Had a great time with family staying here, great service and great food. Will definitely comeback.

We stayed here soon after it opened. Rooms were very nice, good flow of hot water, quiet. Our booking included a buffet breakfast which was well worth the extra cost and we also had dinner here a couple of times, very well presented food with good options.This wasnt out usual hotel of choice as we usually stayed closer to the CBD but this was a short notice booking and it was well worth it.Shops all with in a short walking distance and very safe.

The pool was nice but I am not quite sure if I read the rules right, that you need to make a sort of reservation before you can use it, even if you are a hotel guest. Choices for the breakfast buffet was OK. The interiors design is chic.

My Fiance and I decided we wanted to get married here in this location, however it seems they dont want our business.We have emailed them a few times over 3 weeks ago.My fiance called them yesterday after multiple failed communication attempts via email. The person who answered the phone said she would transfer her to that department and hung up on her.Now Im calling internationally to speak to management about it at great cost to me and the person who answered the phone told me there is no manager on duty, they are eating lunch. I asked for the highest ranking manager on duty currently and got the same response. I told her our problem and that i needed to talk to someone asap and she said the problem was noted and hung up on me.Management, are you so busy you dont need my business ? We only have 120 guests most from USA. I realize thats not a lot of rooms to sell....Or is your team so unaware of the role they are in called Hospitality and Customer Service that they just dont know how to do it?Whomever answers your phones needs an education or should be fired.Whomever is in your wedding department, which it says on your website you have an on-staff wedding coordinator, is simply not doing their job.Im disgusted at this point. What a waste of time. how rude and disrespectful is your staff. I guess its time to look across the street na.

As an Bonvoy elite member I appreciate the consistently high standards with their properties all over the world, not different for this hotel.The location is great, right beside the Convention Center and 2 blocks away from Festive Walk mall and within the district business park area.The staff are very friendly and helpful.Super clean and sparkly new facility.I love my Elite upgrade to a Junior suite and welcome gifts. And as a cherry on top, I get their complimentary Buffet breakfast with great selection of both filipino and international dishes.I only wish there are more Bonvoy properties in the Philippines so i can just do Bonvoy Hotelcations when i visit from the States.Kudos Courtyard Iloilo!Will be back.

Beautiful hotel. Looks nothing like a standard Courtyard. May be better classified as a lower end Marriott. Food was delicious, but menu was small. Buffet hit or miss. The room was stunning. Nicer than most Marriotts and very up to date. People were friendly and welcoming.
