The food was excellent and the service.

The food was amazing! A lot of portion and the price is cheap! The service is exceptional!

I’ve passed by this place a million times on Charles street but didn’t even notice it was here. Stopped in today, I had the Sancocho my friend had the house plate. The food was all amazing. The chicken was moist and flavorful and the chicharones was fresh and not over cooked. I would say the food here was better than la casona which is a favorite of mine in RI for Colombian food. I will definitely be back.

Just visited here with my family today andbim impressed, great service, great people, and amazing food!

I use to enjoy this little gem then I ordered food from them today and not only did the food arrive one hour and a half late but I also found some hair in my food. Its safe to say I will not be eating in or from this establishment ever again. Deceitful,chicanerous and deplorable!!!!!

I WILL GIVE THEM O STARS IF POSSIBLE.We went there with my family for breakfast and they food they served to us was rotten food, we all got sick, and when I told to the waitress that the food was rotten she pretended she couldn’t understand (I was explaining in Spanish and I’m nativeand she didn’t apologize or anything they didn’t take the food back so we had to pay for rotten food that we of course couldn’t eat at full price. My husband also ordered sancocho which is a typical soup from the city I come from and it wasn’t even near to what a sancocho is, the atmosphere wasn’t comfortable neither we were four and they just gave us two sets of silverware we had to ask for two more, the music was super loud. I’m not coming back that’s for sure. Spanish Sirven comida podrida y mal servicio.

The food is amazing a true hidden gem for authentic colombian cuisine. If you are in Providence or the surrounding area come by. The prices are very affordable and the portuins generous. I would suggest the chicken empanadas and the tres leches cake, both are delicious.

Good food , just make sure you check your check when its time to pay, they deduct 20 percent service charge ...not sure if they give it to the kind waitresses that helped us, i hope the do the right thing.

Copacabana was delicious, we are catholic and celebrating lent, so on fridays, we dont eat meat, only seafood. My husband and I had the salmon, omgggggg, it was delicious, we only waited maybe 15 minutes for our food. It was hot and fresh, flaky and tasty, I also had the fried green plantains which were fried to perfection. The rice and beans were also delicious. My kids had burgers because they dont eat fish lol. The flan was perfect. The staff were very polite a d checked on us often. The place was not crowded or load. Its a great place to bring your family or go on a date. We will be going next Friday for the red snapper, the drinks looked delicious as well

I just moved down the street from Copacabana, and what a nice surprise. Ive really enjoyed it. Ive tried several menu items and all have been delicious. Prices are great. I have eaten there and got take out. Ive even had a drink at the bar waiting. I strongly recommend it!!

Such a cute and neat little spot. The food was amazing! Their empanadas were amazing, usually at most places if you get the chicken ones it’s very dry but this one was so moist and the sauce they give on the side with it is great too ( not sure what it’s called also the entree I got was such a good portion size and was only $9.95 CRAZYYY lol, can’t wait to go back.

Their food is really good BUT the desserts are fantastic Friendly welcoming place to eat

Bien Delicioso!!...Really good food. Came here for breakfast. I ordered the Copacabana Dish...OMG...really good. If you want to try something different for breakfast this is the place to try! If you try it, let me know your thoughts. Small place with amazing food.

I would give it a 5 star if it didn’t take a few trips to correct the order since some weren’t fully cooked and some were over cooked but honestly the food was so good and the service was so friendly that I wasn’t even upset with those mistakes. Amazing smoothies, sweet plantains were soft and sweet. Our waitress was really friendly and did her best even with communication difficulties she made us laugh and it was overall a good experience if you aren’t in a rush and want good food with good company.

Food is amazing, cost is very reasonable, but dont expect a lot of atmosphere very basic. This can be easily overlooked by the quality of food.

I was there today for lunch with a friend . I ordered the Lentil soup that comes with rice, plantain and some chicken . The price was very good , the service excellent. And the lentil soup it’s the best I have had so far . I have had lentil soup in other places and Copacabana’s lentil soup is the best in my opinion . And the tres leche cake was also good !!!. My friend order a mini paisa and she loved her food. I love that the food is not overly salted, I have to closely watch my salt intake and I can tell right away when something has been seasoned with too much salt and Copacabanas doesn’t seem to add too much salt to their dishes which for me is Great. And I also like that they didn’t have music blasting . I was able to have a nice conversation with my friend. I def recommend this place .

We placed an order for food Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday by 1200 PM was delivered 20 minutes past 12 sorry but its true.

Bad service, we spent a lot of time waiting and the restaurant was empty , and the food is regular, I receive a wrong order and they charge more money on my bill. I never come back

I may have gotten unlucky with my timing. The service was somewhat inattentive, and the steak in the sandwich, while nicely seasoned, was gristly to the point of being inedible.

Have ordered takeout and dined in from here. My two cents: the authentic Colombian dining options in this area are very limited so I was thrilled to hear there was a new option! Initially ordered take out and while it was pricey- I did feel like I got a good value for my money. The food was hot, well packaged, therefore well presented and the food tasted fresh, the portions were generous and the taste was good. The waitress was very pleasant and welcoming.Dine in: the restaurant is a good size and has a bar area separate from the dining area. Its a very simple decor but was very clean and neatly presented. The service was good but they only had one waitress serving so I did have to ask for my drink twice but overall I was happy with the treatment I received. The food was tasty- I ordered the Bandeja that I shared with my companion. I gave it 4 stars because they should step up the decor a bit and increase the number of staff waiting on the tables so you are not asking more than once for something. I would recommend this restaurant.
