Trüffelpommes für 9€ waren Pommes mit Olivenöl und von Trüffel war das geschmacklich weit entfernt!Der frische Avocado Beagle war geschmacklich mit einem abgepackten Rewe Beagle zu vergleichen!Von Avocado habe ich da nicht viel mitbekommen außer einbisschen Avocado Aufstrich.Schade, nicht zu empfehlen.

Auf der spontanen Suche nach einem geeigneten Ort für eine Kaffeepause bin ich hier reingelatscht, und es hat sich gelohnt. Die zweite Etage ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und die Mitarbeiter dort versetzen einen in eine entspannte Laune. Der Kaffee ist Gold wert und die Kuchen einfach nur Bombe. Zu empfehlen: der Newyorker Cheescake

Beautiful Bistro and very good coffee!

I got into this café just to see what is in it, you know, what they have. Then I chose two pieces of cake (apple and cheese onesfrom the counter and the cashier (or it even could be the owner, I cant tellasked me if I wanted sth to drink, to which I applied "what do you have?" 😂 She meant coffee and such of course and she handed me the menu. When I asked where I could sit she told me wherever I wanted, even upstairs, even though I had my suitcase along with me. She said there was no problem leaving it by the bar, so long story short I got upstairs and had a main dish and a dessert 😄 I ordered the beef roulades which was served with potatoes (fried on a pan I thinkand broccoli and for a dessert the Apfelstrudel which wasnt as big as you would think for a price like that (7 or 8 euros if I recallbut it was delicious 😋 The desserts here are oftenly served along with berries and other small fruit, cremes and this one with some kind of musse! Tasteful combination! The beef roulades were also delightful and it seemed freshly cooked! The waitress is so very kind and cheerful and the cashier (who could might as well be the other waitresswas also very patient with me as I was so reluctant at first that I forgot how to speak English 😅 Of course the place is super clean and they check for your vaccination certificate... I remove half a star (1/2 🌟 just beacuse the price seemed a little bit too high (28€ and sth for the roulades, the strudel and one big glass of beer(beer is cheaper than water here 😂😂)). On the other hand these prices are common here in Germany (and much higher, depending on the locationand thats why I removed only half a star.

Very good location in the middle of everything.Food was delicious especially tomato crème soup, one of the best in long time.Service was fast and waitress was friendly and efficient.I sat outside as the weather was very good, the seating area is quite spacious and nice, they have an indoor seating space as well.Prices are average and similar to other restaurants in the area.

Ein Gemütliches Cafe in der Frankfurter Altstadt. Sehr freundliches und agiles Personal. Der Eiskaffee ist würzig und aromatisch.Wiener Schnitzel ist lecker aber ziemlich kleiner als gewöhnlich für das Geld.

Für die Atmosphäre und Service gibt es die meisten Punkte. Allerdings empfehle ich den veganen Porridge leider nicht, denn es waren in warmer Hafermilch aufgeweichte körnige Haferflocken mit kaum Obst für 8,90€ (!). Auf meine Beschwerde hin bekam ich einen Espresso und einen anderen Snack gratis, was sehr nett war. Ich hoffe trotzdem, dass beim Frühstück insgesamt nachgebessert wird.

Overal decent, but slow service and a bit on the expensive side.

Tolle Lage und super Service. Es wird viel wert auf Kundenwünsche und Qualität gelegt. Hier kann man auch lecker frühstücken oder zu Mittag essen. Außerdem gibt es Wein, Cocktails, heiße Schokolade und leckeren Stern Kaffee ... also für Klein & Groß alles da! Der Quarkstreusel Kuchen und der NewYork Cheese-Cake sind berüchtigt und unbedingt zu empfehlen. Man kann einfach mal abschalten und seine Zeitung lesen oder mit den Kindern und in größeren Gruppen an einem großen Tisch einen schönen Tag verbringen. Sowohl für Frankfurter als auch für Besucher und Touristen unbedingt einen Besuch wert :)

Today was my first time I visited this place, it was a love from the first sight 😍 such a cozy atmosphere delicious food and friendly hospitality. Will definitely come back again❤️

Highly recommended. Went there yesterday for the first time and it worthwhile. The decoratio is very classic, the food was delicious. Try also the new york cheesecake, its delicious. The staff were also very polite and friendly.

Great staff, pleasant ambience, nice choice of tea/coffee and pastry (while theres proper food too). Also it was not so packed as the cafes at the square. One of my new favourites in FFM.

Ich bin so oft an diesem Café vorbeigelaufen und heute endlich hinein gegangen!Es hat sich mehr als gelohnt!Der Service ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und freundlich, das Ambiente gemütlich, der Cappuccino war gut und die Qualität und der Geschmack meines Frühstücks hervorragend!Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

A good, local coffee shop in the heart of the old town near Römerberg square. They offer cozy indoor seating or outdoor tables for those wanting to people watch or enjoy the weather in the square outside.The coffee was well made and the shop has diverse offerings. The staff is pleasant and knows English as well as German. Take a break from walking around and relax and refuel here.

Waited 20 minutes before someone came to take my order. But before then I waited in line at the front counter to order only to be told I need to order from upstairs if I am sitting up stairs. Hot day so waiting is unpleasant. The ice cream was yummy, iced coffee was average, tea was good.

Very unfriendly waitress. They Dont want people to stay there on low budget even thou I had 2 coffees and just wanted a quite place to get on the internet. They said I should go if I dont order anything else after 3 hours. So I left and wont come back here even its the last place on earth to get a coffee.
