Coral Coast Tourist Park - in Carnarvon, Australia
Large toilet/ shower facilities. Great common use areas with ample seating and a fire pit. Didnt use the pool but it looked lovely.
We stayed here for 2 nights at their powered site. Customer service is great! Very responsive and accommodating staff. The amenities are decent as the toilet and shower is individualized which is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Great amenities and staff, well cared for park with trees sites , dog friendly and handy location Good camper kitchen and laundry facilities
Best camping of all time. The managers and their employees are incredible and extremely friendly. The common areas (kitchen, showers and toiletsare extremely clean and cleaned every day.Every night they offer activities (food truck, concerts, afl games, fire pit...).We had a great time thanks to them!I can only encourage you to visit the coral coast tourist park!!
Large flat sites. Excellent ablution block - individual units which have toilet, basin and shower.Great location for easy walking into town.Very friendly staff and a warm welcome. The fire pit was lit and people gathered around for charity fundraiser sausage sizzle.Food vans visit on a regular basis.Very importantly - dog friendly!
Warmly welcomed by Denise to a lovely clean park. Can’t speak for all the facilities, the pool looked nice and saw a book exchange. Abolition blocks were excellent, clean, couldn’t fault. Would recommend.
Loved staying here. But what makes this park the best is the staff. What a great team (Roland, Ramona, Thomas, Miriam, Vince, Jenny and Grace), always smiling, willing to help and constantly on the go trying make the park as clean and safe as it can be. And as any caravan park on the west coast there is issue with theft but the caravan park isn’t responsible for the local community issues. Park is walking distance to shops and Main Street, ablutions were always impeccably clean and great with the individual toilet/shower cubicles. Nightly social catch ups and BBQS beside the fire pit and regular evening visits from the food vans are a fun and yummy treat.
Awesome staff thank you Denise and all other staff , accommodation very clean. We have been around Oz twice now and would have to say best customer service experience on telephone booking and check in, we have stayed more than once .Highly recommended.
A great caravan park within walking distance to woollies. Also a separate exit to the bowling club. The toilet and showers are a combination and are in good condition. It has a dump point on site.
Very very clean and tidy. Plenty of room when parked in Campervan. Close to shops. Will stay here again most definitely.
Very friendly & helpful staff/owners.Very clean amenities, laundry & kitchen.👌
The staff our always friendly. Nice little pool. The ablutions are first class and regularly cleaned. Its in town close to shops and cafes. Short walk to the foreshore. The only down side would be it all feels a little tight too close together.
Very friendly staff and there seems to be something on every night from food vans , barbecues and when we were there a singing guitarist , unlike the other caravan parks the town is walkable , but the bays are now covered in the little white shells instead of grass or sand.
Omg absolutely fabulous. I broke down on a Friday afternoon and this place was a life saver. Squeezed me in even tho school holidays and looked after me from go to work. Ended up being a gentle break after a couple of months of free camping. Thanks so much Liz, Diane, Vince and Grace... and everyone else... amenities were impeccable, food van and fresh vegies stall great.
Both Vince and his wife Denise are the most helpful people you could ever meet and are willing to go the extra bit to make your stay a very pleasant one. Always checking if all is ok and great advice on what’s going on in the park and down town. They are very professional at what they go.
The Park is walking distance to main shopping and we always find it clean and well maintained. We recommend.
Great place to stay centre to town, dog friendly, fab wash blocks, and enjoyable pool. Will return
Staff helpful and friendly. Amenities great, newish ensuite style bathrooms. Caravan park clean and tidy. Close to Woolworths, can walk there if you only need to do a small shop. Reasonable rates, no grass, but it does have concrete pads for van sites. 👍
Excellent communication, travelling for work had a slight hick up with our booking and they were able fix the issue still after hours. Lovely staff so accommodating and very comfy beds is a bonus.
Nothing but great things to say about Coral coast tourist park and their staff. I definitely reccomend staying at this park if your passing by Carnarvon! We stayed here for 2 weeks while we were having problems with our car, Vince went above and beyond helping us during our stay and we are so thankful for his generosity. We couldnt of got stuck in a better place, all the staff are super helpful and welcoming, the amenities and grounds were kept clean and tidy, and its a short walk to the shops/cafes. 10/10 🤩
Hi there, a big thanks to the whole family. Such a friendly bunch of welcoming people. Facilities are super clean, the pool helps on a sunny day and the campground is located super close to the center.
