Lovely location and stylish decor.I only stopped in for a couple of late drinks; the drink menu looked well selected and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Cant really fault.

Foram muito atenciosos e nos receberam muito bem. Não estávamos hospedados no hotel mas nos permitiram entrar para tomar café da manhã. Era domingo e todas as padarias da rua estavam fechadas. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com pães, queijos, frutas e embutidos. Muito obrigado pela hospitalidade!

I had dinner here with some colleagues and we had a great time. The staff speaks excellent English, they are very attentive and professional, and provide 5-star quality service. The food was equally delicious and they have a great selection of cocktails.They were hospitable again on a busy night and found us a table for a late night snack. I highly recommend this restaurant

Service folks are learning, polite but it does take a while to get their attention and they drop utensils and such. The food is great, and the 4 really is for the food. The perfect egg with morels had the perfect texture and salinity. The smoked rosemary sea bream was also fantastic. Tender flesh with crispy skin. Delish!

très bon accueil du personnel pour un dîner du 18/06/22 afin de fêter un anniversaire au champagne. Le service à table était impeccable et notre petite serveuse très aimable. Le menu dégustation à 72 euros était très délicieux sauf un petit bémol pour la sauce qui accompagnait le plat de viande de bœuf qui était un peu salé. Restaurant à recommander.

not recommended! I have not had a bad experience of such food in the area. The food was not tasty, really low level. Not worth the money. We tried almost every dish on the menu. The dessert was the worst, too sweet, dry, simple and inedible. sad

Accueil sympathique et plat savoureux.... et pour bien finir ce week end à Reims une belle bouteille de champagne. D´ailleurs les tarifs sont loin d´être excessif lorsque l´on compare au prix public. Une bonne adresse pour un bon moment autour d´une table !

Great bartenders but everyone else is reluctant!

In Reims for the second time in 3 months due to our great first experience we decided to try out the Continental Restaurant again for dinner. The restaurant is located inside the Grand Hotel Continental, has a warm mid century style decor and a variety of seating arrangements.We selected again a table at the window side.From the menu card we selected the Euro 27 and the Euro 42 menus with a selection of Salade de lentilles roses de Champagne-ardenne et jambon de Reims/ Filet de Maquereau fume, pommes de terre fondantes et moutarde/ Tarte tropezienne a la fleur doranger AND Le foie gras marine au Ratifia, compotee doignons/ Le filet de beiuf tataki, ecrase de Nasca au wasabi/ Le pain perdu brioche amande douceFood was exquisite and well presented, served in a timely manner and at the right temperature (which unfortunately isnt always the case).Definitely a venue where we will return again when in Reims and highly recommended to those after an exciting culinary experience at great value for money

Slept really peacefully. Super comfy and conveniently located.The snails fricassee they serve at the restaurant was delicious!

Dans ce restaurant de lhôtel assez bien situé, la cuisine est simple avec quelques bons produits de la mer (huîtres, homards..). La carte des vins est un peu juste même sil y a quelques bulles de grandes maisons. Le service est convivial.

Très bon repas, nous avons très bien mangé.Cocktail excellent!Jenlève une étoile pour le fait davoir été expédié à la fin du repas....cest dommage un café naurait pas été de trop....

My trip to Reims was a last minute change to the plans. I was able to book this hotel through my Delta Air account. It knocked the socks off this American girl.It is very near the train station, near restaurants worthy of your time and money.I was greeted by a young man who made me feel welcome.I usually avoid hotel restaurants. I so glad I chose to eat dinner in the restaurant here. Very nice.I was impressed by the room and the size. My bed and pillows were divine.I took advantage of the soaking tub and bath salts.This was a wonderful find and I am so glad I landed here.

Nice place. Very good food. A bit disappointed by the long waiting time between the different courses.

Delicious chef’s menu (3 coursesfor a friendly price. Service was slow at first, but when we asked if it could be faster, they were able to accommodate it. Would recommend and come back!

Restaurant idéalement situé au cœur de la ville de Reims, et à deux pas dun parking. Accueil et service aussi agréable que professionnel, belles tablées (repas de famille accueilli dans une pièce dédiéedans un cadre confortable et sombrement décoré avec goût. Du choix (penser à porter attention à lexistence de certains mets dans les menus différents de ceux proposés à la carteet bonus au personnel très accommodant aux goûts de la petite (de 4ansqui nétait pas emballée par les plats possibles et qui ont su sadapter à ses besoin de simplicité. Des plats savoureux bien équilibrés, bien dosés et joliment agrémentés. Commodités discrètement placées hors des zones dassises, et impeccablement tenues.

Delicious food, great presentation and taste. The service was very friendly and professional. The menu is extensive and the selection of wine and champagne is great. They also respected the Covid-19 regulations which does not seem to be a given in France right now. We certainly appreciated it and would come back any time.

Very quick service despite many people present at the restaurant and the current COVID situation. Food was very tasty and the presentation was perfect, nothing negative to say.

Friendly staff, but food was very disappointing for the price, fish and meat were overcooked and recipes were uninspired. Would not recommend.

So happy to have found this beautiful lounge. Was great to relax comfortably while overlooking the street and park.The staff were very helpful and enjoyable. We were only there for drinks but based upon the wonderful aromas from the restaurant wish we had the time to dine there as well.We will definitely be back!

In visiting France I was excited for the food. However, this place lived up to the stereotypes that I so hoped were not true about the French. Our waiter was terrible to us. He was not patient and pushy. The menu at the door was in both French and English, being a hotel, so we were happy. When we asked for the English menu the waiter literally had a hissy fit. We ordered a bottle of wine and he didnt even poor it. He was not patient with my wife or with our order. The food was OK. I had a steak with a bad sauce and the meat itself was not seasoned. It was overpriced for the experience. I would never return.

We came late evening around 9 pm. Slow service and small portions. Worst of all the Chimay Bleue beer I ordered, I had to drink from a wine glass...
