Tasteless food. Needed salt on everything! Service was VERY slow! A beautiful setting with so much potential!

First time lunch at Cosecha and it was a great experience. All dishes we had were delicious and service was good.

Always nice to visit a restaurant that has excellent food! We had the chilaquiles; pulled chicken white chili and the cornbread today. We’ve eaten here before and can’t fault the food, everything is delicious. A special thanks to Chef Riana.

Was the best Mexican cuisine restaurant around Cape Town when it first opened (imoand it has become even better. Dishes are fresh and tasty. Menu includes the favorites (Gaucamole made at the table!and always some new interesting ones on the specials. Their wine pairs perfectly. Staff are friendly and the venue is great, especially for a sunny lunch.

My girlfriend and I had a delicious meal here. The guacamole prepared in front of us was divine and the tacos were scrumptious. I left super full and very satisfied. The best part was that the bill was very reasonable too! Can’t wait to return.

The food is always excellent at this restaurant but why do they serve horrible Japanese beers as opposed to Mexican beers?

Bring your dog. Sit by the pond. Eat first rate Veracruz inspired cuisine. No dog? Borrow the house Ridgeback who will come sit by you whether or not invited. All dining is Al fresco so no masks but wear a warm coat. The wine tasting room is under renovation so you get table side wine education. The staff work well together and we never lacked for attention. The food is consistently good and reliable.

What an awesome place and experience, very rarely do find good service and great food in one place! The service was fantastic, our waiter Kelvin was very friendly. The food was phenomenal and the view and venue is blissfully relaxing. We are super chuffed.... will definitely be returning! Do yourself a favor and visit this place!

Fave vineyard (which is a lot to say with the variety available!). The wine is awesome (love their Chenin), the terrace is heavenly and the food... Proper quality. Awesome ingredients, sauces and dish options. The vegetarian variety is perfect and their guacamole... Top of the list! Special mention to our waiter Lennon.

Great location, with tables outside under the trees and next to the dam. I recommend the guacamole, which they prepare table side. Its a real treat.

Lovely food, great service. Lovely MCC. Really enjoyed the burrito. We were lucky as they were relatively quiet and we almost had the place to ourselves. We will return again.

Upper market Mexican cuisine, tasty and delicious, great vegan and gluten free choices, friendly and attentative staff. Nice and quiet tables close to Lake. Definitely a restaurant to come back to.

Great Mexicali food, an unusual cuisine for this part of the Franschhoek wine trail. We booked a table for lunch but were slightly disappointed to find it was in a chilly, shady middle spot, rather than up on the warm sunny deck or at the lovely picnic table area by the pond. Despite empty appearances, we were only able to move to a table in the same chilly area, not into a sunny patch, because apparently all the other tables were booked. Recommend that if you are booking in winter, you specify "up on the warm sunny deck please".

Having spent quite a LOT of time in Mexico 🇲🇽 I can honestly attest with some authority that this restaurant is hands down the best alternative to the real thing that I’ve ever tasted. From the smoky roasted salsa to the creamy guacamole, the crunchy nachos and the cheesy quesadillas, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Ten stars if I could

Compelled to give this restaurant 5 starts. I love Mexican food, and this was the best I ever had. The lamb was simply delicious. Nice wines too , and prices are reasonable.

Amazing Food and Experience at Cosecha ! We enquired about vegetarian food on the menu, only for the chef, Riana to come out to assist us. She accommodated us and prepared a really delicious lunch - A vegetarian enchilada and quesadilla which is by far the best in Cape Town !!! They threw in Gaucamole which was surprisingly flavorful and a must have! We lunched at the picnic area which is gorgeous itself. Overall a fantastic experience of food, atmosphere and service !

