For some reason there are no enthusiasm from their staff. Like at all, as if they dont like their customer. I mean they dont hate us, but they just dont care.

Marriott Courtyard at Nangang Station is very convenient to access by subway and high speed rail, serving with great foods and wonderful environment.

7/7 06:08a.m.update ｜I feel the air conditioner is very cold, but the service staff told me that it cant be closed. Cold from 2-6 O’clock in the morning . And there is dew outside the hotel, not the sun! Should Energy saving, carbon saving, saving the earth!—06:23a.m. The restaurant waiter told me that the restaurant would not open until 06:30, so I came out again, and the experience was quite bad.

One of my favorite hotels in Taipei. Rooms are nice, staff are courteous and friendly, and my Ambassador Elite status is well recognized. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect hotel for quarantine.They serve guests very nicely and meals are also great. Staffs reply guests very quickly and support guests feel comfortable.Room is also enough size and equipped with cozy bed. Youtube and Netflix is available.

I enjoyed my quarantine stay here. The rooms were massive and so were the beds. There were MANY complimentary snacks and drinks. The food was usually in big servings, with the addition of a tea or soup and fruit to accompany each meal. Most of the meals were quite warm, lavish and tasty. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.I was also impressed by their service when running into issues with the room. I had a minor leak in my AC unit and the staff quickly changed rooms for me.To improve, I would ask that the AC or Heating unit be not automatically activated. This was uncomfortable because it was switching between Heating and AC sometimes.

This hotel provides good quarantine room and food, however the washroom stinks and seems like the bad smell was coming from the toilet. They agreed to move us to another room but the second room still stink whenever we flush the toilet. I expected more since It cost more than $7k per night.. Therefore I do not recommend this hotel and will not be coming back again.
