Unauthentic “mexican” food. Security guard on friday and saturday nights also very rude

The worst venue and the worst staff in the world . Maybe a family run place but the service is appalling. They do not care about customers or service , they literally open the shop and cannot wait to close . Even went to watch the England Euro game here. DO NOT GO! You have a better chance of watching it comfortably in a chicken and chips shop. Avoid at all costs

Tacos were incredible, nachos were unreal and best beans ive ever eaten!! 10/10

Ordered Tacos on Just eat. what I got was bread uses for wraps fatty grissly chicken with a topping I did not recognise that was all so SALTY I could not eat it. No real tacos AWFUL

This place is not professional nor honest. The website states 11pm closure time. I call, to confirm. They confirm with one another. And yet, when I arrive at 19:50 they are closed. Due to their actions I can confirm this restaurant is deceitful, unorganised, and totally unprofessional. They close at whatever time they feel like it, with no consideration towards their customers or reputation.

Cash only and £5 per Corona. Great place to visit if youd like to make a short trip to Latin America! On weekend nights, after 11pm, the tables are moved to the walls and the salsa dance floor opens up to all... ;Disfruta la fiesta!!

This specific visit was unbelievably poor. I had been served gone off sour cream which tasted absolutely foul, nevertheless when I got the attention of the waitress she didnt offer any appologies and served us a fresh portion of sour cream once I had finished my meal.I ordered the texto Espanol a great heap of meat, with only 3 tiny tortilla wraps. Confused at this amount, I asked for some more and was told that itd cost £3 for 3 more.Youd find better customer service in a local chicken and chip shop.

An excellent place to eat. Food is really amazing, delicious, very yummy. And lots of it, You can even take your left over because is a lot. Love it, love, love it. 💕

I give you this qualification, because your food in the first place is not Mexican, if not Ecuadorian.the quality, taste and attention to the client; very poor. I do not recommend it to go with children since the space is very small. There is no parking for cars.

A great experience from the start, greeted well and taken to a table then moved but with a good reason(good if given a good reason, not just because). The attention shown by the waitress and the staff in general was great, coming to the table quite often to check if all way okay which is reassuring. The food was absolutely delicious! I couldnt be happier with such an experience.

Great food ! But was told when ordering no drinks other than wine and beer, I saw others with juices.This was because the waitress didn’t speak any English which was fine but didn’t make an effort to show us other options.Also asked for a a takeaway with a full starter of guacamole and she didn’t add this to take way, was very disappointed when I was got home, especially paying for it.Also asked to take the chilli salsa home and got ignored twice.Food tasted great though and good portions !

Just received food from them. Surprisingly tasty! Ordered nachos (crisp real tortilla chips), a quesadilla (tinge chicken - delicious), a burrito (good), and a taco dinner (small flour tortillas with pulled pork and beef - needed a bit of salt but very tasty). Will defo be ordering from them again.

Nice place to eat Latin good and enjoy Latin music on the weekends. Turns into a club after midnight. Recommended.

Top Place, Very Good Value for money.You seem to get enough food to fill up an elephant!I had to leave a lot of my food as there was so much!.Very Tasty too, Drinks menu was pretty good too, I would have liked a better selection of red wines, but the wine the had was very. A really good venue to bring the family, birthdays, work parties etc.

AMAZING place for your birthday celebrations for just have a very nice dinner with friends even to sing karaoke on fridays

The best food Ive tried in London! I love everything about this place, Ive never bothered to leave a review, this being the first one....but damn...this place has really good dishes. If you go there you must try the quesadilla with chicken!! 5 stars definitely!

This is not Mexican food!!!! They are from Ecuador , regular nachos tasted like ceviche without the shrimp. Save your money if you want authentic Mexican food South Americans know nothing about real Mexican food. Its just a nice looking restaurant posing cause they know no one eats Ecuadorian food! Their Ecuadorian city is engraved in the stupid wood plates they serve the food in.

Rip off avoid (ladrones, pésimo trato- the owner/cashier swore I had given them a 10 pound bill when in reality I had given them a 20 pound bill. I complained and the manager suggested I call the police and refused to believe I had handed in the 20 gbp note. Very sad they treat customers like that.

Food is nice , one of the waitresses that day was really nice and attentive, the other no so much, quite harsh to be honest.This is one of the places I wouldnt think of going back just because of the service.Last I was there was nicer than the other previous times - a different manager was in this time.-

Worst meal Ive ordered in a while, half went in the bin. Soggy falling apart and burnt burger, sub par nachos and tacos with an odd taste. Calamari was in a cheap batter and didnt taste of much. £28 for a meal worth £7.99, avoid.

So bad food we didnt have for a long time.Meat cheap and bad quality. Taste was terrible and not enough spice. Only good bit was just beans.

They dont accept American Express credit cards. Big minus for that. There are two big TV screens on the wall but they were off . Quiet place, food very tasty. I didnt like rushing me there with fooD - a waitress tried to take my plate away when I didnt finish eating.

Visited on Saturday 16th July 2017, at about 8pm. Awful service and the food when it came was at best indifferent, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Best resturant Ive been to so far on the old Kent road, the food is amazing, the portions are massive. Great value for money overall.

I really enjoyed my night out in Costa Azul. The food was tasty and cooked to perfection and the staff were so attentive. They didnt mind, in fact they positively encouraged, my attempts at speaking Spanish. The only reason I dont go regularly is that I dont live in London.

Absolutely terrible! If I could rate it no stars I would. Bad customer service! Saw the chef sniffing the meat before he pulled it out of an old ice cream tub before cooking it. The meal tasted off and was unedible. Do not waste your money or time going here. Seriously spare yourselves!

Been there only once with kids, bet got great impression. Really nice restaurant, delicious food, huge portions even for kids, strong cocktails. Definitely will be back!

Really poor costumer service. The food was not good. The meat without flavour and small portions.

I think ambience is great! Food is that Im not so sure, I asked for a Taco platter with corn tortillas but what I get is a Wahaca tortilla very far from original corn ones! Very easy to improve as it is not difficult to get the supplies in the city! I suppose that is what happens when you have a mix of Mexico/Ecuador foundation!

Food is normal, but the service is not really good. We had two people but had to wait nearly 1 hour and they excused for having urgent big take-way order.Also, waitresses were not really nice and one of them cannot understand English well which made me order wrongly.

A lovely authentic Mexican restaurant.Food potions are fantastic, so go with an appetite.Food on the mean may not be the cheapest, but youre getting value for money.Well seasoned and tasty.Service a little slow, but worth the wait.Would recommend, if youre looking for something new to try. ☺
