It was a terrible experience.The room smelled bad,No room service, and the air conditioning was so loud that I couldn’t sleep all night.the lying hotel staff is disappointing and will never come again

This place didn’t deserve 1 star, old and dirty. The first room they gave me was so dirty as you can see on the picture. They change it the second day of my stay and the third day I woke up and the water was not flowing… Too expensive and without complementary breakfast. I went to the gym and the cardio equipments were full of sweat. There is a Bar/Restaurant which is also TOO expensive.Make some renovations

This hotel which I’m currently in is awful. I’ve called several times asking to be moved to another room because the TV does not work, the “cooler” not refrigerator is hot, not warm but hot. And they said we will send maintenance up and no one showed up. Finally someone shows up and just plugs in an additional refrigerator which takes more space. Customer service awful and I’m on business. I would have recommended this had it turned out better. DO NOT STAY HERE. FOE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY IT COSTS, you are better staying at another hotel . No manager on site either . Ridiculous

Hotel was nice comfy beds, clean rooms, oh rooms, and friendly front desk people all the time no matter who it is! they go above and beyond the expected service they provide. Alex at the front desk is funny, cool to BS with and very helpful, also Roxanne!! Ohhh Roxanne!! She is the funniest and coolest bartender I’ve ever met in a while. She always had me laughing and made me feel like I was back at home with friends. These two people deserve a freaking raise!!! I couldn’t be happier with my stay!

Marriot BONVOY makes it easy to book special rates for military members like myself. This is the best hotel Ive ever been to! Upon arrival, the worlds greatest receptionist, Mars, welcomed me kindly by upgrading me to the Executive Penthouse King Suite on the top floor with ELITE Parking, Bistro credit and so much more!!! In the 5 years I have been in the military, I have never felt so appreciated for my service to our homeland! All the staff from the two security guards to the bartender were very kind to me. I had the best first and last Pina Colada with the famous Bistro Burger at the bar. Thank you BONVOY for making my stay affordable, meaningful, and unforgettable!

Rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Ill be back next time Im in Riverside.

The staff was great and super friendly. Especially Kyle and Roxanne. I definitely look forward to seeing them again when I return. I loved the karaoke.

The two front desk ladies that help me out all the time Ivonne and Cherise make me feel at home , due to my situation it has been wonderful to see those two ladies every time I check in they make sure to look at any notes I might have added to the reservation and also they try there best to accommodate to what my notes say on my reservation.overall these ladies are doing a wonderful job I will continue coming here thank you again .

My family stayed May 7, 2022. The hotel was so dirty we considered driving all night to get home and losing the money we spent for the room. After showering, walking across the carpet and back to the light-colored tile we left black footprints. Surfaces in common areas were sticky.

Daniels service is nice. AC is very noisy. You need to bring your own tooth brush. May not come back to visit again.

Great front desk staff. Only one i remembered was Mario. Great personality!I will say though security is friendly named jon but he is too friendly and does not do his job to secure the place at night especially around the parking lot where cars are now being broken into. I had a friend stay here and his car was broken into. When I stayed here I would leave super early around 5am for work and find Security sitting in the lobby sofa relaxing. Caught him twice duringy stay. I dont know if thats an area for him to rest up but it does not look good for customers like me knowing hes Security and supposed to patrol the property especially parking lot. During the time i needed to use the business computer same security guard was hiding in there and sitting on the corner by the printer just on his phone. Should reevaluate his scope of work considering theft on cars are on a rise and location of hotel is not safe. Other than that room was Clean and staff were pleasant!

Great location close to highways . Clean, friendly staff. Old building but decently renovated rooms. No free parking . They charge 10$/night and it was not mentioned before booking . No complimentary breakfast which is offered in many other locations .