Great caravan park and I wouldnt stay anywhere else when in this area. All the staff are fantastic. I had to leave my caravan there suddenly to return home due to a sudden family tragedy, and the team here could not have been more helpful. I just jumped in the car and headed off to Perth, leaving my caravan behind and they took care of the caravan and kept me updated. I am very grateful.
I can only join the comments below: Vince & Denise, Ebony and Grace were absolutely lovely! They are very welcoming, friendly and attentive in general, but also really caring to check on how I was progressing with my car troubles, readily accommodating a range of needs and requests to help me out in various ways. THANKS to everyone - even though I had to stick around a bit longer than initially anticipated, my stay was enjoyable nonetheless not least to these lovely people :)
We booked a camp site with the private bathroom/toilet. Area were very clean and quiet. Super family friendly. Near the shops as well
We stayed at Coral Coast Caravan Park in Carnarvon and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially Vince. The shared showers and toilets were like en-suites, very clean and maintained well. Highly recommend to anyone traveling there. If we head towards there again we’ll definitely stay there
I found this to be a very friendly town and the local pubs was no different. The staff was very helpful and talkative. The small roomI booked for 2 nights for my self was ample for my needs. The shared ablutions are clean and tidy and it was very busy long weekend.I managed a little site seeing around Carnarvon. All in all a very nice place to stay on my travels.
Nice park plenty for the kids to do. Daily text from park to let you know what was happening that day and evening. Close to town walking to most things. Lots to see and do around town and surrounding areas.
Highly recommend this park. Our jeep died on us while there and Grace and Denise were great. Grace helped us move our gear and store it for us while Denise took the worry out of us being stuck there. They even bought us a pizza on the Friday night when it happened. Amenities are great. Very clean as is the whole park. Highly recommend this place. Will be back.
Awesome place to stay. Super efficient after hours check in. Friendly staff - Grace made sure we checked in with no hassles. Amenities and communal areas are immaculate and well designed. All in all an absolute pleasure. Weve been on the road 4 months and this is the best stay weve had. Thanks Ryan and Faye 😊
Recently we staying at this place due to broke down car. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Close to anywhere. Clean and nice place. Have an outdoor fireplace in front of the reception that we can hangout and have chit chat with other travellers to share the story. Good environment. I recommend this place to anyone and definitely will coming back
Fantastic park! The guy who checked us in was awesome, helpful and friendly (to be honest we haven’t seen too much of that since entering WA). The location is the best, place is very clean and neat, bathrooms have room to move, my daughter loves the playground and they cook a pretty mean pizza too! 🙌
Love the Coral Coast Tourist Park. This is our 4th or 5th time staying here and it is always great to get here after being out in the dirt and dust of the Outback. Friendly, helpful staff, super clean individual bathrooms, well appointed camp kitchen, reasonable sized sites and just a short walk into town. There are BBQs, swimming pool and communal fire for those that want. Can highly recommend the Coral Coast and we will definitely be back another time.
I have stayed in caravan parks all over Australia and the Coral Coast caravan park is the best caravan park I have ever stayed in, with its separate toilet and shower amenities, it gives you the upmost privacy . When ringing in for a booking I got the most cheerful Owen on the phone which gave me a good feeling straight away for this caravan park
I loved it. Great location right in town with a good vibe. Facilities good, clean. Did wood fired pizzas one of the nights I was there which raised money for the RFDS. Would definitely stay there again.
Nice clean park with spacious sites that have room to park your car, nice communal fire to sit around at night. Walking distance to supermarket and pub. Friendly helpful staff.
I stayed on Saturday night, luckily got an unpowered site that I booked last minute.I got a small site but it did the job; it was incredibly quiet during the night.I also did like the fire pit and the food truck with lamb wraps. Thats a very good idea. All amenities were clean.A bit pricy but I guess thats the area.
Nice friendly and smallish park very conveniently located; walking distance to town, shops and beach. The guy at reception actually accompanied us to our site allowing us to choose the site we liked as we were early and no one else had arrived for the unpowered sites! Spacious sites with concrete slabs in unpowered. Excellent combined shower and toilet cubicles and well equipped laundry. Spotlessly clean with plenty of drying space for washing. Had one night of heavy rain when most of the roads within the park were flooded and the entrance was totally inundated with blocked/poor drainage blamed on the Council! Close call for some of the people in tents. Terrific gesture by the park to put on a fire every night for people to gather around and have a yarn. Also got some excellent fresh vegies at a little stall at the front of the park with new stock arriving each day at great prices. Enjoyed staying here for 3 nights from 28 May 2021.
