Supper happy with this place, have been twice before and was looking forward to be back. To my surprise, the best take away breakfast I have got compared to any other hotel in the world I have been to date, you wont feel hungry and you will get a little of everything without being too much of it! Thank you for making it a home away from home!
Great room, great service. The room had a view of the palace.
Amazing staff, great quality. Super clean. 5mn from the Aeon mall
The property is very centrally located and well maintained. I would guess that it is only a few years old as indicated by the fact that some of the local taxis are not very familiar with it.Our check in was seamless as the staff are very professional and highly polished in providing the best of customer service you would expect while travelling in Asia. The 20th floor houses the property’s fitness centre, rooftop pool, pool bar and Executive Lounge. We made it a point to enjoy the stunning nighttime cityscape views over a few drinks whenever we stayed in for the evening.Breakfast was provided in The Mekong restaurant on the 1st floor. The buffet style set up was well stocked with both Western and Asian fare. The restaurant staff are highly attentive and very courteous.Overall, we could not be happier with our stay and would highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Phnom Penh should you pay a visit to this charming Cambodian city.
Stayed here for 2 nights during low season. We were upgrade to a high floor with a great view. All staff was friendly and helpful. We even got our US dollar bills broken down into smaller bills, which our hotel in siem reap refused to do.Also unexpectedly the hotel offered an executive lounge with great food and drinks. We have also had the chance to try other hotel services as the gym, pool and breakfast.Gym: despite small, well equippedPool: small, but nice atmosphere incl lounges in the water and bar accessBreakfast: variety of Asian and western food - we especially enjoyed the egg options, bread variety and fruits/juices
Don’t stay at this hotel if you are planning to sleep more than 2 persons in a room even when you book a room with 2 beds. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you are a couple staying the night.
Clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Such a nice hotel, centrally located in the Capital. I got a well appointed room with a King size bed. The hotel offered plenty of choice for breakfast. The food is fantastic. Definitely would come again.
Very nice room with a street view. Not too crowded.. Close proximity to Golden Jazz Dynasty club.
Best mid range hotel in Phnom Penh. Staff is always accommodating and friendly. Most remember me every time I stay at this hotel.Great central location in the city. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food.Executive lounge offers happy hour every night along with plenty of appetizers. The chef does a really good job here.
Great experience. Always helpful staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Delicious food.
hotel itself was clean and nice. However, the service quality is not Marriott standard. The staff had hard time taking orders in English. It took more than one hour to just to receive extra bath towels.I’ve stayed at Marriott more than 600 nights but will probably look for Hyatt group next time.
I came here for the first time for a meeting with two colleagues and was surprised at how convenient and easily accessible the downstairs café is. The coffee was excellent and we had a productive 30 minute chat in a very pleasant, light filled environment. The staff were presentable and served well, but do need to watch the customers, as a few of us at different tables could not get service from them sometimes
Very pleasant ambience in cafe on the ground floor, light and airy and comfortable tables and chairs. The coffee was good and service pleasant. But we had to call out loudly three times for service, which was disappointing
Great location with good food. Strongly recommend for business trip, workshop, and conference. The refreshments are super great. Love everything about this hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Cambodia is pretty wildHotel alrightThey said there was a steam room but once upstairs they said there is no steam roomThe pool water had a smell to it ( concerned after a swim)🤣🤣🤣
The hotel and staff was wonderful. There were a great restaurant in nice atmosphere. Literally love it
Staff were extremely courteous and humble. The property was modern but I feel the toiletries can be better quality and the rooftop could be kept more cleaner
I been trying out all the “Skybars” and rooftop lounges throughout the city and came to the Marriott skybar. What a disaster, first they sat us down in lounge seats before asking if we came for drinks or food. The table height was below my knees and the table light was useless to look at the menu but it attracted every bug that could fly or crawl. So I asked to be moved to a normal table height which was a joke because when my food came with a drink couldn’t fit on one small table. We had to have three tables to hold everything we ordered and it wasn’t much. The chicken was dry and the other dish we ordered was overcooked and to top it off the beer I had was slightly cold. I would say this is a complete Marriott failure, the level of service and food quality fall very short of the typical standards I am normally use to from Marriott. I would scrap the chef and manger to start over again. I only gave it one extra star because the juice was good but not like that was hard to make 😂
I have enjoyed two stays at the Courtyard Marriott in phenomepen on this trip to Kimbodia. Excellent experience both times. Very clean well managed hotel. The staff seems to be the generally most friendly group of people I can remember. Genuine warm smiles when you greet anyone and everyone. The breakfast is exceptional. The exercise room was very nice. And my room was very comfortable. Highly recommended ❗️
Stayed for a week here and I could stay the staff are hospitable. Theyre great. I had tried their executive lounge once and food was great. For breakfast you can ask if you want something that is not at the buffet and they will make it for you as long as they have the ingredients. I just wish they would have an almond milk or oatmilk as an alternative for soymilk and regular milk. Also wish they would have fish dish in the morning as a variety. Else all the food is good. Specially the make your own noodles station and the egg station. Kudos to the room cleaners because they always clean the room and they are fast and efficient. Oh the guy manager (I dont know the nameIs also accommodating. Hes always roaming around making sure the guests are ok. #phnompenh #hotel
very tastefully done up hotel with wonderful staff. everyone here was nice and accomodating and the rooms were great and beautiful. loved the rooftop pool and dining.
Stayed four nights in December 2021. Had a couple issues on two nights with no hot water after 9:00 pm. They said it was a system problem, hmmm? Gym was small and super hot as it gets the sun all day and they dont use the AC. I had to go up there and ask them to turn it on, but they need a key to access the system, not easy to get a good workout in without some pre-planning and getting to the right person. Very limited TV channels in an otherwise very comfortable room. Felt like there were cut backs throughout the hotel to make ends meet during the slow time pandemic. Really difficult time for the hospitality industry.Great views from the 20th floor and rooftop bar. Pool was a bit small and really chilly. Internet worked very well.I used points for the stay but would have been very disappointed if I paid the full price of over $100 listed online.
