Had a good night here recently. The starter was great, the main not so much!

Absolutely gorgeous place and went out of there way for me with my allergies staff were lovely so kind

Really enjoyed my visit here. The food was lovely and the service was great. 1st visit to the Manchester branch but have been to 1 in London.

Went on Thursday the 13th of October. There were plenty of tables available, so were seated right away. The service did lack. Staff seem very scared, like someone keeps yelling at them, so they keep making small mistakes from being so nervous. One thing though, after taking away or appetisers, which potentially could have still been eaten, the mains werent there for another 15 minutes, so there was no need to take it away. Anyhow, generally a good place with some terrified staff

Had to order Béarnaise sauce twice. Portions ridiculously small. Made me pay twice. And it was still nowhere near a sensible portion. Can only think no French person is associated with this shambles.

Great experience. Delicious food. All staff so welcoming and friendly to all my family. A real credit to the leaders of the business.

Unbelievable food but service was a little rushed. We went for my partners birthday and whilst everything we ate was lovely our server seemed to be a bit lost and got a couple of things wrong we were also in an out within an hour for the meal when we would have liked to spend a bit more time.

Unfortunately, I was very disapointed by this restaurant. It looks like a "brasserie" but no beer on tap and the choice of beer in bottle is quite limited. It has been a long time since I have not ate a so ordinary burger; the meat was over over-cooked even though I orderer the less cooked as possible... and there was no flavor at all. A very basic burger not expected for this kind of restaurant. The fries serving was just enough. Lets say, it was a bad choice to get a burger in this restaurant. Maybe other dishes are worth it. Thus, I do not recommend

Me and my partner came for out anniversary tonight, had a wonderful time, great service and lovely cosy atmosphere. Not outlandish in price either.

We had an amazing meal today. My tuna was excellent and my friend had an excellent choice from the gluten free menu. The service was helpful and friendly and special thanks to Michela who was particularly helpful and kind. Highly recommended

The service always great. You have to try the Crème Brûlée and the Crème caramel. But the food wasnt great.

beautifully presented food, my salmon cote d’azur was delicious. i noticed that the meal portions here are generous. the service is great and quick too, caters so well to groups dining here. their menu has decent selection of meatless/pescatarian options! would recommend :)

The food here is exquisite so well prepared and tasty I had the calamari to start and the monkfish as a main the portions were good but not overfacing I enjoyed it that much I had the cremebrule for a desert the staff were very attentive but not overfacing definitely will visit Cote again

The design of the restaurant was eye catching and the staff were welcoming and helpful.The glasses on the table had a bad smell so we couldnt drink anything even a sip. The food didnt have a good design and the herbs on my order were not fresh at all(I cannot remember the name of the food I ordered but it was something with duck). The portion of food was also not big enough and compared to the price, it was expensive.

The staff were delightful. Helpful and in no way pushy. We had the fixed price lunch £14.95 for 2 courses and £18.95 for 3 courses. I had the pear and goats cheese salad followed by the roasted butternut squash on lentils with olive tapenade. Both were delicious. The nicest food Ive had in ages and excellent value for money. Thank you Cote. Wish I lived nearer.

Top food and top service. My partner and I received an amazing service from a really lovely waitress and the staff as well. Food presentation was stunning as well as the taste. You guys really made my experience unforgettable. I cant wait to be back. Thank you

I went with a friend for an early evening meal at Cote a couple of weeks ago and we had the fish parmentier, nice but a little too salty, which we did comment on. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing and we had a good table next to the window. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.I AM NOT HAPPY HOWEVER WITH THE INCREASING MOVE TOWARDS CASHLESS PAYMENTS, IT FORCES PEOPLE TO PAY ON A CARD WHEN THEY DONT WANT TO. KEEP CHOICE.Helen

Great food and wine when my wife and I dined last week. Friendly waiter too. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the fact that the place was almost empty but we waited ages for our starters, soup and a salad. The waiter apologised.

Went out for a meal with friends. Come across this restaurant 😋. Had a fantastic meal - all 4 of us - staff absolutely amazing, very courteous, very friendly. Will definitely recommend 👌.

