Southgate Ave, Crawley RH10 1FG, Anbyŏn-ŭp
Contemporary mall featuring over 90 stores, with a kids' soft-play area and food court.
Great place to do shopping to expensive to buy any thing I love the shop yours which they are not expensive
Nice place good parking abd lots of shops
This is a great shopping centre. I have marked it down for 2 reasons. As someone pushing a pushchair (my granddaughter there is only one set of small lifts so you wait for ages while people that can’t be bothered to walk to the 2 sets of escalators take the lift and leave those in wheelchairs and pushchairs having to wait! Also NEvER eat in Giardino I asked for kids meal sausage beans and chips but no beans please. Normally £6.95 she tried to charge me £7.95 when I queried she said it was because I did it want the beans??!! 😡Told her to stick it will go elsewhere!!Shops are great all the normal in a high st mall and parking only £3.50 for 4 hours! Brill!
Great shooping centre. However I avoid going due to car parking charges. The good thing is they have electric charging points.
Nice place for shopping as it covers most of the brands and items. Really enjoyed shopping here😎
Good choice of shops depending what your looking for it may suit your needs.need a better range of shop with in the mall
Its fine, unless you need to use the lift. Seems to have a mind of its own.
Decent mall however they dont regulate who parks in family spots and therefore very difficult to come here with a baby
Lively and great shopping centre for everything and more.
You can shop comfortably, most l needed were inside Mall
In all honesty, The county mall is one of the drabbest malls I have ever been to. There is no character to the place at all. Only went to the Mall to get some chocolate for my wife at Hotel Chocolat. Hotel Chocolat is a nice shop but it is in the wrong place. Soon as I bought my stuff, I had to leave the mall ASAP.
Good selection of items and good prices. Whilst not a huge store, does have drinks section, which the larger store doesnt.
This is a great place to shop with many different retailers and food courts. I do recommend.
I’ve been coming to crawley county mall for over 17 years and I’ve never been let down and this is probably the most best malls I’ve ever been to ever I love crawley and the mall me and my parents used to take my Nan every other Saturday for a day out and i always look forward to the visits to crawley county mall I highly recommend it
I had not been to the mall for well over 3 months & it appears there are more Closed Shops now plus the closure of Debenhams which was a huge lost , l believe the place looks tired & the closures enhanced that opinion a few people l spoke with held similar views, l dont think peoples poor view of the whole town centre helps either .
I used to come here all the time as a yound adult and I remember it absolutely buzzing, even into the evenings. However, it seems to have fallen a bit into disrepair, few things just need a bit of a touch of paint... modernisation... Whether theres money for that I dont know, but it just feels very dated now.
The whole place is clean and there are different shops for peoples liking. Amazing!
Very typical town centre shopping centre and mall on two floors with parking (expensive!). Like all such venues now in decline with out of town taking over with free parking. Still worth visiting though if you like shopping malls. Loss of key store Debenhams has been a blow
Another large shopping Mall generally kept very clean with a well kept, well lit carpark attached.
Nice place, good choice of shops and nice food court shame the parking is a tad expensive. Also whatever you do, DONT USE RHE BARBERS next to boots, 🤮🤮🤮
Large shopping centre, always clean. Toilets are always kept in good condition. Good choice of high street shops
Great array of shops, primark, yours, bnm, smyths. My only criticism would be, not enough reasonable interior cafes and coffee shops.
It’s one of the nicest place to shop in Crawley. There is primark , next , body shop , and other primary store. It also have post office. It also have a quite clean public toilets. If you are fan of bubble tea it also have a bubble tea store. It’s quite a happening place in Crawley .
Accessibility: Most, if not all, shops are reasonably accessible with level access and enough space for a wheelchair. Most also have smooth, solid floors. One or two have carpet. The walkways between shops are wide and the layout is simple. There are multiple lifts available in shops (including Boots, Primark, Nextand two lifts in the middle that go to both shopping levels and to all the car park levels. The middle lifts can get crowded at times. There are 3 entrances. One by the bus stops with a ramp on the inside. One by the outside shops which is level inside and out until you reach the hill the shops are on. And one leading to the park which has steps inside and out and a ramp inside and out. The ramps are a little bit steep and you do need to cross between the two sets of stairs to use the ramps. All entrances usually have a double door thats left open or automatic doors. There are disabled toilets in the food court and on the lower floor by the exit (and other toilets). The disabled toilet in the food court is very small and awkward. The 2 disabled toilets on the lower floor are large enough to transfer and turn comfortably in a wheelchair. The doors are on opposite sides of a short corridor and can open wide. They have easy to grab locks and handles. The female toilets on the ground floor also have large cubicles for push chairs etc. There are baby change rooms at both the food court and lower level.
