This cookout needs to do better the evening staff is young and unprofessional my food was presented to me thrown together and wrapped like they didn’t even care I wouldn’t recommend anyone passing threw to stop here for anything during the evening or night shifts the KIDS are untrained and unprofessional again

The cashier was rushing me to order. Then when I ordered I didnt even get my order like I ordered. The young lady was rude and after scratching her head she was handling my food. Wont be back anytime soon.

I have only got milkshakes from cookout. Theyre good. Better than Sonics milkshakes

We were disappointed that there is no seating area. The food was good, but didnt live up to our memories.

Good food for the price. Milkshakes are always great. Cashier is always friendly too.

The burgers here actually bring up memories of that "Cook Out" you went to when the burgers, not the hot dogs, sausages, ribs, pork chop, shish kabab, lamb nor quail, rabbit, or deer but the BURGERS were off the chain!!! GO, EAT, ENJOY!!!!! I had the double with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. The "Jo on the Go." 😋

Visiting from out of town, drive thru started off with attitude. Small wait but understandable due to large order, got to window and confirmed order things were still left out and was over charged. NEVER AGAIN

Stopped here on the way to North Carolina as I have heard of this place and the food is amazing so many options to choose from and the price is really good for the food you get, they got really good shakes here!!!! I recommend eating at cook out

Poorly label drive-thru. Stop signs need “Do Not Enter” sign installed on the back of them to prevent accidents.

If there were an option for 0 stars then thats what I would give. Im just sick and tired of this location. Everytime I come either my order not right or the food is hard and overcooked. At this point Im done. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. I blame management for this issue.

Chicken strips and cheddar bites were extremely burnt and I was not giving my sauce. How can you put it on a tray and give to people🤔The only thing good was the corn dog and ice. Im really starting to not like this place because this isnt the first time it has happened.

It was good the employee was nice and friendly and funny. Everything was clean the order was accurate I have nothing bad to say. Only good things

Ive ridden past maybe 100 times and the amazing smell made me hungry every time, but I didnt have time to stop in. I finally made time, and it was worth the wait. Service was fast and friendly, prices were great, and the food was excellent. The burger was as good as from a home grill, and these are some of the best fries you will find.

Slow service. Shakes were not made correctly compared to what we normally get. When questioned, the person did take one back and added a squirt of chocolate but you could not tell a difference. Will NOT go to that Cookout again!!!

Cookout has great food. The hotdogs tasted really good,the burgers wont that bad but we really enjoyed the milkshakes although they got our order wrong and we had to pay for the mistakes they made it was still a good meal.

Be careful entering and exiting this location.I have been coming here since they first opened with reasonable prices, larger thick shakes and whole pieces of moist grilled meat.Now its just better to save and go home for nourishment.

I remember when this place used to be something special. Last two times I went the food quality was so bad I could not eat it. The ONLY way Id be willing to go back or at the least update my review is if MGMT reaches out. They said they would and they never did and Im so disappointed. If yall are hungry just go to taco bell or burger king down the street. This location is trash!

Went right after lunch hour and there was a little wait but not too long and the staff were polite. The speaker you order on when you go through the left drive through was a little hard to hear on as if it wasnt turned up or maybe something was wrong with it. Overall I really enjoy this place and tend to get food from here when my family and I go to town and want a cheap easy meal.

Their burger trays are so good and you get so many options for the two sides to go with your burger. I had the onion rings this time with my spicy chicken sandwich and it was so nice to see a real onion inside of it instead of a puree like so many fast food places are doing now. It was all so delicious and the people who work there have always been nice.

Every time I order and go thru drive in either my order is wrong or I question my charge. I went thru today ordered the hamburger tray which was 6.00 and some change. As she took my order I noticed she ask me what size drink I wanted. It comes with one size so I should have been questioning that. When I got to window my order was 9.12. The only thing I got extra was a slice of tomato. That was an expensive tomato. Even at 7.00 tax wouldn’t be that high

Slop... Plain & Simple... Straight up SLOP! Hot dogs were disgusting. I managed to take one bite and kept it down... The quesadilla was yucky and the fries were soggy! That did it for me! Straight to my dogs it went!!

My son ate here today. First time since leaving college in Williamsburg, VA, 2 years ago that hes had Cookout.Says it was a great meal.

Ordered 2 of the big double burger trays and this is what the burgers looked like. This is seriously just one patty that they split in half and stacked on top of each other. Covers less than half of the bun.

I was disappointed in the small burger, it looked like a Krystal burger. I thought it was a joke. It was more bread than meat, I was so upset I didnt take a picture. My milk shake wasnt mixed throughly. All the pineapples was in the bottom getting stuck in the straw. This wasnt a good experience for me as opposed to the previous time we were here visiting in Aug 2021.

The food is excellent but the service is definitely lacking. The young lady was very rude, because I asked for a receipt with the items priced, she had given me one with the total only.

Use to love going to cookout because they are affordable for the amount of food you get and they are fast but for the past few weeks they have been slipping on their game. They throw your food any kind of way. Give you any type of food especially not what you ordered. The sweet tea has been tasting like sugar water. And the food has been tasting funny as well.

My child had the experience of handing my card over to the cashier to pay for our food. (SHE LOVED IT). We loved their Tray 1 deals. Food is very satisfying, and their onion rings are so so so delicious. I will be going there again, maybe today.!!!!🤫🤭

Cookouts burgers really have that fresh off the grill taste. Coupled with those seasoned fries and your in for a great meal. Topped off with a milkshake from their enormous variety of choices. Live it.

Ordered 2 trays with Fries , Tenders and Bacon Wrap with a Pepsi .. cashier didn’t ask what type of sauce we wanted with our tenders which was sign one.. once we got to the window she gave us wrong drinks, then said they don’t have any type of sauce .. now you guys see this wrap I said bacon not a chicken tender in a tortilla wrap with soggy fries as if they were soaked in grease ! never again 👎🏾

Best deal in town as always and the food is always fantastic. Staff was very fast and extremely friendly. 5 stars would eat there again.

Food was decent. Tried to send me off without 2 of my drinks then once they handed me my bag of food they were missing one of the trays from my order. This is a very common occurrence here and if the kids didnt enjoy it, I wouldnt go.

Enjoyed the food. They stay pretty busy so usually a wait. The service at the window was average. Young people that just dont try very hard to please customers

I had told my mother how excellent Cook Out was numerous times, so when we saw this location while making a road trip, we decided to drive through. I was utterly disappointed. The fries were soggy, the cole slaw had some funk-taste, the two napkins placed in the bag of the large order were grease-soaked, they got my sides and my mothers entree wrong, the food had a bad taste (like old grease or a cooking surface was unclean), and those working the window were not exactly friendly. Ill still eat Cook Out, but never at this location again. Ever.

The bill was accurate. The order was accurate. The staff was cordial and got the order correct because she double checked at the drive-thru twice for accuracy. This shows great training by management. Although the onion rings did not have much flavor, they were hot and fresh and the rest of my meal was delicious.

Fast service, food leaves a bit to be desired but the shakes are amazing

We walked up to order and the lady at the window was the nicest person that Ive ever had to deal with at a fast food restaurant. I wish I could remember her name. The food was great, as always. I love Cook-Out and this location was fantastic. It stands out from the crowd because of the lady at the walk-up window. Thank you!

OMG!! This was my first time here ever ...and the service was great and the good was excellent. I got the "cook out tray" with the burger, fries, and chicken nuggets ..I was happier than a camper on the way back to the DMV. We need a Cook Out in D.C. area
