Counter-service coffee chain offering hot drinks, iced coolers, sweet snacks and sandwiches.
As far as Costa goes, this is a poor one. Lifeless inside, wobbly tables (which is a bad combo with Costas absurdly tall and unstable latte glasses), and my pet hate - staff passing you your drinks by holding the cups rim - can you please keep your hands off the part I put my mouth to?
Friendly staff. Good coffee. Dirty dishes and food left on tables for long.
Staff is helpful and nice, but the tables and the toilet were filthy. Also, kinda expensive so not really worth it
Perfect place to hide from the rain for half hour or so
We found some sub par coffee in our trip around Ireland. No judgement, theyre a tea drinking people! We also found some great coffee. Costa is a chain, with consistently good drinks and tasty scones and baking. Its something like Starbucks I guess. Not a charming local shop, but a reliably available good latte or coffee. They have good dairy alternatives. Staff here were friendly and helpful.
Not disliked it, though nothing special about it. Coffee was ok - but thats the absolute minimum. Barista had the basic skills to serve a coffee, but nothing extra to make it an experience to remember
Its nice with good staff. Pity about those tiny black flies that are annoying. Serviettes are rationed .
friendly staff. good coffee. nice place.
Flat white where is not coffee. Just warm milk 🤮
The shop itself smells like sewage throughout.I was here 4 months ago and the problem is still the same. Very off putting.
Great coffee in a wonderful large cup and saucer. Festive atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon in Temple Bar.
Cute and comfortable place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee.Very nice staff.
Great place for a cuppa, comfortable seating and a great place to people watch around the Temple Bar area.
Nice and cosy coffee place. I love Costa drinks, always tasty and creamy, with friendly staff and clean/cosy place.
Nice staff and good quality coffee made every time
So much friendlier than the Costas near me where youre treated like cattle and they rarely get your order right!
Good and friendly. I ve expected The cinnamon roll a little bit more soft, bit was ok.
I came here to buy a water - but really I just wanted to be a customer so I could use the toilet here (it has a code). They didn’t have any bottled still water available. I asked if I could just have the code to use the restroom since that was really what i needed and the cashier refused and was quite rude about it.
Just one toilet that smells through the whole cafe. Coffee is good though.
Great atmosphere but jesus its coffee not pieces off gold the price off a large cappuccino unreal but staff are friendly
Good caffe, good offer, but theres no toilete paper and soap in the bathroom.
Very friendly staff, comfortable seating arrangements, never had any problems with the wi-fi, also very close to where I work.
Really lovely, obviously great drinks as in every Costa, with a really nice small downstairs seating area
Nice place, good staff but the place could do with a refresh, looks tired.
Great place for coffee, snacks. At your leisure. Good atmosphere.
Tried to overcharge for two flat whites. Then made them and left them on the side without telling us. Bathroom was worse than a public restroom on the street.
Just your average costs coffee, still better than Starbucks for the non coffee drinker!
Always nice to pop in here and enjoy a hot drink, staff are friendly.
Love Costa. Spend lots of time and money in them. This one, however was in Dublin centre. Average service and even allowing for euro exchange was very expensive compared to UK branches
Great location right in the heart of the temple bar area in the Dublin city centre. Staff friendly, its clean and well set out. Only down side is the loo is locked and there is only one and if you need the key to unlock it you gotta wait for the que to go before. Bit of an inconvenience. Lovely food
5 stars for staff member Keith!! I was in around lunchtime. He was on his own and busy but really polite and friendly. Not in a false "have a nice day" style! Genuine
Great coffee options but the food is still its weak point
This is my favorite place to get coffee. My friends and I would go here regularly. It satisfied my sweet tooth need.
Dependable standard, good coffee, good hours of business and fair prices. Bring your own cup and they will Fi it up for you!:)
Fresh coffee and delicious sweet treats. Staff always smiling.
Good coffee, nice and cozy place. WiFi, and you can also charge yiur phone while enjoying your coffee or tea😉😊
The service was so slow waited 10 minutes to order a green tea and there was only two people in front if me. Sat in the back area as there was no available seats in the front and it has a pile up of trays with cups on two of the tables and smelt like a tip in that area. Last time I come here.
Service is good, but not very quiet place as they kept the washing room open next to the bottom floor seating area open. Cant have a conversation with anyone with rattling cups in your ears. Shut the door, costa!
Cleanliness 8/10Coffee 9/10Cakes 8/10Staff 7/10Overall 8/10Good coffee and breakfast for the morning. I love their lemon tart, cake xplosion and the carrot cakeThumbs up
A nice little out of the way Costa that is still in Temple Bar. The usual Costa food which wont ignite the soul, but still has good Costa Coffee. Excellent staff here with a great Manager (Szabi?who actually looks after the customers and talks to them with a genuine enthusiasm for his coffees. This lifts the spirit of this place...... a lot
This is an exceptional Costa, great coffee and my favourite place to sit on Saturday afternoon with a nice latte and watch the hustle and bustle of Temple bar. Staff are really helpful & the flowers outside are stunning!
Excellent coffee and very nice staff. Nice ambient in and outside, love the little flowers outside.
Very bad service. Extrememly pleasant staff. Couldnt get out faster.
Its small, but cozy as Costa goes. Really lovely staff who are always very helpfull. I would only pop by here on a rare ocasion tho for maybe coffee to go in a hurry. Also if asked they can make you single shot expresso coffee or decaf so theyre really lovely and dont make a big fuss if you are a picky customer
Cappuccino is brilliant and it is usually quiet, however, cleaning wasnt spotless and food options are limited.
Although I am not fun of the coffee blend, its a nice place to relax and enjoy a cup! The service is great as always
Costa has been always my favourite place but recently they are luck of creativity and cleaning of trays. Nero is taking over slowly.
Great coffee, what you would expect from any of the chain. Staff polite and helpfull
Dirty looking, had run out of lots of things. No need for a chain coffee here, go frequent one of the interesting independents (Brick Alley Cafe is a good shout)
Staff here are great and the coffee is fantastic. This is where I hold meetings (the back room is hidden and quietand where I meet for chats.Central location, amazing coffee, decent food and staff that arent just going through the motions.
