I stayed at coral grand for few days it was nice neat and clean the room and the breakfast was good and gave all the staff everything you need while you stayed, and the staff was kind and I am happy to be back in my country because my mind relaxed while on vacation because i went to the right hotel and I didnt waste my money and the next time I go to the maldives again I will still choose coral grand beach hotel

Me and my family stayed at Coral Grand for 3 days.all staff was amaizing super service.front office was super welcoming us.food was vey delicious . We stayed in a beach view suite room, its with a spacious leaving room.We got great informations by the hotel GM about the island and excrsions,he was very helpful.Hope to come back soon to this wonderful place again.

Loved everything about the hotelThe staffs were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful with service. Specially the male receptionist, I couldnt get the name unfortunately.The rooms were nice, modern and spacious.Just only one thing that could be improved is adding shower gel to amenities.

・Lots of TV channels incl. CNN, BBC, AL JAZEERA and other main world channel.・Slow wifi. Less than 1 Mbps both up/down.・Many ants in the room.・Hot shower lasts less than 15・Included breakfast isnt delicious. Artificial orange juice and thin toast x2.Helpful staff though some issues aint solved.

Bad wifi, not clean.

We had a day room booked (not our choice), and it was adequate, but not great. No soap in the room (during a pandemic...), and we had to ask for towels. Our main requirement was Wi-Fi because of all the online forms we had to complete, but the connection was poor and kept dropping out (this was on the 5th floor - apparently it didnt work at all on the 4th). When we commented on this, we were given different login codes which we were told would work better, but by then we had managed to do what we needed to (after ten or so attempts at the imuga form), sitting in the somewhat spartan reception area, where the signal was stronger. The airport transfers were very punctual and efficient though, and a friend who had stayed at a different hotel on the way in commented that this one was better. The lift certainly helps, and the room was clean, although the decor was a little uncared-for.

I got there and looked for a room and he told me there is no free rooms so then my local friend called him and said he had a room but asked for twice the price on Agoda. A very rude and uninterested guy works at the front desk.

The worst place ever to stay in. The manager of the hotel does not have any manners nor any discipline towards the guests. He threatens to the families and curse if a small complain is filed on the inconvenience of the extremely poor services they already give. This kind of managers with a filthy mouth should not even be running a hotel industry. Anyone planning to stay here will have the biggest nightmare and regret of their life. This place is worth 0 stars. The manager is the worst kinda human being. Be aware of his filthy mouth.

This hotel was booked for us by an agent, if I would have read the reviews beforehand, I would have never stayed here.We had a late flight at 11 PM and booked a room for the day so we could rest before our 36 hour flight. The front desk called us around 3 pm to let us know that a taxi would pick us up at 5 to take us to the airport. We told the receptionist that our flight doesnt leave until 11 but she insisted that we would need to be out of the room by 6. My husband attempted to talk to the manager about the situation but he was quite rude and told us we would need to pay extra to stay longer. Having paid $100 already, this was an insult. In the end we negotiated to stay until 8, which meant we still waited at the tiny Male airport for 3 hours. What a way to end a trip.

Had booked a deluxe room with ocean view and found Tony room so small, drawers could not open and the view was a construction site - our balcony was obscured by tarpaulins and the shower leaked! Finally after 2 nights, we were moved to a bigger room with a view, but the shower and the hand basin both leaked, 2 TVs did not work the entire time, the jacuzzi on the roof was not free to use and there was no restaurant on site as advertised. Reception staff were unhelpful.

Best hotel I have been in MALDIVES

Do NOT trust in the staff of this hotel. They do NOT honour their agreements with its guests. The staff were impolite to the guests. Simply do NOT book this hotel!On 11 Aug, we booked two suite rooms for day stays on 18 Aug from 8am to 6pm by paying the receptionist USD90 as deposit. The room rate was USD 90 per room. We asked for airport pickup at 7:30 am on 18 Aug for 6 people with 10 big baggages. The receptionist said that it cost USD5 per car and would arrange 2 cars for us. We got the receptionist’s and the car driver’s wechat numbers and obtained the deposit receipt a few days later.On 18 Aug, we called the driver at 06:45am and found out that he was not aware of the pickup. He then arranged only 1 taxi for us, as a result, some of us needed to wait at the airport for the driver to pick them up later. When we arrived at the hotel, the lady staff asked for USD5 per PERSON for the pickup. We showed the receipt to her and she then charged us the agreed rate.After copying our passports, the lady staff said that there was ONLY one suite room available! She said we needed to wait till 12 noon when the guests of the other suite room checked. We disagreed and eventually made her give us 2 twin rooms as substitutes for the missing suite room.At 5:30pm, we checked out and asked the receptionist to arrange two taxis for us. She charged us USD8 per taxi as she didn’t know we had so much baggages. We disagreed and the receptionist asked us to talk to the taxi driver directly. She called two small-sized taxis for us, which definitely didn’t fit our group’s need. The taxis refused to drive us to airport while the hotel staff put our baggages outside the hotel. One of us asked the receptionist to call three taxis at USD5 each for us and she said “I don’t like you!” We asked another staff to help and we eventually could get on 3 taxis to escape from this hell!BTW, I wish I could give NO star in this review!

Update: the room is okay and theyre treating us aright :I called for information but the guy keep asking for room number. I told him Im checking in soon how do i suppose to know the room number ?!

The hotel is managed very well by the manager Shifau. Very friendly and helpful. The staff is also extremely polite. Good place to stay on hulumale island for a short trip at highly affordable rates. some breathtaking pictures from the rooftop of the hotel. Mesmerising view.

靠海边，早上可在第六楼看日岀，经理名字叫幸运，人很隨和，有什么要求都会邦你，员工都很好，推見这酒店5个星，只是早歺不理响，太简单了。👍👍👍

味道超级赞 中国的味道 葫芦马累专业的川粤菜厨师，海鲜尤其新鲜烹饪方法恰到好处，麻辣爽鲜这里都有。在沙滩夜风习习中点上一锅海鲜砂锅粥，别提有多美啦！墙裂推荐！！

The Best part of our trip to Maldives was the Hotel. Lucky, who was the Hotel manager, took excellent care of me and my friends. The food was just brilliant and they have an outstanding Jacuzzi on the terrace with the ocean in sight. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel was also next to many restaurants and water sports clubs. Thanks for everything agaib, Coral!