Cosecha restaurant at Noble Hill wine estateFresh latin cooking with vineyard views.The name cosecha, Spanish for "harvest", reflects the location next to the working harvest area where grapes are sorted and crushed at Noble Hill wine estate.We have visited here for years and the quality of food is always very high, - fresh seasonable ingredients cooked with a Mexican flair. We choose to have guacamole for a starter - this is made at your table, you can have it as spicy as you want, and we chose high spice - WOW brilliant.Most food here is served accompanied by tacos and spice with Latin influence, which makes a welcome change from the normal international cuisine you get here in South Africa.

Lovely modern Mexican cuisine and wines at reasonable prices. The Guacamole is prepared at your table and served with nachos which is a great starter. The service is friendly and efficient. Wine tasting is also available.

We had booked a sit down lunch today but initially wanted to picnic. Unfortunately had to book the picnic by four PM the previous day. While we were having lunch not a single picnic took place? When Noble Hills started out picnics could be booked on arrival. So what has changed?Mexican style menu would not suit everyone but Merlot wine is pretty good.

The best prawns I had on our trip to South Africa. Amazing atmosphere, wine and service. I would recommend for everyone to visit!

Fantastic experience! Really enjoyed relaxing outside and taking in the view. Food was great! The fish tacos is highly recommended and the guacamole with bacon which is freshly prepared in front of you. Lastly finish off your meal with a delicious Orio cheesecake, but all are so good.

Just been here for my birthday lunch - great food, a hidden gem really. Who would have thought one could get such great Mexican food in the Stellenbosch winelands? Only thing I would say is the portion sizes are quite large so either skip a starter or arrive hungry. Bur I definitely intend to come back.

As a party of 5 adults we had a 3 course lunch on Sunday 6 October 2019. Our waitress was great, attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. The setting was good. The food however was fairly average and on a par with your average restaurant in the city. Being situated on a wine farm I had expected the food to be a bit more impressive. On the menu the food sounded delicious, and the portion sizes were good but the flavors lacking. We had the Guacamole starter which was very bland. We ordered it medium spicy but was not spicy at all and the tortilla chips not nice. Mains we had 3 different types of dishes but no-one was overly impressed with the flavors. It wasnt bad - it just wasnt Wow"

I have eaten a lot of Mexican living in Texas and having been to Mexico, but this is definitely up there with the best I have had. Great service too!

Very average, all things considered. Menu is not really child friendly at all, very limited. Alcoholic beverage menu extremely limited, no beers, ciders etc at all. Food was tasty but extremely over priced. Also the seating and table size is very cramped. We were a table of four, and ended up having to put glasses, phones etc on the floor to make enough space to eat. Service is shoddy as well. I can say that I have experienced it now, but would not go back or recommend it.

Never even knew about this fantastic restaurant and what a hidden gem Cosecha restaurant at Noble Hill wine estate is. The setting is beautiful and open. Not a massive menu, but enough to satisfy everyone.We had the tableside made guacamole which was freshly made as we were sitting at our table. Our mains were delicious as well as our desert.Beautiful setting, great food, excellent service and an ambience to match.

Great setting. Good food. We opted for a Latin inspired picnic on the lawn and were quite impressed with the value for money. Compared to others, Cosecha has the best picnic offering around (December 2018).

Such a great find. Cosecha is a small eatery on the Noble Hill wine estate, we were pleasantly surprised to find friendly and attentive staff, a reasonably priced food menu and an extensive tequila menu😉.The seating area is outdoorsy and surrounded by greenery.The tortilla chips with hummus side and snack meatballs are yum, but the best was the battered hake tacos - amazing! I had the chicken enchilada, a large dish with rice, beans and guacamole, was too saucy. I dont know if this is the norm for enchiladas, if it is others might like it.Oh and the tequila was served in beautiful, chilled glasses - win!

An unique experience in the Cape Winelands. Simple menu, but tasty food. I love the décor style of the restaurant. Good for breakfast or lunch.

Delicious Mexican food with tantalizing cocktails to match. Recommended: the Guacamole for two, double cheese jalapeño poppers and the Frose! This restaurant offers breathtaking views, excellent service, a gorgeous wine shop and certainly food that will leave you salivating for more. What a find!