Just had the fixed price lunch menu. Very good food. Liked the mushroom soup but the bread was a bit hard. Sea bass as a main was very good. Service was excellent. Just be aware of the optional 12.5% service charge.Otherwise it deserves 5 stars.

I was pleasantly surprised when dinning with my friends at this French restaurant!😁😊 Its so refreshing when the service, the establishment and the food match and reflect on each other. By that I mean the waitress was nice, courteous, knowledgeable and warm. The place was clean, quiet and easy to find. The food was delicious and affordable. I would have given it 5 stars if the crab starter was not so salty but they didnt charge us for it after we made them aware. If you eat pork order the Beef cheeks, as it contains bacon, hmmm they are to die for!❤️😘. Otherwise, the steak is a good option too. For starters I recommend the calamaris are yummy particularly with the sauce it comes with! So two mains and two starters comes around £50 max. I highly recommend this place and I will gladly come back!

Didnt like the soup but everything else was pretty good. Reasonable price for the quality of food and dining environment.

5 stars service , quiet and very clean place ,The Waitresses Ashley and Isabela are very friendly and helpful.Honestly COTE is One of the best places in Manchester to have both Coffee & desserts.I have tried most of the desserts menu , everything was great.My everyday coffee will be here.

Too start off we regularly go for meals of different types we like too try new places in different areas different styles of food ect and we rarely have a bad meal from anywhere but i can honestly say this was by far the best it cost £75.00 we had one glass of red wine two beers and two courses and two sides for two people so i would say the price isnt too expensive either they do put a service charge on the bill which can be deducted if wanted we deducted ours and then gave a tip we found suited too us . The food was amazing service was really good restraunt was clean and well presented , i also like when your greeted at your table they ask have you any allergies as i person with allergies myself i felt really comfortable in saying i had allergies and they came and read out the stuff what didnt have egg in some places have such a negative approach too allergies and make you feel uncomfortable letting them know but i loved the approach they took towards my allergy. And when wanting too try a red wine they gave me little tasters of different ones which was nice to see as i wouldnt like too buy a glass i didnt enjoy i dont drink red wine so much so didnt know which one suited my taste the guy was very helpful in helping me get the right one which suited my tatse the staff really go above and beyond and their food matched would highly recommend perfect for a date night or birthday havent got one complaint about this place

Gorgeous food! That was my 4th dinner in Manchester and the one I enjoyed the most. The staff made sure my choice of dish was fully vegetarian. Beautiful decor and lovely atmosphere.

Excellent food, excellent service and excellent prices! This was by far one of the best dining experiences Ive had in a long time. Ill definitely return very soon. No hesitation to give 5 stars.

I was drawn in by a sudden craving for sea food, and a quick google search recommended this place. The food was perfect - I had the calamari and the moules frites, while my companions tried the roast duck breast and the roasted pork belly, and we were all very happy with the quantity & quality of food.The service was quite slow, however - despite there being 4 staff members and only a few tables to look after (the restaurant was very quiet), it took a while to get anyone’s attention and they didn’t do rounds proactively to see whether we’d finished eating, or would like to order something else. We would have liked some dessert, but decided we couldn’t be bothered spending another 30 minutes to be noticed, get the menus, place an order, and then wait for them to arrive.

Excellent food and service. Pleased that the waiter asked if we wanted to add a service tip on paying. Nice gesture, and we had no doubts about adding it.

Optimal balance of food quality and price! The dishes were consistently well-prepared for a period of over 5 years, speaking from a position of a frequent customer. Service is 5/5: very friendly, courteous, polite and warm. All types of dishes are cooked to a high standard. For breakfast, vegetarian dishes are excellent; for dinner, tender duck meat with potatoes and cherries is exceptional. For deserts, I would recommend Chocolate mousse

Visited a dozen times. Super friendly staff and always fabulous food. Luxury rest rooms and good value. Catch the pre theatre menu for an absolute bargain (5 till 7 weekdays)