Spent two nights. Firstly negative:At check-in the receptionist was so rude because my husband booked under business which gave a cheaper rate ..he was working so why wouldnt he pick that rate....of you dont want people to use the rate dont have it available. He had his business info ready but she wasnt interested in seeing it just complaining at him she will "have to see the manager". Next the fridge in the villa all night it banged away stopping only at 5.30am.Positive:Clean ambulation blocks, basic good accommodation, amazing facilities such as pool and fire pit. Kids loved the hotdog night and toasting marshmallows.
Enjoyed our stay - enjoyed drinks around the campfire each evening. Bit tight to get into our site but once in, was great. Ablutions clean and staff friendly.
Stayed in a cabin with outside ensuite sleeps 6. Tiny and very dated. The sheets felt like they were made of cardboard. The standard of cleanliness is low. Just wipe over, sweep and mop and it shows. Deep cleaning is desperately needed. The staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. At $155.00 for couple per night you are better off going to a motel. At least the accommodation would be cleaned properly. Covid clean does not exist here.
Stayed at the park for 10 days .The caravan park is very clean, they have everything you need there. A special thanks to Vince who went out off his way to help us with everything , even offering to drive us too speedway. Your service was exceptional I would not hesitate to recommend this caravan park.
Stayed in a budget cabin for 3 nights. found stains on blanket, fitted sheet and matress protector on arrival. Bed linen was old and yellow, especially the pillow cases and fitted sheet. Fly nets had holes in them. Probably 1/10 dishwash detergent in the bottle. Marks on the walls near the bed.The price is good. The facilities in the cabin are nice, happy about the kitchen and heater provided, nice patio area as well. The shared bathrooms are very clean and close to our cabin, which is very convenient.
We have stayed here twice and the facilities are excellent, great cool pool and camp kitchen, together with very clean amenities. The highlight for me was Denise the receptionist who has the loveliest friendly and welcoming attitude. She knows her stuff and is happy to be of service to the customers. Thank you all for a really memorable stay. Vince was also very helpful to us.
Clean amenities close to beach, not much shade on camp sites, very helpful staff. Beach had loads of bbqs, and grassy areas . because it’s tourist area impressed by green grass everywhere. The snorkeling at Coral Bay is probably better than the great barrier reef with loads of catfish, lion fish, parrot fish and nemos in abundance. There also is a large brown flat cabbage like coral that is not on the great barrier reef and that was spectacular to see.
Great park. Came for 3 nights stayed seven. Staff very friendly and helpful. Caravan sites large close to town Abulition blocks amazing. Your own room with toilet basin and shower. All very clean We will come again.(We are asked to take maximum 4 minute showers and you have people filling up there caravan water tanks etc and people flushing there boat engines for 1/2 hour.)
Really enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky to have a slab site which was generous in size (as most appear to be). Great clean amenities (one set is unisex & has ensuite set up, the other is separate), good camp kitchen. Not too far to walk to town. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Coral Coast.
We got a budget room upon walk in. It was so clean and aircon on already. All the amenities you could ask for, the pool is nice and there is a beautiful communal area. The toilets are the cleanest I have ever encountered up the north and am very impressed. Great location for the town centre. Walking distance to Woolworths and the esplanade. The lady at the front was so lovely and helpful. We didnt have a room booked, we walked in and she was great. Well stay here everytime in Carnarvon!!
Great place to stay! We camped here for a night before heading up to Coral Bay. The facilities were super clean and great layout. The pool was lovely to relax in after a big day of driving. Carol and Mel were so friendly and helpful on recommendations too. Tip: the fruit loop was a great drive to buy a few local supplies.
This is a great place to stay. Its on the main road not far from the shopping center. The sites are a good size and covered in white shell which works well. We paid $45 per night for a powered caravan site that has good water. The amenities are good and very clean. Theres a pool, recreation room and play ground too.
Fantastic staff who are incredibly helpful and really know their stuff. Amazing facilities, clean, best showers and toilets, digital washing machine and dryer that tells you exactly how long to go. Nice pool. Great place for families and kids. Highly recommended, best caravan park Ive stayed at.
