Excellent, extremely clean, very well run, most comfortable bed ever, has everything you need plus little extras, amazing hot water...Lovely gardens & surroundings...Les couldnt do enough for you very friendly & helpful...Very tastefully furnished...Highly recommended...I will definitely be back !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spent the night here a couple of weeks ago and the place was fantastic my room had a new bed and linen it was absolutely perfect 👌. I would recommend this hotel.

Great host Les SUGARS. Very obliging. I left a bag behind, Les rang me and said he would post it in a parcel and pick up the cost!! Package arrived less that 24 hours after I got home!!!

Everything was perfect, down to little biscuits, brand new beds, immaculate rooms, use of a lovely bbq, well maintained gardens and the owner so curtious. Thank you.

Les was very friendly and informative. The room was extremely clean, fresh and well maintained. Everything you need and more was provided. Only drawback is that it is close to busy road. Warwick is a beautiful and friendly town!

The owner was very accommodating. And very nice. The only downside which is not his fault is its close to the main road between Brisbane and Sydney. So a bit noisy.

Have been looking for a regular place to stay when visiting family. This will now be our place. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds, clean rooms and fur baby friendly. I recommend to book direct for the best rate. Havent tried the pool yet but looking forward to a dip.

Very, very clean room, to our delight. Cleanest bathroom I’ve seen in a motel, including five star resorts. Jenna and Craig were super helpful. We were in a pet friendly room with our little dog. Great amenities and very comfortable beds. Will stay again and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much, Jenna and Craig, I hope business picks up and rain falls. You’re doing a great job!

Lovely clean, friendly motel. It was wonderful to be able to have our dog with us. Considering it is pet friendly, there is no evidence of dog smells etc. The kitchen facilities were also wonderful. We would certainly stay again..

Very lovely place! We called from the road late at night looking for a place to stay with our little puppy, they were so accommodating and had a parking space right out front of our room with the door unlocked so no matter how late we arrived we could go right in and straight to sleep. The room was lovely, and they even had the air con on keeping it cool for us! After our rush to leave early in the morning Id forgotten my hair straightener, and they were kind enough to post it back to me. Would definitely recommend! 😊

Really family friendly and relaxed which was great after a long day in the car. Really spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable. Staff very obliging. Loved the option of several magazines to flip through, makes it more friendly and comfortable. No noise disturbance. Highly recommend and we will certainly stay again when in Warwick