The big front facing store that was once Debenhams still lies vacant and is a bit of an indicator of where the high street has been headed. The Mall was fairly busy when I visited; most stores where tidy and the Mall facilities were clean. Just not enough variety really. It would be nice to one day see shopping centres make a comeback.
Not as good as it used to be.But still a decent mall to get in some retail therapy.Good for Moss Bros, bad for Primark
Nice place to shop. But might I suggest if like me you are a wheelchair user and need to go to the upper level, use the lifts in either Primark or boots. I find the glass lifts take so long and are such a faff.
It was very hot inside even though the weather was a little cooler outside. The food hall offers very basic food options and was packed even though the mall was not busy.
Typical shopping centre with the sort of shops you expect. Just be aware thst there isnt many restaurants in this mall, but isnt far from known fast food restaurants.
The shopping center has many lovely shops and a pleasure to go to. Everything is super clean and lovely to be at.
Havent been there for many years, lots of changes but it was great to buy some clothes in Primark.
Great selection of shops here, nice atmosphere and lots of parking and good selection of food options 🙂
It is one of the very few malls now that still has cloths shops, food places to go. You go in there and anything ypu need is there. Including.... frozen yogurt which I am addicted to
Decent sized with a fairly good range of shops. Seems stupid to have 2 Costa’s in there. The fair end where Debenhams used to be kinda feels abandoned but partly due to less footfall that end because of no entrance. Not many closed stores to nice to see that shops are surviving. Has a big boots and primark if that’s your thing
This modern shopping centre has a variety of clothes and fashion shops mixed in with several places to eat. Set over 2 floors, the size of the County Mall Shopping Centre is a great positive as this creates an excellent shopping experience. We visited during December 2021 and were thrilled to see the huge and bright Christmas decorations decked throughout the high ceilings and walls. The centrepiece tree was stunning. This is certainly the best of the shopping centres found in LondonGatwick.
It has almost all stores that you would normally expect. Of course doesn’t include big ones like ikea, John Lewis etc. but pretty decent to cater for day to day needs. Also has a dancing water fountain for kids in summer.
To be honest, this is not a fun place to shop and definately one to avoid. Over 50 years Ive watched this town centre go downhill and County Mall was that final nail in the coffin. Such a shame. I suggest you keep driving and head over to Horsham.
Nice variety of shops. Prices reflect those who are on budgets but also like a bargain. In a good location.
Great place for shopping lots of retail options. Only real need is more lifts to the parent and child car park. Always have a long wait for the lift.
The mall is super beautiful and modern. Security are always at alert and the variety of shops/brands offer a delightful shopping experience.
We urgently needed something and got what we needed. It’s a beautiful, not so small mall but they have every practical things that one would need and so much more. We had a pleasant experience.
Got a good selection of shops but the car parking is overpriced and not convenient to use as north forces a not as useful left turn and the ramps on both sides are in awful condition on floors 3 and 4 - only when going down too so you dont know when you go to those floors. For the parking price this is atrocious and according to one of the stafff its been this way for years so its clearly been deliberately left
Amazing. Lots of space for parking no matter what time of day. And so many shops inside and on the campus its massive. I shop here alot and for around 6hrs you pay around £3 which is cheap as chips .
The parking is a minimum charge of £2.50, a bit steep of you only intend to visit one store as I did. Some of the escalators were not working and there was no signage from the car park to inform you of this before walking through and reaching them, at that point there is no other option but to head back.
Very few stores were open at the mall because of the lockdown but I was still able to buy a few things and have my cup of coffee at Starbucks. The pound shop was also open as well, the apple store and a few other stores.
A lot of shops, various prices, social distance is relatively respected. Its good you have pretty few restaurants/different food. Good for all kind of shopping for adults, elderly, kids or toddlers.
Very pretty and the flooring is stunning to look from. There are not many restaurants or bar that we’ve seen but it’s placed in a central location so out of it you will find some more places where to eat with a minute walk. It has a big parking space with accessible entrances. The toilets are tricky to find as indications inside are not precise. Many shops and much choice.
Busy shopping centre with a large variety of shops including a food court. Parking adjacent and also available close by.Rest rooms on both floors.Nice Xmas decorations.
Great indoor shopping mall with a variety of high street shops, cafes and places to eat. They run childrens activities during school holidays and support local charities and organisations. There is a soft play area for children just off the food court which has a variety of choices and a large seating area. The centre is buggy friendly and has lifts to help you get up to the top level. It can get quite busy at the weekend and in holidays but otherwise a pleasant shopping experience .
Looks like a nice place with plenty of good shops but I was in rush so dont have enough time to look around! Next time...
